| 1 | Evaluation of kefir as a potential probiotic on growth performance,serum biochemistry and immune responses in broiler chicks显示文摘This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of milk or molasses kefir as a probiotic on growth performance, carcass traits, serum biochemistry and humoral immune responses in broiler chickens. A total of 192 one-d-old as hatched broiler chicks(Ross 308) were randomly allotted to 4 treatments, each with 4 replicate pens of 12 chicks. The following treatments were applied: 1) a basal diet(C) and normal drinking water, 2) 2% milk kefir in drinking water, 3) 2% molasses kefir in drinking water, and 4) the diet C supplemented with commercial probiotic. At d 42, eight birds per treatment were killed for determination of carcass traits. Broilers at 28 days of age were bled for measuring antibody titers against Newcastle disease virus(NDV) and avian influenza virus(AIV), at 30 days of age for antibody titers against sheep red blood cell(SRBC), and at 42 days of age for biochemical analysis. Supplementing 2%milk kefir increased body weight of broilers at 28 and 42 days of age(P < 0.05). Supplementing 2%molasses kefir improved feed conversation ratio(FCR) of broilers during growth period(P < 0.05), but FCR of broilers in other periods was not affected. Daily feed intake, internal organ weights, and carcass traits were not influenced by the treatments except for small intestine and ceca length. Small intestinal length significantly decreased in broilers supplemented with milk and molasses kefir(P < 0.05). Molasses kefir supplementation significantly(P < 0.05) increased antibody titer against SRBC at 31 days of age but other immune related parameters were not statistically different among treatments. Biochemical parameters including serum protein, albumin, and triglyceride concentrations were not statistically(P> 0.05) influenced. Broilers supplemented with molasses kefir, had a significantly lower concentration of serum total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and elevated high density lipoprotein cholesterol at 42 days of age(P < 0.05). | 2 | Recovery and grade prediction of pilot plant flotation column concentrate by a hybrid neural genetic algorithm显示文摘Today flotation column has become an acceptable means of froth flotation for a fairly broad range of applications, in particular the cleaning of sulfides. Even after having been used for several years in mineral processing plants, the full potential of the flotation column process is still not fully exploited. There is no prediction of process performance for the complete use of available control capabilities. The on-line estimation of grade usually requires a significant amount of work in maintenance and calibration of on-stream analyzers, in order to maintain good accuracy and high availability. These difficulties and the high cost of investment and maintenance of these devices have encouraged the approach of prediction of metal grade and recovery. In this paper, a new approach has been proposed for metallurgical performance prediction in flotation columns using Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Despite of the wide range of applications and flexibility of NNs, there is still no general framework or procedure through which the appropriate network for a specific task can be designed. Design and structural optimization of NNs is still strongly dependent upon the designer's experience. To mitigate this problem, a new method for the auto-design of NNs was used, based on Genetic Algorithm (GA). The new proposed method was evaluated by a case study in pilot plant flotation column at Sarcheshmeh copper plant. The chemical reagents dosage, froth height, air, wash water flow rates, gas holdup, Cu grade in the rougher feed, flotation column feed, column tail and final concentrate streams were used to the simulation by GANN. In this work, multi-layer NNs with Back Propagation (BP) algorithm with 8-17-10-2 and 8- 13-6-2 arrangements have been applied to predict the Cu and Mo grades and recoveries, respectively. The correlation coefficient (R) values for the testing sets for Cu and Mo grades were 0.93, 0.94 and for their recoveries were 0.93, 0.92, respectively. | 4 | Accurate Classification of EEG Signals Using Neural Networks Trained by Hybrid Populationphysic-based Algorithm显示文摘A brain-computer interface(BCI)system is one of the most effective ways that translates brain signals into output commands.Different imagery activities can be classified based on the changes inμandβrhythms