| 1 | Changes of microRNA profile after Yimusake treatment in ED rat model显示文摘Erectile dysfunction(ED)is a multifactor disease that has profound effects on man’s quality of life.The Yimusake(in tablet form)is a Chinese traditional medicine that has been clinically demonstrated to be effective in treating ED.The Yimusake(in tablet form)is composed of radices salep,musk,ambergris,stigma croci,Strychnos nux-vomica L,frankincense,penis and testis of ox,nutmeg,Syzygium aromaticum,Alpinia platychilushas,which has been demonstrated clinically efficiency and is worth promoting,but the mechanism is still unclear[1,2].Altered expressions of microRNAs(miRNAs)have been observed in the corpus cavernosum(CC)of obese diabetes mellitus mice with ED and in vasculogenic ED[3,4].For example,miR-1937c,miR-151-5p,miR-153,and miR-425 were validated to be involved in high fat diet-induced vasculogenic ED[4].Higher expression levels of miR-93,miR-320,and miR-16 were detected in the serum of diabetic ED patients[5].miR-1,miR-200a,miR-203,and miR-206 play important roles in the development of aging-related ED by regulating the endothelial nitric oxide(NO)synthase,NO,and protein kinase G and the prostaglandin E1 and protein kinase A pathways[6].Furthermore,the expressions of miR-328a,miR-342,and miR-376b were found to be upregulated in the CC of obese rats with ED[7].Recently,we established an ED rat model by using cold stress combined with feeding with an estrogen-like diet(spinach and coriander)to explore the alteration of miRNAs in the ED model induced by cold stress combined with estrogen-like diet to better understand the pathophysiology of ED. | Ping Jiang Musa Aimaier Maowulan Maimaitiyiming Fengxia Liu Wenjing Ma Meiheriguli Sataer Siyiti Amuti Tianyu Wang Adilijiang Yiming | 2019 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,8: | 0 |
