| 1 | Epidemiological Evolution of Lung Cancer in the South of Spain from 1990 to 2010显示文摘Background: Changes in lung cancer has been characterized by the increase of cases among women and the increase in adenocarcinomas among other histological subtypes.Methods: Descriptive analysis of cases diagnosed with lung cancer in Hospital Virgen de las Nieves(Spain) from 1990 to 2010,based on five variables(age, sex, smoking, histology and pathological anatomy). The study establishes associations between these variables and compares the results with the literature.Results: 2,026 patients were diagnosed with lung cancer in this period; 1,838 were males(90.7%) and 188 women(9.3%); 1,892 patients(93.4%) were smokers or ex-smokers and 134(6.6%) had never smoked; the most frequent non-small cell histology types were squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma and it was the most frequent neoplasia in women and were associated with a lower tobacco consumption.Conclusion: The large majority of lung cancer cases is associated with a history of smoking tobacco and there are histopathological differences according to gender and cumulative tobacco smoke load. | Alberto Caballero Vázquez Ana Dolores Romero Ortiz Jose Manuel González de Vega San Román Raimundo García del Moral Bernardino Alcázar Navarrete | 2018 | 中国肺癌杂志2018，21，1： | 17 |

| 3 | Cannabidiol does not display drug abuse potential in mice behavior显示文摘Recent evidence suggests that cannabidiol(CBD)may be useful for the treatment of different neuropsychiatric disorders.However,some controversy regarding its profile as a drug of abuse hampers the further development of basic and clinical studies.In this study,the behavioral profile of CBD as a potential drug of abuse was evaluated in C57BL/6J mice.Reinforcing properties of CBD(15,30,and 60 mg/kg;i.p.)were assessed using the conditioned place preference(CPP)paradigm.Spontaneous withdrawal symptoms and motor activity in the open field were examined 12 h after the last CBD administration(30 mg/kg/12 h,i.p.,6 days).CBD plasma concentrations were measured at 2,4,8,12,and 24 h after the administration of CBD(30 mg/kg,i.p.).Furthermore,an oral CBD selfadministration paradigm(50 mg/kg;CBD water-soluble 1.2 mg/mL)was performed to evaluate whether this drug produced any effects on motivation compared with a non-reinforcing substance(water).We found that CBD failed to induce CPP,withdrawal symptoms,or altered motor behavior 12 h after its administration.At that time,only traces of CBD were detected,ensuring that the lack of alterations in somatic signs and locomotor activity was not due to residual drug in plasma.Interestingly,mice displayed similar motivation and consumption of CBD and water.Taken together,these results show that CBD lacks activity as a drug of abuse and should stimulate the development of the basic and clinical studies needed to elucidate its potential therapeutic use for the treatment of neuropsychiatric and drug use disorders. | Adrián Viudez-Martínez María S.García-Gutiérrez Juan Medrano-Relinque Carmen M.Navarrón Francisco Navarrete Jorge Manzanares | 2019 | Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2019，40，3： | 2 |

| 5 | Successful treatment of psychosis induced by interferon alpha and ribavirin with paliperidone:first case reported显示文摘Several clinical studies have shown a large number of mental symptoms by immunomodulatory treatment with interferon (IFN). The most frequently described symptoms are depression, suicidal behaviour, manic symptoms, anxiety, psychosis and delirium, associated with other non-specific symptoms such as fatigue, irritability, psychomotor retardation, decreased libido, insomnia, difficulty in concentration and attention. Having a history of mental disorder contraindicates the use of IFN-alpha. These adverse effects that affect the mental state appear usually at the beginning of the treatment (most after 3 weeks of treatment). The incidence of psychotic episodes is low and the episodes usually remit when treatment is interrupted;only some cases require antipsychotic treatment. We present the case of a patient affected with hepatitis C who began to present self-referential delirious symptoms after receiving the treatment with IFN and who was successfully treated with paliperidone. This patient could be classified within the group of high-risk psychiatric patients given the family history of schizophrenia and his personal history of illegal drug consumption. The pharmacological actions of paliperidone are similar to other high potency atypical antipsychotics.丁he receptorbinding profile of paliperidone most closely resembles that of risperidone and ziprasidone. Paliperidone differs from risperidone and most other antipsychotics by its relatively low extent of enzymatic hepatic metabolism.