and their spatial distributions.Multi-layer perceptron neural networks(MLP-NNs)are commonly used for classification.Training such MLP-NNs has great importance in a way that has attracted many researchers to this field recently.Conventional methods for training NNs,such as gradient descent and recursive methods,have some disadvantages including low accuracy,slow convergence speed and trapping in local minimums.In this paper,in order to overcome these issues,the MLP-NN trained by a hybrid population-physics-based algorithm,the combination of particle swarm optimization and gravitational search algorithm(PSOGSA),is proposed for our classification problem.To show the advantages of using PSOGSA that trains NNs,this algorithm is compared with other meta-heuristic algorithms such as particle swarm optimization(PSO),gravitational search algorithm(GSA)and new versions of PSO.The metrics that are discussed in this paper are the speed of convergence and classification accuracy metrics.The results show that the proposed algorithm in most subjects of encephalography(EEG)dataset has very better or acceptable performance compared to others. | Sajjad Afrakhteh Mohammad-Reza Mosavi Mohammad Khishe Ahmad Ayatollahi | 2020 | International Journal of Automation and computing2020,17,1: | 4 |
| 5 | 糖尿病患者白内障术后脉络膜厚度和黄斑厚度的变化(英文)显示文摘目的:评估糖尿病和非糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化术后脉络膜厚度(SFCT)和黄斑厚度(CMT)的变化。方法:前瞻性研究。包括53例轻度或中度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)无黄斑水肿患者和53例行白内障超声乳化术非糖尿病患者。术前、术后1mo和3mo用 EDI-OCT 测量脉络膜厚度和黄斑厚度,并比较两组的SFCT和CMT变化。结果:糖尿病患者中,基线处CMT为267±32 μm。术后CMT显著升高,术后1mo为291±77 μm( P =0.034),术后3mo为293±75 μm( P =0.047)。基线处SFCT为199± 72 μm 。术后SFCT显著升高,术后1mo为231±73 μm ( P = 0.035),术后3mo为248±91 μm( P =0.026)。在非糖尿病患者中,基线处CMT为264±29 μm。术后显著CMT升高,术后1mo为278±42 μm( P <0.001),术后3mo为 276± 56 μm( P =0.028)。基线处SFCT为236±60 μm。术后SFCT显著提高,术后1mo为265±64 μm( P <0.001),术后3mo为240±60 μm( P =0.234)。两组间CMT的变化无统计学差异(均 P >0.05)。尽管非糖尿病组患者的基线脉络膜较厚,但研究组术后1mo( P =0.97)和术后3mo( P =0.97)的SFCT变化无显著差异。结论:术后两组间CMT和SFCT均显著提高。CMT和SFCT变化在糖尿病和非糖尿病患者间无显著不同。 | Saeed Karimi Mohammad Alizadeh Seyed Aliasghar Mosavi Farinaz Borna | 2019 | 国际眼科杂志2019,19,6: | 3 |
| 6 | Prediction of XRF analyzers error for elements on-line assaying using Kalman Filter显示文摘Determination of chemical elements assay plays an important role in mineral processing operations.This factor is used to control process accuracy,recovery calculation and plant profitability.The new assaying methods including chemical methods,X-ray fluorescence and atomic absorption spectrometry are advanced and accurate.However,in some applications,such as on-line assaying process,high accuracy is required.In this paper,an algorithm based on Kalman Filter is presented to predict on-line XRF errors.This research has been carried out on the basis of based the industrial real data collection for evaluating the performance of the presented algorithm.The measurements and analysis for this study were conducted at the Sarcheshmeh Copper Concentrator Plant located in Iran.The quality of the obtained results was very satisfied;so that the RMS errors of prediction obtained for Cu and Mo grade assaying errors in rougher feed were less than 0.039 and 0.002 and in final flotation concentration less than 0.58 and 0.074,respectively.The results indicate that the mentioned method is quite accurate to reduce the on-line XRF errors measurement. | Nakhaei F Sam A Mosavi MR Nakhaei A | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,4: | 3 |
| 7 | 低体重早产儿使用地塞米松与视网膜病变发展进程的相关性(英文)显示文摘目的:评价地塞米松疗法对早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)的发生率和严重程度的影响。ROP是导致婴幼儿视力损害的重要原因之一,甚至导致失明。近年来,由于新生儿护理技术的提高,能够存活的(极)低出生体重儿不断增加,导致发生ROP高危人群的产生。产前和产后类固醇(postnatal steroids,PNS)的使用对ROP发生率的影响尚有争议,并且该制剂与ROP严重程度的相关性尚未评估。方法:选取儿童医院2012-04/2013-06出生体重不足1500克并胎龄不足29周的115例新生儿进行双盲对照研究。随机分为病例组和对照组,病例组内给予8~14d的新生儿静脉滴注地塞米松,对照组不予注射。从出生后6wk开始进行眼科检查并持续至病症消退。结果:收入新生儿重症监护室、出生体重不足1500克的新生儿的存活率为69%(80/115)。新生儿胎龄越低(≤25周和26~28周)ROP发生率越高。参加此项研究的58例婴幼儿中,ROP(二期或二期以上)的发生率为8.6%。在接受PNS的28例新生儿中,2例(7.4%)发生严重的早产儿视网膜病变。而在没有接受PNS的30例新生儿中,有3例(9.7%)确诊为ROP。接受PNS婴幼儿与对照组婴幼儿ROP的发生率无显著差异(P=0.35)。此外,病例组(7.4%)和对照组(9.7%)比较,严重ROP(二期以上)发生率也无显著差异(P=0.36)。结论:此研究表明,接受地塞米松静脉滴注的新生儿与未接受地塞米松滴注的新生儿在早产儿视网膜病变的发生率和严重程度上无显著差异。因此,注射地塞米松治疗早产儿慢性肺病通常不会增加ROP发生的危险性。 | Aliagha Alishiri Seyed Aliasghar Mosavi | 2015 | 国际眼科杂志2015,15,3: | 3 |

