| 1 | Indosinian isotope ages of plutons and deposits in southwestern Miaoershan-Yuechengling,northeastern Guangxi and implications on Indosinian mineralization in South China显示文摘The Miaoershan-Yuechengling complex pluton is the largest granitoid complex in the western Nanling metallogenic belt with a surface exposure of >3000 km2.The complex pluton is composed of an early stage granitoid batholith and late stage small intrusions.The early stage batholith contains mainly medium-grained porphyritic mica granite and porphyritic monzonite granite,whereas the late stage intrusions are composed of muscovite granite porphyry and muscovite monzonitic granite.There are many W-Sn-Mo-Pb-Zn-Cu ores in the contact zone between the batholith and strata,forming an ore-rich belt around the batholith.Based on zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb ages,the southwestern part of the early stage batholith formed at 228.7 ± 4.1 Ma(MSWD = 2.49),with slightly earlier magmatic activity at 243.0 ± 5.8 Ma(MSWD = 2.62).The Yuntoujie muscovite granite was associated with W-Mo mineralization and has a zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb age of 216.8 ± 4.9 Ma(MSWD = 1.44).The Re-Os isochron age of molybdenite from the Yuntoujie W-Mo ore was 216.8 ± 7.5 Ma(MSWD = 11.3).Our new isotope data suggest that the late stage intrusive stocks from the southwestern Miaoershan-Yuechengling batholith were closely associated with W-Mo mineralization from the Indosinian period.These new results together with previous isotope data,suggest that South China underwent not only the well-known Yanshanian mineralization event,but also a widespread Indosinian metallogenic event during the Mesozoic period.Therefore,South China has a greater potential for Indosinian mineralization than previously thought such that more attention should be given to the Indosinian ore prospecting in South China. | WU Jing LIANG HuaYing HUANG WenTing WANG ChunLong SUN WeiDong SUN YaLi LI Jing MO JiHai WANG XiuZhang | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,9: | 28 |
| 2 | Effect of soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture on early selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor treatment onset for depressive disorder and related indicators of neuroimmunology:a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture on selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor(SSRIs) treatment effect onset in patients with depressive disorder and related indicators of neuroimmunology.METHODS:Overall,126 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into a medicine and acupuncture-medicine group using a random number table.Patients were treated for 6 consecutive weeks.The two groups were evaluated by the Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale(MADRS) and Side Effects Rating Scale(SERS) to assess the effect of the soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture method on early onset of SSRI treatment effect.Changes in serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the medicine group and the acupuncture-medicine group.RESULTS:The acupuncture-medicine group had significantly lower MADRS scores at weeks 1,2,4,and 6 after treatment compared with the medicine group(P < 0.01).The acupuncture group had significantly lower SERS scores at weeks 1,2,4,and 6 after treatment compared with the medicine group(P < 0.01).At 6 weeks after treatment,serum 5-HT in the acupuncture-medicine group was significantly higher compared with the medicine group(P <0.01).lnterleukin-6(IL-6) in the acupuncture-medicine group was significantly lower than that in the medicine group(P < 0.01),whereas there was no significant difference in IL-1(3 between the groups(P > 0.05).Anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly higher in the acupuncture-medicine group compared with the medicine group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05,respectively).CONCLUSION:The soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture method can effectively accelerate the onset of SSRI effects when treating depressive disorder and can significantly reduce the adverse reactions of SSRIs.Moreover,acupuncture can enhance serum 5-HT and regulate the balance of pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines. | Liu Yi Feng Hui Mo Yali Gao Jingfang Mao Hongjing Song Mingfen Wang Shengdong Yin Yan Liu Wenjuan | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,5: | 13 |
