3Experimental research on the feature of an x-ray Talbot–Lau interferometer versus tube accelerating voltage显示文摘X-ray Talbot–Lau interferometer has been used most widely to perform x-ray phase-contrast imaging with a conventional low-brilliance x-ray source,and it yields high-sensitivity phase and dark-field images of samples producing low absorption contrast,thus bearing tremendous potential for future clinical diagnosis.In this work,by changing the accelerating voltage of the x-ray tube from 35 k V to 45 k V,x-ray phase-contrast imaging of a test sample is performed at each integer value of the accelerating voltage to investigate the characteristic of an x-ray Talbot–Lau interferometer(located in the Institute of Multidisciplinary Research for Advanced Materials,Tohoku University,Japan) versus tube voltage.Experimental results and data analysis show that within a range this x-ray Talbot–Lau interferometer is not sensitive to the accelerating voltage of the tube with a constant fringe visibility of ~ 44%.This x-ray Talbot–Lau interferometer research demonstrates the feasibility of a new dual energy phase-contrast x-ray imaging strategy and the possibility to collect a refraction spectrum.王圣浩 Margie P.Olbinado Atsushi Momose 韩华杰 胡仁芳 王志立 高昆 张凯 朱佩平 吴自玉 2015Chinese Physics B2015,24,6:3
4Bronchial bleeding caused by recurrent pneumonia after radical esophagectomy for esophageal cancer显示文摘We herein report a case of bronchial bleeding afterradical esophagectomy that was treated with lobectomy.A 65-year-old male who underwent subtotal esophagectomy with three-field lymph node dissection for esophageal carcinoma was referred to our hospital because of sudden hemoptysis.After the esophagectomy,bilateral vocal cord paralysis was observed,and the patient suffered from repeated episodes of aspiration pneumonia.Bronchoscopy revealed hemosputum in the right middle lobe bronchus,and contrast-enhanced computed tomography showed tortuous arteries arising from the right inferior phrenic artery and left subclavian artery toward the right middle lobe bronchus.Although bronchial arterial embolization was performed twice to control the recurrent hemoptysis,the procedures were unsuccessful.Right middle lobectomy was therefore performed via video-assisted thoracic surgery.Engorged bronchial arterys with medial hypertrophy and overgrowth of the small branches were noted near the bronchus in the resected specimen.The patient recovered uneventfully and was discharged on postoperative day 14.Toshihiro Kitajima Kota Momose Seigi Lee Shusuke Haruta Masaki Ueno Hisashi Shinohara Sakashi Fujimori Takeshi Fujii Ryoji Takei Tadasu Kohno Harushi Udagawa 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,11:3
5Effects of Kampo medicine, Keishi-ka Shakuyaku-to (TJ-60) on alteration of diacylglycerol metabolism in gastrointestinal smooth muscle of diabetic rats显示文摘AIM:To examine the effects of Kampo medicine,Keishi-ka-Shakuyaku-to(TJ-60) on the signal transduction in diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction.METHODS:Experimental diabetic models were prepared using streptozotocin (STZ)-treated Wistar rats.Randomly selected STZ rats were treated with insulin (12U·kg^-1·d^-1) or TJ-60(1% of food intake).Diacylglycerol(DG) and DG kinase activities were quantified in isolated aortic smooth muscle tissue.RESULTS:One of the key element of the PI-turnover,DG kinase activity in resting state in gastric smooth muscle was significantly increased compared to the control value,and carbachol (CCh)-induced response was not detectable,but it was detected in the control rats.On the other hand resting activity in ileum did not differ from the control,but the CCh-induced responses were suppressed.Treatment with TJ-60 indicated resistant effects for the alteration of DG kinase activities in diabetic intestinal tissues.In order to reveal the mechanism of the effects,total content of DG was measured,because the DG plays important role in the PI-turnover and the DG converted from not only PI but also incorporated glucose under high glucose condition.Patterns of the change in DG levels were similar to those in DG kinase.These results indicate that the effect of TJ-60 occurs at the cellular level of DG.CONCLUSION:Dysfunction of gastrointestinal smooth muscle in diabetes in mediated by an alternation of DG and DG kinase.TJ-60 influences the alteration and relief the dysfunction.NOBE Koji MOMOSE Kazutaka SAKAI Yasushi 2002Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2002,23,12:3

9Analysis of antioxidant prenylflavonoids in different parts of Macaranga tanarius,the plant origin of Okinawan propolis显示文摘Objective:To analyze the antioxidant prenylilavonoids in different parts of Macaranga tanarius(M.tanarius)(Euphorbiaceae)including the leaf,petiole,stem,leaflet,flower and fruit(only in female plant),and to evaluate their antioxidant properties.Methods:Methanol extracts of each part of M.tanarius were prepared and five prenylilavonoids in them were quantitatively analyzed using HPLC.The fruits from female plant were further separated into seed,pericarp,and glandular trichome.After the quantitative analyses of prenylflavonoids in each part of M.tanarius,antioxidant activity of the extracts was evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-l-picryI-hydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging assay.Results:The leaf of M.tanarius contained two prenylflavonoids as main components in both male and female plants.Both flowers(male and female)contained five kinds of prenylflavonoids.In the petiole,stem and leaflet of both male and female plants,the prenylflavonoids were not delected or their amounts were very low.Five kinds of prenylflavonoids were detected in the seed,pericarp and glandular trichome of female M.tanarius.In particular,the glandular trichome had the highest level of total prenylflavonoids(235 mg/g of fresh plant).DPPH radical scavenging activity of all parts was more than 30%.Conclusions:We found that different parts of M.tanarius contained antioxidant prenylflavonoids.In particular,not only the glandular trichome but also the leaf contained prenylflavonoids,which indicated that M.tanarius may be developed as a functional plant,because the leaves of this plant can be easily collected.Shigenori Kumazawa Masayo Murase Noboru Momose Syuichi Fukumoto 2014Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2014,7,1:2
