| 2 | 天津市PM_(2.5)中氮含量及同位素的昼夜及季节变化显示文摘为研究天津市大气气溶胶中氮的来源,分析了2016年夏、冬两季昼夜采集的细颗粒物气溶胶(PM_(2.5))中无机离子浓度和氮同位素组成(δ^(15)N).结果显示:天津市冬季平均PM_(2.5)质量浓度(207μg/m^(3))远高于夏季(40.1μg/m^(3)),冬季PM_(2.5)的δ^(15)N值(+5.1‰)低于夏季(+10.7‰),即夏季PM_(2.5)较冬季更富集15N;夏季PM_(2.5)中NH^(4+)的平均浓度高于c(NO_(3)^(–)),但是冬季NO_(3)^(–)浓度最高,其次是c(NH^(4+))>c(SO_(4)^(2–));此外,通过对比昼夜样品,夏季PM_(2.5)中氮含量和氮同位素组成在昼夜均表现出明显差异,而冬季不明显.结果表明,天津市夏季气溶胶中含氮化合物在昼夜受海陆风的影响,即白天受海洋气溶胶影响较大而夜间则为陆源气溶胶物质影响,然而冬季受东亚季风的影响削弱了海陆风对海陆间大气气溶胶的交换作用,且在冬季化石燃料燃烧源氮贡献较大. | 董志超 徐占杰 王爽 李培森 赵雪琰 傅平青 刘丛强 Chandra Mouli Pavuluri | 2021 | 中国环境科学2021,41,3: | 7 |

| 4 | Functional relationship between p53 and RUNX proteins显示文摘RUNX genes belong to a three-membered family of transcription factors,which are well established as master regulators of development.Of them,aberrations in RUNX3 expression are frequently observed in human malignancies primarily due to epigenetic silencing,which is often overlooked.At the G1 phase of the cell cycle,RUNX3 regulates the restriction(R)-point,a mechanism that decides cell cycle entry.Deregulation at the R-point or loss of RUNX3 results in premature entry into S phase,leading to a proliferative advantage.Inactivation of Runxl and Runx2 induce immortalization of mouse embryo fibroblast.As a consequence,RUNX loss induces pre-cancerous lesions independent of oncogene activation.p53 is the most extensively studied tumour suppressor.p53 plays an important role to prevent tumour progression but not tumour initiation.Therefore,upon oncogene activation,early inactivation of RUNX genes and subsequent mutation of p53 appear to result in tumour initiation and progression.Recently,transcription-independent DNA repairing roles of RUNX3 and p53 are emerging.Being evolutionarily old genes,it appears that the primordial function of p53 is to protect genome integrity,a function that likely extends to the RUNX gene as well.In this review,we examine the mechanism and sequence of actions of these tumour suppressors in detail. | Suk-Chul Bae Arun Mouli Kolinjivadi Yoshiaki Ito | 2019 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2019,11,3: | 3 |

| 6 | Low dose oral curcumin is not effective in induction of remission in mild to moderate ulcerative colitis: Results from a randomized double blind placebo controlled trial显示文摘AIM To evaluate the role of oral curcumin in inducing clinical remission in patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(UC).METHODS A prospective randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial comparing the remission inducing effect of oral curcumin and mesalamine 2.4 g with placebo and mesalamine 2.4 g in patients of ulcerative colitis with mild to moderate severity was conducted from January 2003 to March 2005. The included patients received 1 capsule thrice a day of placebo or curcumin(150 mg) for 8 wk. Patients were evaluated clinically and endoscopically at 0,4 and 8 wk. The primary outcome was clinical remission at 8 wk and secondary outcomes were clinical response, mucosal healing and treatment failure at 8 wk. The primary analysis was intention to treat worst case scenario(ITT-WCS).RESULTS Of 300 patients with UC, 62 patients(curcumin: 29, placebo: 33) fulfilled the inclusion criteria and were randomized at baseline. Of these, 21 patients did not complete the trial, 41 patients(curcumin: 16, placebo: 25) finally completed 8 wk. | 7 | Seasonal changes in TC and WSOC and their ^13C isotope ratios in Northeast Asian aerosols: land surface–biosphere–atmosphere interactions显示文摘In order to understand the relative importance of anthropogenic and biological sources of carbonaceous aerosols in Northeast Asia,we measured total carbon(TC)and water-soluble organic carbon(WSOC)and their stable carbon isotope ratios(d^(13)C)in total suspended particulates collected from Sapporo,northern Japan(43.07°N,141.36°E)over a 1-year period(during 2 September 2009and 5 October 2010).Temporal variations of TC showed a gradual decrease from mid-autumn to winter followed by a gradual increase to growing season with a peak in early summer.Both d^(13)C_(TC)and d^(13)C_(WSOC)showed very similar temporal trends with a gradual enrichment of^(13)C from mid-autumn to winter followed by a depletion in the^(13)C to early summer and thereafter it remained stable,except for few cases.Based on the results obtained together with the air mass trajectories,we found that biogenic emissions including biological particles(e.g.,pollen)and secondary organic aerosol formation from biogenic volatile organic compounds are the important sources of carbonaceous aerosols in spring/summer whereas fungal spores from soil and biomass burning and enhanced fossil fuel combustion contribute significantly in autumn/winter and in winter,respectively,in Northeast Asia. | Chandra Mouli Pavuluri Kimitaka Kawamura | 2017 | Acta Geochimica2017,36,3: | 2 |
