| 2 | Effect of RE elements on the microstructural and mechanical properties of as-cast and age hardening processed Mg-4Al-2Sn alloy显示文摘In the present article,the effect of Rare Earth elements on the microstructural development and mechanical properties of as cast and age treated Mg-4Al-2Sn(AT42)alloy is studied.Investigation has been conducted by optical and scanning electron microscope,XRD and tensile tests.Analysis of the data showed that alloy’s dendrites turn into larger dendritic structure with sharp and narrow arms from equiaxed rosette type by addition of RE elements.In contrast to the base alloy,aging treatment shows a positive effect on the mechanical properties(yield strength,tensile strength and elongation)of AT42+1RE alloy mainly because of retention of the thermally stable RE containing intermetallics as strong barriers to grain growth.Also,increase of solute aluminum due to the decomposition of Mg 17 Al 12 along with saturated RE elements led to formation of blocky shape Al 2 RE in the microstructure during aging which enhanced the mechanical properties.It was found that the best result(yield of 70 MPa,tensile strength of 168 MPa and elongation of 14%)could be achieved by aging the AT42+1RE alloy at 443 K(170℃)for 8 h.However,mechanical properties of AT42+1RE alloy starts to decrease after exceeding its optimum aging conditions due to the coarsening of intermetallics. | Amir Mahyar Majd Mohammad Farzinfar Matin Pashakhanlou Mohammad Javad Nayyeri | 2018 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2018，6，3： | 5 |

| 4 | A Stable Analytical Solution Method for Car-Like Robot Trajectory Tracking and Optimization显示文摘In this paper, the car-like robot kinematic model trajectory tracking and control problem is revisited by exploring an optimal analytical solution which guarantees the global exponential stability of the tracking error. The problem is formulated in the form of tracking error optimization in which the quadratic errors of the position, velocity, and acceleration are minimized subject to the rear-wheel car-like robot kinematic model. The input-output linearization technique is employed to transform the nonlinear problem into a linear formulation. By using the variational approach, the analytical solution is obtained, which is guaranteed to be globally exponentially stable and is also appropriate for real-time applications. | 5 | Anti-cancer effects of hydro-alcoholic extract of pericarp of pistachio fruits显示文摘Objective:To investigate the cytotoxicity and anti-cancer effects of hydro-alcoholic extract of pistachio pericarp on hepatocellular carcinoma cells(HepG2)and mouse fibroblast L929 cells as normal and control group cell.Methods:MTT assay was performed to investigate the cytotoxicity effects of the extract at 0-4 000μg/mL on the cells after 24 and48 h.The expressions of some genes involved in apoptosis including Bax,Bcl-2 and P53were investigated by real time PCR.Results:Our results showed that after 24 and 48 hours of treatment of cells with this extract,the viability of HepG2 and L929 cells was reduced.Therefore,this extract had the cytotoxicity effect on both cells.The IC_(50) concentration of extract for HepG2 cells after 24 and 48 hours of treatment was 1 500 and 1 000μg/mL and for L929 cells was 2 000 and 1 500μg/mL,respectively.The expressions of Bax and P53 genes were up-regulated after treatment in the HepG2 and L929 cells and the expression of Bcl-2gene was down-regulated after treatment of extract in HepG2 cell.Conclusions:According to the results of MTT assay and real time PCR,this extract can be considered as a potential candidate for use in the production of anti-cancer drugs for the treatment of patients with liver cancer in future. | Hamidreza Harandi Ahmad Majd Soudeh Khanamani Falahati-pour Mehdi Mahmoodi | 2018 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2018，8，12： | 2 |
