13玻璃—瓷内置体复合树脂修复的微渗漏显示文摘目的 本研究的目的在于评估玻璃-瓷内置体和不同复合树脂应用技术对边缘渗漏的作用。材料和方法 将30个离体人磨牙分为3组,每组10个,分别于其颊面制备标准圆形五类洞。第一组复合树脂整层一次充填,第二组复合树脂分两层充填,第三组复合树脂并入β-石英瓷内置体充填。牙齿经热循环处理,然后放入0.5%碱性品红中24小时,切片并检查微渗漏。结果 在充填体的近He边缘,用分层充填技术和用β-石英内置体的修复体之间统计学无显著性差异;而用整体固化技术的修复体与其它技术相比,微渗漏显著增加。在龈边缘,用β-石英内置体的修复体微渗漏显著减少。用整体技术的修复体表现出显著增加的染料渗透性。结论 应用玻璃-瓷内置体可以减少五类洞复合树脂修复体的边缘微渗漏。OlmeA OztaN 2000中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2000,3,2:0
