| 1 | Formal verification of safety protocol in train control system显示文摘In order to satisfy the safety-critical requirements,the train control system(TCS) often employs a layered safety communication protocol to provide reliable services.However,both description and verification of the safety protocols may be formidable due to the system complexity.In this paper,interface automata(IA) are used to describe the safety service interface behaviors of safety communication protocol.A formal verification method is proposed to describe the safety communication protocols using IA and translate IA model into PROMELA model so that the protocols can be verified by the model checker SPIN.A case study of using this method to describe and verify a safety communication protocol is included.The verification results illustrate that the proposed method is effective to describe the safety protocols and verify deadlocks,livelocks and several mandatory consistency properties.A prototype of safety protocols is also developed based on the presented formally verifying method. | ZHANG Yan TANG Tao LI KePing MERA Jose Manuel ZHU Li ZHAO Lin XU TianHua | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011，54，11： | 6 |
| 2 | Helicobacter pylori recurrence after eradication in Latin America:Implications for gastric cancer prevention显示文摘AIM To estimate Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) recurrence rate in Latin America, a region with a significant H. pylori prevalence and gastric cancer burden.METHODS Pub Med, LILACS, Sci ELO, Cochrane databases and abstracts from relevant meetings were reviewed. Information collected included: Participants' characteristics, recruitment strategy, diagnostic modality, treatment arms, follow-up and recurrence rates. Recurrence was calculated using 100-patients-year rates, and data were pooled using a random effects model. The I2 statistic assessed between study heterogeneity. Meta-regression analyses evaluated for effect modifying variables. RESULTS Literature search yielded 163 articles. Twelve studies involving 4848 patients from 9 countries met inclusion criteria. Four hundred and thirty-two reinfections were recorded in 5487 person-years of follow-up. Pooled analysis showed a recurrence rate of 7.9 cases per 100 person-years(95%CI: 5.3-10.5). Meta-regression revealed that neither the antibiotic schema, a second antibiotic course, nor the diagnostic modality had an impact on the observed risk of recurrence. The recurrence rate in the first year after treatment, predominantly recrudescence,was 11.2(6.1-16.4) per 100 patient years. Recurrence in subsequent years, was only 6.2(3.8-8.7).CONCLUSION H. pylori recurrence rates in Latin America are significant, and with geographic variability, yet are acceptable based upon the current literature for consideration of large scale intervention trials. | 3 | Multimodality functional imaging using DW-MRI and 18F-FDG-PET/CT during radiation therapy for human papillomavirus negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma: Meixoeiro Hospital of Vigo Experience显示文摘AIM To noninvasively investigate tumor cellularity measured using diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(DW-MRI) and glucose metabolism measured by 18 Flabeled fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography(18F-FDG-PET/CT) during radiation therapy(RT) for human papillomavirus negative(HPV-) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC).METHODS In this prospective study, 6 HPV- HNSCC patients underwent a total of 34 multimodality imaging examinations(DW-MRI at 1.5 T Philips MRI scanner [(n = 24) pre-, during-(2-3 wk), and post-treatment(Tx), and 18F-FDG PET/CT pre- and post-Tx(n = 10)]. All patients received RT. Monoexponential modeling of the DW-MRI data yielded the imaging metric apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) and the mean of standardized uptake value(SUV) was measured from 18F-FDG PET uptake. All patients had a clinical follow-up as the standard of care and survival status was documented at 1 year.RESULTS There was a strong negative correlation between the mean of pretreatment ADC(ρ =-0.67, P = 0.01) and the pretreatment 18F-FDG PET SUV. The percentage(%) change in delta(?)
