| 1 | 乳腺癌患者术后淋巴水肿与其相关症状的关系研究显示文摘目的调查乳腺癌患者术后不同程度淋巴水肿发生状况及其相关症状情况,分析两者之间的关系。方法采用便利抽样及目的抽样方法,选择乳腺癌行腋窝淋巴结清扫术后患者224例,采用肢体周径测量法判断淋巴水肿严重程度,采用乳腺癌淋巴水肿症状体验指数(Breast Cancer and Lymphedema Symptom Experience Index,BCLE-SEI)评估患者淋巴水肿相关症状体验。结果 224例患者中,无水肿94例(42.0%),轻度水肿46例(20.5%),重度水肿84例(37.5%)。轻度淋巴水肿患者的症状个数、症状严重程度及症状困扰总分高于无淋巴水肿患者(P=0.007);重度淋巴水肿患者的症状个数、症状严重程度及症状困扰总分高于轻度淋巴水肿患者(P=0.017)。轻度水肿患者的上肢肿胀、患肢沉重、患肢疲乏、患肢紧绷、患肢僵硬、手臂受限、肘部受限、手腕受限的发生率高于无水肿患者。结论淋巴水肿早期就出现相应症状,且症状体验随着水肿加重而越发严重。关注患肢肿胀、患肢沉重等淋巴液积聚症状,可早期发现淋巴水肿并给予早期干预,阻止或延缓水肿程度的进展。 | 刘飞 路潜 欧阳倩 刘超 吕静 王影新 Fu R Mei | 2016 | 中华护理杂志2016,51,5: | 95 |
| 2 | Breast cancer-related lymphedema: Symptoms, diagnosis, risk reduction, and management显示文摘The global burden of breast cancer continues to increase largely because of the aging and growth of the world population. More than 1.38 million women worldwide were estimated to be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008, accounting for 23% of all diagnosed cancers in women. Given that the 5-year survival rate for breast cancer is now 90%, experiencing breast cancer is ultimately about quality of life. Women treated for breast cancer are facing a life-time risk of developing lymphedema, a chronic condition that occurs in up to 40% of this population and negatively affects breast cancer survivors' quality of life. | 3 | 头颈癌手术患者住院期间体质量减轻对术后一个月功能的预测研究显示文摘目的 探究头颈癌手术患者住院期间体质量减轻对其术后1个月功能的预测作用.方法 运用一般资料问卷、欧洲癌症研究和治疗组织生命质量核心量表功能子量表对2017年8-11月四川大学华西医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科符合纳入、排除标准的122例头颈癌患者在住院期间、术后1个月进行问卷调查.结果 头颈癌患者术后1个月功能得分为86.67(73.33,93.33)~100.00 (100.00,100.00)分,其中躯体功能得分较低;住院期间体质量减轻的患者术后1个月躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能得分较低(P<0.05);年龄(OR=6.262,P<0.05)、住院期间体质量减轻(OR=4.363, P<0.05)是头颈癌患者术后1个月躯体功能的危险因素,住院期间体质量(OR=3.306,P<0.05)是头颈癌患者术后1个月社会功能的危险因素.结论 头颈癌手术患者住院期间体质量减轻能够预测术后1个月功能的下降.临床医护人员应当重视头颈癌患者尤其是老年患者的围手术期营养问题,采取有效干预措施控制住院期间体质量,改善患者术后功能与生命质量. | 胡紫宜 冯先琼 Mei R Fu 余蓉 赵会玲 | 2019 | 中国实用护理杂志2019,35,35: | 4 |
