13联合利妥昔单抗的人源化抗程序性死亡分子1单抗治疗复发滤泡性淋巴瘤的Ⅱ期临床试验:第54届美国血液学会年会深度报道显示文摘目的对进行的人源化抗人程序性死亡分子1(PD-1)单克隆抗体CT-011合并利妥昔单抗治疗复发性滤泡性淋巴瘤的Ⅱ期临床试验中,CT-011的安全性和效果进行评价。方法采集治疗前和注射CT-011第14天的30例患者外周血和恶性淋巴结活检标本,通过多参数流式细胞术分析外周血单个核细胞各个免疫细胞亚群的比例,使用QiagenRNeasy试剂盒从活检组织中抽提RNA,使用Illumina HumanRef-8基因芯片分析活检组织的基因表达图谱。结果治疗第14天外周血中淋巴细胞绝对数、CD;T细胞、CDiT细胞数量较治疗前显著增加;分析同时期活检组织的基因表达图谱发现一些和T细胞激活相关的基因表达上调。结论使用CT-011可使复发滤泡性淋巴瘤患者外周血和肿瘤微环境中的cD:T细胞增加和T细胞激活,显示出CT-011在临床治疗上具有令人鼓舞的应用前景。褚福亮 Westin JR 张明 靖彧 李亚芬 汤金乐 宗云辉 刘彬 Davis RE Neelapu SS 杨林 2013白血病.淋巴瘤2013,22,2:0
