1Al6013/Mg搅拌摩擦焊接的材料流动及相变(英文)显示文摘研究搅拌摩擦焊接铝合金6013和纯镁板在接头界面处的材料流动及相变。将铝合金6013和纯镁板分别放置在焊缝的前进侧和返回侧,搅拌针放在焊缝中央偏向铝合金侧1mm处,可以获得无缺陷的焊缝。为了研究搅拌摩擦焊时材料流动情况,将钢丸嵌入焊接材料中作为示踪材料,焊接完成后,采用X射线分析钢丸在材料中的位置。结果表明,嵌在前进侧材料中的钢丸焊后进入了返回侧材料中,而嵌在返回侧材料中的钢丸仍留在返回侧中。对焊接试样进行热处理,研究热处理对焊接接头力学性能的影响和接头处金属间化合物层的生成情况。结果表明,在接头界面处生成了2种金属间化合物:Al3Mg2和Al12Mg17。Pooya POURAHMAD Mehrdad ABBASI 2013Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2013,23,5:16
2冷轧焊接制备Ag/Al双金属材料的扩散和相转变(英文)显示文摘通过轧制Al条和Ag条制备Ag/Al双金属条。为使Al和Ag条之间发生冷焊,对表面进行处理并设置不同的轧制压下量。实验表明:发生冷焊的最小临界轧制厚度压下量为70%,相当于轧制形状因子0.1630。对双金属条进行均匀化退火,于400°C保温不同时间。利使用扫描电子显微镜观察Al/Ag界面,研究可能存在的硬脆相。通过EDS分析和线扫描分析退火时间对扩散距离和相转变的影响。在界面上Ag侧观察到一个扩散区,其宽度随退火时间的延长而增加。退火处理3h后在靠近界面处观察到一些δ相,而且随着退火时间的延长,δ相变得更粗、更连续。显微硬度测试表明:尽管通过均匀化退火生成δ相,界面硬度却有所降低。Hossein OLIA Mehrdad ABBASI Seyed Hossein RAZAVI 2012Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2012,22,2:3
3Direct remyelinating effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in the rat model of spinal cord injury显示文摘Background:Several studies have tried to evaluate the effects of stem cell therapy for spinal cord injury in animal models and human trials.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are one of the safe and available candidate cells with established beneficial therapeutic effects for bone and cartilage repair.However,there are some doubts regarding their therapeutic efficacy for nervous system disorders.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have been used in some clinical trials for spinal cord injury but their precise mechanism of action and also their safety has not been investigated.Available experimental reports do not provide sufficient and convincing evidence to persuade therapists to perform further clinical trials.In the present study we have used detailed staining methods to clearly show the entire structure of the injured spinal cord and the effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells treatment on this tissue.Methods:Intrathecal injection of neutral red stained bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were done in a rat model of spinal cord injury and the fate of the transplanted cells,immunologic responses in the host tissue,and tumor generation were assessed by using brightfield and fluorescence microscopy.Sensory-motor functions were also evaluated in the animals.Results:Injected cells could migrate to the site of the injury and differentiate into oligodendrocytes and astrocytes.Immuno-histological assays showed no cells expressing CD2,CD3,CD15 and CD45 in host tissues,and sensory-motor assessments revealed that there were some partial improvements.Conclusion:Present study provides strong evidence that mesenchymal stem cell therapy is safe and could be helpful for the remyelination of injured nerve fibers in the acute phase of injury.Farshad Homayouni Moghadam Abolghasem Abbasi Abbas Vakili-Zarch Mehrdad Mansouri Mojtaba Babaei-Zarch Mohammad Hossein Nasr-Esfahani 2021Life Research2021,4,3:1
