13儿童肥皂pH值的关键性评价显示文摘评价儿童沐浴使用抗菌皂及合成洗涤剂的pH值,以确认产品标签上是否有相关信息。对90种条状或液体样品进行定量、横断面及分析观测研究。这些样品包含67种儿童皂、17种抗菌皂及6种合成洗涤剂,每种样品均稀释至1%后测定。除了描述性统计外,考虑到最低5%的显著水平,使用了Pearson-Yates chi卡方检验和Student T检验进行了描述统计;另外,使用了Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney检验、Fisher精确检验和Kruskal-Wallis检验进行推论统计。结果:液体产品和和条形产品的pH水平具有显著差异,其中液体产品pH偏低(4.4-7.9)(P<0.05),合成洗涤剂的pH较理想(微酸),而抗菌皂的pH最高,达到11.34(P<0.05)。其中只有两种产品在包装上标注了pH信息。本研究发现不同的产品p H值存在较大差异,因此,向医生及使用者提供其pH信息是非常有必要的。而且,为了保证皮肤的屏障功效,液体皂,尤其是合成洗涤剂,是目前最适合向诸如新生儿及婴幼儿等敏感皮肤推荐的产品。李遵峰 Bruna Rafaela Mendesa Danielle Midori Shimabukuroa Marjorie Ubera Kerstin Taniguchi Abagge 2017中国洗涤用品工业2017,,12:1
