| 1 | 添加乳酸菌对慢性疲劳综合症(CFS)的影响显示文摘有关研究显示:肠道菌群失衡和免疫系统遭破坏是造成慢性疲劳综合症(CFS)发病原因之一,乳酸菌可以用来预防和减轻肠道功能紊乱,使身体内各细胞水平恢复正常,这对患有慢性疲劳综合症的病人或许有帮助。研究的目的是评价副乾酪乳杆菌(lactobacillus paracasei F19)、嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFB1748)和乳双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium lactis Bb12)对慢性疲劳综合症病人的治疗效果。根据1994年美国疾病控制和预防中心制定的CFS标准,15个符合该标准的病人参与了此项研究。这些病人都患有严重的疲劳综合症。试验前2周观察,接下来4周服用乳酸菌,然后观察4周,最后对其健康状况进行评估,并且对粪便中的微生物数量也进行分析研究。在研究期间,这些病人的精神面貌和神经认知能力都得到了改善,在疲劳程度和身体运动评分方面没有明显变化。在肠胃菌群方面的变化差异不显著。结果显示其中6名病人的病情得到明显改善。研究表明利用乳酸菌来改善健康和治疗慢性疲劳综合症是有可能的,值得进一步研究。 | Sa Sullivan Carl E Nord Birgitta Evengrd 赵剑闯 周勃 | 2011 | 饲料与畜牧(新饲料)2011，，3： | 2 |
