1两种单氟磷酸钠牙膏预防乳牙龋病的2年临床研究显示文摘目的 :比较含氟浓度为 78.95 mmol/L (15 0 0 ppm)、磨料分别为碳酸钙及二氧化硅的二种单氟磷酸钠牙膏对儿童乳牙的临床防龋效果。方法 :采用随机双盲对照法 ,对四川省成都市 12 0 0名 4岁儿童进行了为期 2年的追踪研究。受试儿童被分为 3组 ,第 l组为含氟浓度 78.95 mmol/L、磨料为二氧化硅的单氟磷酸钠牙膏(MFP/Si O2 ) ,第 2组为含氟浓度 78.95 mmol/L、磨料为碳酸钙的单氟磷酸钠牙膏 (MFP/Ca CO3) ,第 3组为对照组 ,使用不含氟的碳酸钙牙膏。分析指标为乳牙龋面均 (dfs)增长数。结果 :998名儿童完成 2年的临床观察 ,1基线检查 3组的龋面均无显著性差异 ;2 l年后的龋面均增长数 :MFP/Si O2 组为 1.6 9± 3.12 ,MFP/Ca CO3组为1.5 3± 3.0 9,与对照组 2 .19± 4.12比较分别下降 30 .1%和 2 2 .8% ;3 2年后 MFP/Si O2 组和 MFP/Ca CO3组的龋面均增长数为 2 .98± 4.42及 2 .75± 4.33,与对照组 4.73± 5 .17比较分别下降 37%和 41.9% ,差异有显著性 ,两试验组之间统计学的差异无显著性。结论 :使用含 78.95 mmol/L氟浓度 ,磨料为二氧化硅或碳酸钙的单氟磷酸钠牙膏均有明显防龋效果 ,只要严格控制含氟牙膏的用量和加强管理 ,对发病率高的幼儿乳牙 ,不失为一种值得推广的安全而有效的防龋措施。范旭 万呼春 胡德渝 Yun PoZhang Bernal Stewart James McCool Margaret Petrone William De Vizio Anthony Volpe 2001实用口腔医学杂志2001,17,6:8
2WINTER RUNOFF AND EROSION ON NORTHWESTERN USA CROPLAND显示文摘Crop management is an important factor in preventing winter runoff and erosion on non-irrigatedcropland of the Northwestern Wheat and Range Region of the U.S. Much of the total annual runoff andsoil loss from agricultural land in the region occurs as a result of rain and snowmelt on frozen and thawingsoil. Quantifying these effects is important for hydrologic model development and calibration, and fordesigning and selecting crop managements to prevent erosion. An experimental setup with several runoffplots under a number of crop management systems was installed at the Palouse Conservation Field Stationin the fall of 1978. Data were collected from natural events on the replicated plots for l3 years. Frost,thaw, and snow depths were measured on the plots regularly. Runoff and sediment samples were obtainedfrom collection tanks on a daily or event basis. Data were analyzed and events were separaed into frozensoil, thawing soil, and non-frozen soil. Crop management had a substantial effect on infiltration and runoff,but an even more significant impact on soil erosion.D.K. 3FREEZE/THAW EFFECTS ON RILL AND GULLY EROSION IN THE NORTHWESTERN WHEAT AND RANGE REGION显示文摘Hydrology of the Northwestern Wheat and Range Region (NWRR) of the Pacific Northwest USA is dominated by winter events. Fifty-five to sixty-five percent of the precipitation occurs from November through March, and formation of impermeable frost, intensified by excessive tillage and tillage pans, has long been a major factor in rill and gully formation in the region. Saturated zones can form above tillage pans, freeze solid, and significantly reduce infiltration. Frost heaved surface soils thaw and weaken with warming temperatures or rain. Under these conditions, runoff from rain or snowmelt or a combination of the two is inevitable, concentrating in rills and channels, and carrying with it the loosened soil. Slopes are frequently quite steep and there may be little deposition above the toe slope. Classical over-fall head-cut gullies are uncommon. Concentrated flow channels form because of collection of water from impervious areas such as conventionally tilled fall seeded small grains and bare grass seed fields. In some soils, gullies are created by seepage from saturated layers above permanent restrictive layers in the soil. Gullies can also result from terrace failures due to rodent burrows and low compaction at the time of construction. In naturally unconsolidated soil, rodent activity can lead to piping failures that remove large quantities of subsurface soil and can become gullies. Rill measurements on conventionally tilled fields in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho were used to determine coefficients for relationships between slope length and steepness and size of rills.
