| 1 | Effect of Low Level Subchronic Microwave Radiation on Rat Brain显示文摘Objective The present study was designed to investigate the effects of subchronic low level microwave radiation(MWR) on cognitive function,heat shock protein 70(HSP70) level and DNA damage in brain of Fischer rats.Methods Experiments were performed on male Fischer rats exposed to microwave radiation for 90 days at three different frequencies: 900,1800,and 2450 MHz.Animals were divided into 4 groups: Group I: Sham exposed,Group II: animals exposed to microwave radiation at 900 MHz and specific absorption rate(SAR) 5.953 × 10-4 W/kg,Group III: animals exposed to 1800 MHz at SAR 5.835 × 10-4 W/kg and Group IV: animals exposed to 2450 MHz at SAR 6.672 × 10-4 W/kg.All the animals were tested for cognitive function using elevated plus maze and Morris water maze at the end of the exposure period and subsequently sacrificed to collect brain tissues.HSP70 levels were estimated by ELISA and DNA damage was assessed using alkaline comet assay.Results Microwave exposure at 900-2450 MHz with SAR values as mentioned above lead to decline in cognitive function,increase in HSP70 level and DNA damage in brain.Conclusion The results of the present study suggest that low level microwave exposure at frequencies 900,1800,and 2450 MHz may lead to hazardous effects on brain. | Pravin Suryakantrao Deshmukh Kanu Megha Namita Nasare Basu Dev Banerjee Rafat Sultana Ahmed Mahesh Pandurang Abegaonkar Ashok Kumar Tripathi Pramod Kumari Mediratta | 2016 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2016,29,12: | 4 |
| 2 | 甲硫氨酸合酶还原酶基因A66G多态性与神经管缺陷关系的Meta分析显示文摘目的利用Meta分析探讨母亲及子代甲硫氨酸合酶还原酶(MTRR)基因A66G多态性与神经管缺陷(NTDs)发生的相关性。方法检索万方数据库、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、Pub Med和Web of Science等中英文数据库,检索时间均为自建库至2015年11月。按照纳入标准选取有关母亲和(或)子代MTRR基因A66G多态性与NTDs发生相关的病例对照研究的学术期刊文献及其参考文献,提取相关数据并应用RevMan 5.0和STATA12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 (1)有关母亲MTRR基因A66G多态性与NTDs发生相关的文献11篇,包括病例组1 284例,对照组2 182例。Meta分析结果显示,在共显性(GG基因型 vs AA基因型)及等位基因遗传模型下合并OR(95%CI)分别为1.55(1.06~2.27)、1.22(1.01~1.47),故母亲GG基因型相对AA基因型、G等位基因相对A等位基因对于子代NTDs的发生有统计学意义。(2)有关子代MTRR基因A66G多态性与NTDs发生相关的文献11篇,包括病例组1 567例,对照组2 621例。Meta分析结果显示,在共显性(AG基因型 vs AA基因型)遗传模型下合并OR(95%CI)为1.47(1.05~2.05),故子代AG基因型相对AA基因型对于NTDs的发生有统计学意义。结论母亲和子代MTRR基因A66G多态性均为NTDs发生的危险因素。 | 张瑞苹 方玉莲 Nirja Lakhey Mohamed Nasar Chemban 吴波 蔡春泉 | 2017 | 临床小儿外科杂志2017,16,4: | 2 |
| 3 | The transformation of the inherited historical urban and architectural characteristics of Al-Najaf's Old City and possible preservation insights显示文摘This paper focuses on the dramatic transformation of the inherited historical urban and architectural characteristics of the city of Al-Najafin Iraq,seeking new ways of seeing the possibilities of preserving and revitalizing the historical center of the city.In addition to being one of the most sacred centers for Shia Muslims,Al-Najaf has a rich cultural and architectural heritage.Its architectural characteristics and urban structure not only reflect the history of the city but also stand as evidence of the most important junctures in Islamic history:the martyrdom of Imam AU ibn Abi Talib,who is a central Islamic spiritual personality and the second most important figure after the Prophet Muhammad.Since its estab-Ushment in 750 AD,the formation of Al-Najaf has never separated from its sociopolitical context and Islamic principles,particularly Shia Muslims'beliefs.Today,the city is a destination for more than million Shia Muslim pilgrims each year,and the number is rapidly increasing.However,as the city continues to develop,its architecture and unique urban structure transform dramatically.The cultural and architectural heritage of the city is seriously threatened.Several factors played a crucial role in the formation and the transformation of the city's specific architectural and urban structures.The most influential factors were mainly related to religion,environment,and politics.This paper introduces the main forces behind the transformation of the deep organizational structures of the architecture and urban fabric in Al-Najaf.The question of whether it is still possible to protect and preserve the remaining parts and revitalize the Old City center is also examined.The goal is to identify the major preservation issues and provide possible insights based on successful preservation experiences that address similar issues indifferent contexts. | Sabeeh Farhan Venus Akef Zuhair Nasar | 2020 | Frontiers of Architectural Research2020,9,4: | 2 |
