| 1 | Internet of Vehicles in Big Data Era显示文摘As the rapid development of automotive telematics,modern vehicles are expected to be connected through heterogeneous radio access technologies and are able to exchange massive information with their surrounding environment. By significantly expanding the network scale and conducting both real-time and long-term information processing, the traditional Vehicular AdHoc Networks(VANETs) are evolving to the Internet of Vehicles(Io V), which promises efficient and intelligent prospect for the future transportation system. On the other hand, vehicles are not only consuming but also generating a huge amount and enormous types of data, which is referred to as Big Data. In this article, we first investigate the relationship between Io V and big data in vehicular environment, mainly on how Io V supports the transmission, storage, computing of the big data, and how Io V benefits from big data in terms of Io V characterization,performance evaluation and big data assisted communication protocol design. We then investigate the application of Io V big data in autonomous vehicles. | 4 | Development of a coupled supersonic inlet-fan Navier–Stokes simulation method显示文摘A coupled supersonic inlet-fan Navier–Stokes simulation method was developed by using COMSOL-CFD code. The flow turning, pressure rise and loss effects across blade rows of the fan and the inlet-fan interactions were taken into account as source terms of the governing equations without a blade geometry by a body force model. In this model, viscous effects in blade passages can also be calculated directly, which include the exchange of momentum between fluids and detailed viscous flow close to walls. NASA Rotor 37 compressor test rig was used to validate the ability of the body force model to estimate the real performance of blade rows. Calculated pressure ratio characteristics and the distribution of the total pressure, total temperature, and swirl angle in the span direction agreed well with experimental and numerical data. It is shown that the body force model is a promising approach for predicting the flow field of the turbomachinery. Then, coupled axisymmetric mixed compression supersonic inlet-fan simulations were conducted at Mach number 2.8 operating conditions. The analysis includes coupled steady-state performance, and effects of the fan on the inlet. | 5 | Source Contributions to PM2.5 under Unfavorable Weather Conditions in Guangzhou City,China显示文摘Historical haze episodes(2013–16) in Guangzhou were examined and classified according to synoptic weather systems.Four types of weather systems were found to be unfavorable, among which 'foreside of a cold front'(FC) and 'sea high pressure'(SP) were the most frequent(> 75% of the total). Targeted case studies were conducted based on an FC-affected event and an SP-affected event with the aim of understanding the characteristics of the contributions of source regions to fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)) in Guangzhou. Four kinds of contributions—namely, emissions outside Guangdong Province(super-region), emissions from the Pearl River Delta region(PRD region), emissions from Guangzhou–Foshan–Shenzhen(GFS region), and emissions from Guangzhou(local)—were investigated using the Weather Research and Forecasting–Community Multiscale Air Quality model. The results showed that the source region contribution differed with different weather systems. SP was a stagnant weather condition, and the source region contribution ratio showed that the local region was a major contributor(37%), while the PRD region, GFS region and the super-region only contributed 8%, 2.8% and 7%, respectively, to PM_(2.5) concentrations. By contrast, FC favored regional transport. The super-region became noticeable,contributing 34.8%, while the local region decreased to 12%. A simple method was proposed to quantify the relative impact of meteorology and emissions. Meteorology had a 35% impact, compared with an impact of-18% for emissions, when comparing the FC-affected event with that of the SP. | 8 | Clinical efficacy of integral theory–guided laparoscopic integral pelvic floor/ligament repair in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse in females显示文摘BACKGROUND Internal rectal prolapse(IRP)is one of the most common causes of obstructive constipation.The incidence of IRP in women is approximately three times that in men.IRP is mainly treated by surgery,which can be divided into two categories:Abdominal procedures and perineal procedures.This study offers a better procedure for the treatment of IRP.AIM To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic integral pelvic floor/ligament repair(IPFLR)combined with a procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)and the laparoscopic IPFLR alone in the treatment of IRP in women.METHODS This study collected the clinical data of 130 female patients with IRP who underwent surgery from January 2012 to October 2014.The patients were divided into groups A and B.Group A had 63 patients who underwent laparoscopic IPFLR alone,and group B had 67 patients who underwent the laparoscopic IPFLR combined with PPH.The degree of internal rectal prolapse(DIRP),Wexner constipation scale(WCS)score,Wexner incontinence scale(WIS)score,and Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index(GIQLI)score