| 9 | Comparative study of multilayer perceptron-stochastic gradient descent and gradient boosted trees for predicting daily suspended sediment load: The case study of the Mississippi River, U.S.显示文摘Monitoring sediment transport is essential for managing and maintaining rivers.Estimation of the sediment load in rivers is fundamental for the study of sediment movement,erosion,and flood control.In the current study,three machine learning models-multi-layer perceptron(MLP),multi-layer perceptron-stochastic gradient descent(MLP-SGD),and gradient boosted tree(GBT)-were utilized to estimate the suspended sediment load(SSL)at the St.Louis(SL)and Chester(CH)stations on the Mississippi River,U.S.Four evaluation criteria including the Correlation Coefficient(CC),Nash Sutcliffe Efficiency(NSE),Scatter Index(SI),and Willmott’s Index(WI)were utilized to evaluate the performance of the used models.A sensitivity analysis of the models to the input variables revealed that the current day discharge variable had the most effect on the SSL at both stations,but in the absence of current-day discharge data(Qt),a combination of input parameters including SSL_(t-3),SSL_(t-2),SSL_(t-1),Q_(t-3),Q_(t-2),Q_(t-1) can be used to estimate the SSL.The comparative outcomes indicated the high accuracy of MLP-SGD-5 model with a CC of 0.983,SI of 0.254,WI of 0.991,and NSE of 0.967 at station CH and the MLP-SGD-6 model with a CC of 0.933,SI of 0.576,WI of 0.961,and NSE of 0.867,respectively,at station SL.The results of MLP models were improved by SGD optimization.Therefore,the MLP-SGD method is recommended as the most accurate model for SSL estimation. | Sadra Shadkani Akram Abbaspour Saeed Samadianfard Sajjad Hashemi Amirhosein Mosavi Shahab S.Band | 2021 | International Journal of Sediment Research2021,36,4: | 2 |
| 10 | Dynamic Analysis of Non-Symmetric Functionally Graded (FG) Cylindrical Structure under Shock Loading by Radial Shape Function Using Meshless Local Petrov-Galerkin (MLPG) Method with Nonlinear Grading Patterns显示文摘In this paper,dynamic behavior of non-symmetric Functionally Graded(FG)cylindrical structure under shock loading is carried out.Dynamic equations in the polar coordinates are drawn out using Meshless Local Petrov-Galerkin(MLPG)method.Nonlinear volume fractions are used for radial direction to simulate the mechanical properties of Functionally Graded Material(FGM).To solve dynamic equations of nonsymmetric FG cylindrical structure in the time domain,the MLPG method are combined with the Laplace transform method.For computing the inverse Laplace transform in the present paper,the Talbot algorithm for the numerical inversion is used.To verify the obtained results by the MLPG method,these results are compared with the analytical solution and the Finite Element Method(FEM).The obtained results through the MLPG method show a good agreement in comparison to other results and the MLPG method has high accuracy for dynamic analysis of non-symmetric FG cylindrical structure.The capability of the present method to dynamic analysis of non-symmetric FG cylindrical structure is demonstrated by dynamic analysis of the cylinder with different volume fraction exponents under harmonic and rectangular shock loading.The present method shows high accuracy,efficiency and capability to dynamic analysis of non-symmetric FG cylindrical structure with nonlinear grading patterns,which furnishes a ground for a more flexible design. | Y.Sadeghi Ferezghi M.R.Sohrabi S.M Mosavi Nezhad | 2017 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2017,,4: | 2 |
| 11 | Mineralogy and Geochemistry of Major, Trace and Rare Earth Elements in Sediments of the Hypersaline Urmia Salt Lake, Iran显示文摘Urmia Salt Lake(USL) is a hypersaline lake located at the NW corner of the Iran platform. The lake area is estimated to have been over 5000 km^2 at one point, but has now decreased to <1000 km^2 in the last two decades. It contains 4.6×10~9 tons of halite and other detrital and evaporative minerals such as calcite, aragonite, dolomite, quartz, feldspars, augite and sylvite. This study examined the mineralogy and geochemistry of bed sediments along the mid-east toward NE bank sediments collected from 1.5 meters depth and nearby augite placer. Due to the diverse lithology of the surrounding geology, bed sediments vary from felsic in the mid-east to mafic in the northeast. Weathering of tephrite and adakite rocks of the Islamic Island at the immediate boundary has produced a large volume of augite placer over a 40 km length, parallel to the shoreline. Based on the study result, weathering increases from south to north and the geochemistry of the sediments shows enrichment of Mg O, Ca O, Sr and Ba associated with Sr deployment in all samples.