| 3 | Parallel Simulation of Groundwater Flow in the North China Plain显示文摘Numerical modeling is of crucial importance in understanding the behavior of regional groundwater system. However, the demand on modeling capability is intensive when performing high-resolution simulation over long time span. This paper presents the application of a parallel program to speed up the detailed modeling of the groundwater flow system in the North China Plain. The parallel program is implemented by rebuilding the well-known MODFLOW program on our parallelcomputing framework, which is achieved by designing patch-based parallel data structures and algorithms but maintaining the compute flow and functionalities of MODFLOW. The detailed model with more than one million grids and a decade of time has been solved. The parallel simulation results were examined against the field observed data and these two data are generally in good agreement. For the comparison on solution time, the parallel program running on 32 cores is 6 times faster than the fastest MICCG-based MODFLOW program and 11 times faster than the GMG-based MODFLOW program. | 4 | Alloying-engineered high-performance broadband polarized Bi_(1.3)In_(0.7)Se_(3)photodetector with ultrafast response显示文摘Topological insulators have important potential for applications in the field of nano/micro-optoelectronic devices.However,the large dark current seriously hinders the improvement of device performance.Alloying is an important means to control the physical properties of topological insulators.In this work,we have designed and prepared Bi_(1.3)In_(0.7)Se_(3)crystals.The optoelectronic properties of the individual Bi_(1.3)In_(0.7)Se_(3)nanowire-based photodetector are systematically investigated.The photodetector is very sensitive to broadband wavelength from solar-blind ultraviolet C(254 nm)to near-infrared(1,064 nm),showing superior optoelectrical properties with photoresponsivity of 241.3 A·W^(–1)and detectivity of 1.18×10^(12)Jones at 638 nm.Furthermore,the photodetector demonstrates ultrafast photoresponse characteristics with a photoresponse time of about 770 ns,which is 3 to 6 orders of magnitude lower than other compound semiconductors based on Bi or In reported so far.In addition,it also exhibits good polarization sensitivity in a broadband range from ultraviolet C(266 nm)to near-infrared(1,064 nm)and obtained the maximum dichroic ratio is 1.73 at 1,064 nm.Our results suggest that this platform creates new opportunities for the development of low-cost,high-sensitivity,high-speed,and broadband angle-sensitive photodetectors. | Fen Zhang Yali Yu Zhangxun Mo Le Huang Qinglin Xia Bo Li Mianzeng Zhong Jun He | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,9: | 0 |
| 5 | Linguistic expressions of despondency:an investigation of Sangness-related Chinese catchwords显示文摘Catchwords,as important social and cultural symbols,are the barometer of a country's society and culture.In China,various catchwords are coined and used every year by Chinese people,especially the young.Of these catchwords,one particular type that expresses despondency or Sangness is increasingly gaining scholarly attention.This study takes a socio-linguistic approach to investigating the most frequently used Sangness-related Chinese catchwords in the past ten years.By examining the annual top ten catchwords selected by Biting Words and Chewing Words between 2013 and 2022,it finds that the most frequently used Sangness-related Chinese catchwords in the past decade have been(1)Ge You Slouch,(2)feeling awful and wanting to cry,(3)Buddha-like,(4)996 work schedule,(5)life is too hard for me,(6)laborer,(7)involution,(8)lying flat,and(9)mental internal friction.These catchwords mainly serve the functions of deconstructing mainstream values,expressing self-mockery,and seeking value recognition.The development of these Sangness-related catchwords is characterized by an increasing diversity and a strongerapplicability. | Yehui Song Junkai Xue Yali Ma Junhua Mo | 2023 | Language and Semiotic Studies2023,9,3: | 0 |
| 6 | The LncRNA FEZF1-AS1 promotes tumor proliferation in colon cancer by regulating the mitochondrial protein PCK2显示文摘LncRNAs and metabolism represents two factors involved in cancer initiation and progression.However,the interaction between lncRNAs and metabolism remains to be fully explored.In this study,lncRNA FEZF1-AS1(FEZF1-AS1)was found upregulated in colon cancer after screening all the lncRNAs of colon cancer tissues deposited in TCGA,the result of which was further confirmed by RNAscope staining on a colon tissue chip.The results obtained using FEZF1-AS1 knockout colon cancer cells(SW480 KO and HCT-116 KO)constructed using CRISPR/Cas9 system confirmed the proliferation,invasion,and migration-promoting function of FEZF1-AS1 in vitro.Mechanistically,FEZF1-AS1 associated with the mitochondrial protein phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase(PCK2),which plays an essential role in regulating energy metabolism in the mitochondria.Knockdown of FEZF1-AS1 greatly decreased PCK2 protein levels,broke the homeostasis of energy metabolism in the mitochondria,and inhibited proliferation,invasion,and migration of SW480 and HCT-116 cells.PCK2 overexpression in FEZF1-AS1 knockout cells partially rescued the tumor inhibitory effect on colon cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo.Moreover,PCK2 overexpression specifically rescued the abnormal accumulation of Flavin mononucleotide(FMN)and succinate,both of which play an important role in oxidative phosphorylation(OXPHOS).Overall,these results indicate that FEZF1-AS1 is an oncogene through regulating energy metabolism of the cell.This research reveals a new mechanism for lncRNAs to regulate colon cancer and provides a potential target for colon cancer diagnosis and treatment. | HUAMIN WANG YANTING WU ZHENLEI WANG YUHANG CHEN JINYU MO WEN GUAN YALI ZHANG HONGLIANG YAO | 2021 | Oncology Research2021,29,3: | 0 |
