4伏马毒素B_1新型荧光标记物制备及其在荧光偏振分析技术中的应用显示文摘目的针对玉米中常见真菌毒素——伏马毒素B_1(FB1)开发新型荧光标记物,从而替代昂贵的6-(4,6-二氯三嗪基)氨基荧光素(6-DTAF)标记物,并在此基础上开发基于荧光偏振原理的伏马毒素快速检测技术。方法采用一锅煮的合成方法,以5-(4,6-二氯三嗪基)氨基荧光素(5-DTAF)为荧光基团制备伏马毒素荧光标记物,然后利用荧光偏振的原理建立基于5-DTAF的伏马毒素快速检测技术。结果基于5-DTAF的FB1荧光标记物与基于6-DTAF的FB1荧光标记物的荧光偏振分析方法具有相同的分析性能,IC_(50)值基本相等。结论采用5-DTAF成功制备了FB1荧光标记物,同时利用该荧光标记物开发了伏马毒素荧光偏振快速检测技术。该分析技术与基于6-DTAF荧光标记物的FB1荧光偏振速测技术相比,具有同样的分析性能,但分析成本降低了一半。刘继红 Chris Maragos 王敏 尹海燕 张玲 张军锋 洪慧杰 王红旗 2015食品安全质量检测学报2015,6,12:2
