1基于标准的美国基础教育改革的问题和政策启示显示文摘本文讨论了基于标准的美国基础教育改革中共同核心州立标准、教师发展以及学生学习支持三个关键问题,对美国近十年来在课程改革中遇到的困难进行了分析,总结了其政策启示。本文认为,教师教学知识的生成、共享和管理,促进专业发展共同体建设的管理文化,鼓励学生以较高成就动机和参与意愿投身学习的学校氛围都是教学支持系统不可缺少的部分,包括课程改革在内的教育革新成败的关键往往在于价值观念、文化传统、意识形态以及体现在革新支持系统的制度安排上。余凯 David Martin Osher 2013教育科学2013,29,3:11
2Deep Learning for Real-Time Crime Forecasting and Its Ternarization显示文摘Real-time crime forecasting is important.However,accurate prediction of when and where the next crime will happen is difficult.No known physical model provides a reasonable approximation to such a complex system.Historical crime data are sparse in both space and time and the signal of interests is weak.In this work,the authors first present a proper representation of crime data.The authors then adapt the spatial temporal residual network on the well represented data to predict the distribution of crime in Los Angeles at the scale of hours in neighborhood-sized parcels.These experiments as well as comparisons with several existing approaches to prediction demonstrate the superiority of the proposed model in terms of accuracy.Finally,the authors present a ternarization technique to address the resource consumption issue for its deployment in real world.This work is an extension of our short conference proceeding paper[Wang,B.,Zhang,D.,Zhang,D.H.,et al.,Deep learning for real time Crime forecasting,2017,ar Xiv:1707.03340].Bao WANG Penghang YIN Andrea Louise BERTOZZI P.Jeffrey BRANTINGHAM Stanley Joel OSHER Jack XIN 2019Chinese Annals of Mathematics,Series B2019,40,6:2