were compared between groups and within groups before surgery and 6 mo and 2 years after surgery.RESULTS All laparoscopic surgeries were successful.The general information,number of bowel movements before surgery,DIRP,GIQLI score,WIS score,and WCS score before surgery were not significantly different between the two groups(all P>0.05).The WCS score,WIS score,GIQLI score,and DIRP in each group 6 mo,and 2 years after surgery were significantly better than before surgery(P<0.001).In group A,the DIRP and WCS score gradually improved from 6 mo to 2 years after surgery(P<0.001),and the GIQLI score progressively improved from 6 mo to 2 years after surgery(P<0.05).In group B,the DIRP,WCS score and WIS score significantly improved from 6 mo to 2 years after surgery(P<0.05),and the GIQLI score 2 years after surgery was significantly higher than that 6 mo after surgery(P<0.05).The WCS score,WIS score,GIQLI score,and DIRP of group B were significantly better than those of group A 6 mo and 2 years after surgery(all P<0.001,Bonferroni)except DIRP at 2 years after surgery.There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate of IRP between the two groups 6 mo after surgery(P=0.011).There was no significant difference in postoperative grade I-III complications between the two groups(P=0.822).CONCLUSION Integral theory–guided laparoscopic IPFLR combined with PPH has a higher cure rate and a better clinical efficacy than laparoscopic IPFLR alone. | Yang Yang Yong-Li Cao Yuan-Yao Zhang Shou-Sen Shi Wei-Wei Yang Nan Zhao Bing-Bing Lyu Wen-Li Zhang Dong Wei | 2020 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2020,8,23: | 3 |

| 10 | Adjuvant chemotherapy may improve outcome of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer with metastasis of intrapulmonary lymph nodes after systematic dissection of N1 nodes显示文摘Objective: Survival benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy(AC) of patients with intrapulmonary lymph node(IPLN)metastasis(level 12-14) needs investigation.We evaluated the impact of AC on patients whose metastatic nodes were limited to intrapulmonary levels after systematic dissection of N1 nodes.Methods: First,155 consective cases of lung cancer confirmed as pathologic N1 were collected and evaluated.Patients received systematic dissection of N2 and N1 nodes.For patients with IPLN metastasis,survival outcomes were compared between those receiving AC and those not receiving AC.Results: In this group,112 cases(72.3%) had IPLN metastasis and 55 cases(35.5%) had N1 involvement limited to level 13-14 without further disease spread to higher levels.Patients with IPLN involvement had a better prognosis than that of patients with hilar-interlobar involvement.For the intrapulmonary N1 group(level 12-14-positive,level 10-11-negative or unknown,n=112),no survival benefit was found between the AC group and nonAC group [5-year overall survival(OS): 54.6±1.6 vs.50.4±2.4 months,P=0.177].However,76 of 112 cases for whom harvesting of level-10 and level-11 nodes was done did not show cancer involvement in pathology reports(level 12-14-positive,level 10-11 both negative),oncologic outcome was better for patients receiving AC than those not receiving AC in this subgroup(5-year OS: 57.3±1.5 vs.47.1±3.2 months,P=0.002).Conclusions: Oncologic outcome may be improved by AC for patients with involvement of N1 nodes limited to intrapulmonary levels after complete examination of N1 nodes. | Xing Wang Shi Yan Yaqi Wang Xiang Li Chao Lyu Yuzhao Wang Jia Wang Shaolei Li Lijian Zhang Yue Yang Nan Wu | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,6: | 2 |

| 13 | Mechanism of Learning and Memory Impairment in Rats Exposed to Arsenic and/or Fluoride Based on Microbiome and Metabolome显示文摘Objective Arsenic(As) and fluoride(F) are two of the most common elements contaminating groundwater resources. A growing number of studies have found that As and F can cause neurotoxicity in infants and children, leading to cognitive, learning, and memory impairments. However, early biomarkers of learning and memory impairment induced by As and/or F remain unclear. In the present study, the mechanisms by which As and/or F cause learning memory impairment are explored at the multi-omics level(microbiome and metabolome).Methods We stablished an SD rats model exposed to arsenic and/or fluoride from intrauterine to adult period.Results Arsenic and/fluoride exposed groups showed reduced neurobehavioral performance and lesions in the hippocampal CA1 region. 16S rRNA gene sequencing revealed that As and/or F exposure significantly altered the composition and diversity of the gut microbiome, featuring the Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group, Ruminococcus_1, Prevotellaceae_NK3B31_group, [Eubacterium]_xylanophilum_group. Metabolome analysis showed that As and/or F-induced learning and memory impairment may be related to tryptophan, lipoic acid, glutamate, gamma-aminobutyric acidergic(GABAergic) synapse, and arachidonic acid(AA) metabolism. | 14 | The breeding biology of endemic Spectacled Parrotbill(Sinosuthora conspicillatus) in Lianhuashan National Nature Reserve, Gansu Province, China显示文摘Background: Life history traits play critical roles in population survival and evolution.Breeding information should be particularly detailed in order to provide significant