1A phenomenological constitutive equation for Rene 95 PM alloy and its application to isothermal forging process of turbine disk显示文摘The flow behavior of Rene 95 PM alloy was studied from 1050 to 1150℃with strain rate of 1€?10, 1€?10, 1€?10 and 1. At a given temperature and strain rate, flow curves exhibit a peak followed by flow softening up to a steady state. Moreover, at constant strain, flow stress increases with increasing strain rate and decreasing temperature. An equation relating hyperbolic sine of flow stress to hot working parameters, such as strain, strain rate and temperature, was established by using multiple nonlinear regression method. A very good agreement was found between predicted and experimental flow stress in all the strain range investigated. 2Phase transformation and liquid density redistribution during solidification of Ni-based superalloy Inconel 718显示文摘The influences of chemical segregation and phase transformation on liquid density variation during solidification of Ni-based supperalloy Inconel 718 were investigated using SEM and EDS. It was found that significant segregation in liquid prompts high Nb phase to precipitate directly from liquid, which results in the redistribution of alloy elements and liquid density in their vicinity. 3Crack initiation and propagation induced by inclusions in a nickel-base P/M superalloy under fatigue load显示文摘In situ fatigue tests in special designed SEM were conducted to trace the whole process of crack initiation andpropagation till to fracture in nickel-base P/M superalloy seeded inclusions. The experimental results show that non-metallicinclusions can induce crack initiation. When the inclusion size is larger than the critical one, the crack can propagate as themain crack that induces the specimen to fracture. 10Epidemiological investigation of Barrett's esophagus in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease in Northwest China显示文摘Objective: To investigate the prevalence and possible risk factors of Barrett's esophagus (BE) in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in Northwest China. Methods: Patients older than 18 years who underwent regular health check-up or had upper gastrointestinal symptoms in the endoscopy centers of four major teaching hospitals located in four different provinces of Northwest China from September 2008 to February 2009 were included in the study. A face-to-face reflux diagnostic questionnaire including risk factors were taken and scale scores (Sc) were accumulated. Diagnostic criterion of GERD was Sc≥12 points. None of these subjects received anti-acid medication prior to their endoscopy done. Barrett's esophagus was diagnosed when specialized intestinal metaplasia was detected histologically. Results: A total of 528 patients met the criteria of GERD, among which 32 patients (20 male and 12 female) were diagnosed with BE. BE was present in 6.06% with a mean age of 51.2±11.6 years, which was significantly older than patients with GERD without BE (46.6±13.3 years) (P<0.05). There weresignificant differences between BE and GERD patients regarding gender, age, hiatus hernia, smoking and alcohol consumption (P<0.05), while no significant difference regarding symptoms of GERD. There was significant difference between short segment Barrett's esophagus and long segment (65.6% vs 34.4%, P<0.05). Conclusion: The prevalence of BE was 6.06% in patients with GERD in northwest China and was dominated by SSBE. 12Potential Value of Splenectomy for the Life Quality and Long-term Survival of Patients with Cirrhosis显示文摘Patients with cirrhosis will gradually develop portal hypertension(PHT)and esophagogastric varices,and subsequently the more severe and often lethal complications such as bleeding esophageal varices,ascites,spontaneous bacterial peritonitis,renal dysfunction and hepatic encephalopathy.To date,there is still not any effective therapy for the prevention of the development these serious complications.The initial factor leading to PHT is an increase in hepatic resistance.Then,the increase in portal blood flow contributes to the maintenance and exacerbation of PHT,as well as the formation of esophagogastric varices and lethal complications.Increasing evidence shows that,enlarged spleen not only contributes to the increase in portal venous inflow,but also plays a contributory role in promoting almost all lethal complications of cirrhosis through its resulted hypersplenism together with other mechanisms.So,we hypothesize that prophylactic splenectomy may efficiently delay the progression of cirrhosis and improve life quality and long-term survival of patients with cirrhosis.Tuanmao Guo Maicang Gao Yanli Xing Xi-Min Qiao 2020Proceedings of Anticancer Research2020,4,5:0
13SEM In-situ Observation at Tensile Loading on Surface Inclusion in PM Rene95 Superalloy显示文摘The observation on crack initiation and propagation of surface inclusion Al2O3 in seeded PM Rene95 was conducted by SEM in-situ tension test. The results show that the cracks often initiate at the inclusion/matrix interface vertical to the applied stress direction, and easily propagate along the interface into the matrix. The interface of inclusion / matrix is just mechanically bounded on the base of SEM observation. The weak bonding of inclusion / matrix interface and stress concentration around inclusions are the main reasons of the matrix/inclusion interface debonding and local plastic deformation under the tensile loading in the in-situ tension test. Surface in-elusion does not definitely lead to the failure of in-situ tension test.