insights into the population status and the evolution of other traits.To our knowledge, there is still no information about the breeding biology of Spectacled Parrotbill(Sinosuthora conspicillatus), an endemic parrotbill in China.Methods: We searched the nests, checked all nests found and recorded the information of eggs, nestlings and nest sites of the Spectacled Parrotbill from 2013 to 2015 at Lianhuashan National Nature Reserve in Gansu Province, China.Results: A total of 16 nests were found.Nest trees were artificial young spruces and honeysuckles.Mean nest height was 0.89 ± 0.47 m(n = 16) above the ground level.All nests were cup-shaped and constructed using leaves, fine strips of barks and grasses by both parents.The mean clutch size was 4.42 ± 0.79(n = 12).The eggs were oval in pale blue without speckles, and the mean egg mass was 1.25 ± 0.07 g(n = 27).The egg length was 15.56 ± 0.46 mm(n = 27) and the width was 12.46 ± 0.29 mm(n = 27).Incubation period was 13 days and nestling period was 13–14 days.The breeding success rate was 46%, and among those failed nest, 71% were depredated and 29% were deserted.Conclusion: Detailed life history information about parrotbill is still limited.The breeding biology of Spectacled Parrotbill reported in the present study should be helpful for further research about population, breeding behavior and conservation of this bird. | Lijun Chen Lei Zhu Yunbiao Hu Pengfei Liu Nan Lyu Yuehua Sun | 2018 | Avian Research2018,9,1: | 2 |

| 16 | Low-temperature dielectric relaxation associated with NbO_6 octahedron distortion in antimony modified potassium sodium niobate ceramics显示文摘Although the antimony(Sb) has been widely used to modify potassium sodium niobate(KNN) ceramics for tailoring the phase structure and performance, the role of Sb still remains insufficiently understood,consequently hindering the understanding of the physical origin of high-performance KNN-based ceramics. Here, we combine the experiments and first-principles calculations to deeply reveal the effects of Sb on KNN ceramics. Our results reveal a re-entrant-like relaxation behavior near the rhombohedralorthorhombic(R-O) phase transition at the low content of Sb, which transforms into a canonical one at higher content of Sb. First-principles calculations show a significantly decreased difference in the bond length of six B-O bonds of Nb O6 octahedral in Sb-modified KNN ceramics compared to pristine KNN ceramics, responsible for the low-temperature re-entrant-like dielectric relaxation. Furthermore, the addition of Sb would soften the B-O repulsion and gradually break the long-range ferroelectric ordering,resulting in the occurrence of nanoscale domains and enhanced local heterogeneity. Finally, we find that the optimized piezoelectric properties are the trade-off between the long-range ferroelectric ordering and the local heterogeneity. | 20 | Identification and validation of tumor microenvironment-related lnc RNA prognostic signature for uveal melanoma显示文摘AIM:To investigate the role of tumor microenvironment(TME)-related long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)in uveal melanoma(UM),probable prognostic signature and potential small molecule drugs using bioinformatics analysis.METHODS:UM expression profile data were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and bioinformatics methods were used to find prognostic lncRNAs related to UM immune cell infiltration.The gene expression profile data of 80 TCGA specimens were analyzed using the single sample Gene Set Enrichment Analysis(ss GSEA)method,and the immune cell infiltration of a single specimen was evaluated.Finally,the specimens were divided into high and low infiltration groups.The differential expression between the two groups was analyzed using the R package‘edge R’.Univariate,multivariate and Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator(LASSO)Cox regression analyses were performed to explore the prognostic value of TMErelated lncRNAs.Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)functional analyses were also performed.The Connectivity Map(CMap)data set was used to screen molecular drugs that may treat UM.RESULTS:A total of 2393 differentially expressed genes were identified and met the criteria for the low and high immune cell infiltration groups.Univariate Cox analysis of lncRNA genes with differential expression identified 186 genes associated with prognosis.Eight prognostic markers of TME-included lncRNA genes were established as potentially independent prognostic elements.Among 269 differentially expressed lncRNAs,69 were up-regulated and 200 were down-regulated.Univariate Cox regression analysis of the risk indicators and clinical characteristics of the 8 lncRNA gene constructs showed that age,TNM stage,tumor base diameter,and low and high risk indices had significant prognostic value.We screened the potential small-molecule drugs for UM,including W-13,AH-6809 and Imatinib.CONCLUSION:The prognostic markers identified in this study are reliable biomarkers of UM.This study expands our current understanding of the role of TME-related lncRNAs in UM genesis,which may lay the foundations for future treatment of this disease. | Chen-Lu Liao Nan Hu Xing-Yu Sun Qi Zhou Min Tian Yang Cao Hong-Bin Lyu | 2021 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2021,14,8: | 1 |
