| 1 | Intussusception in adults:Clinical characteristics,diagnosis and operative strategies显示文摘AIM:To evaluate 20 adults with intussusception and to clarify the cause, clinical features, diagnosis, and management of this uncommon entity.METHODS: A retrospective review of patients aged >18 years with a diagnosis of intestinal intussusception between 2000 and 2008. Patients with rectal prolapse, prolapse of or around an ostomy and gastroenterostomy intussusception were excluded. RESULTS: There were 20 cases of adult intussusception. Mean age was 47.7 years. Abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting were the most common symptoms. The majority of intussusceptions were in the small intestine (85%). There were three (15%) cases of colonic intussusception. Enteric intussusception consisted of five jejunojejunal cases, nine ileoileal, and four cases of ileocecal invagination. Among enteric intussusceptions, 14 were secondary to a benign process, and in one of these, the malignant cause was secondary to metastatic lung adenocarcinoma. All colonic lesions were malignant. All cases were treated surgically. CONCLUSION: Adult intussusception is an unusual and challenging condition and is a preoperative diagnostic problem. Treatment usually requires resection of the involved bowel segment. | 2 | Juvenile idiopathic arthritis显示文摘Juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA) is the most common chronic rheumatologic disease in childhood, which represents a nonhomogeneous group of disorders that share the clinical manifestation of arthritis lasting at least 6 wk under the age of 16. The exact diagnosis requires exclusion of other diseases that cause arthritis. The exact etiopathogenesis of JIA is still unknown. The interactions between genetic factors, environmental exposures and immune mechanisms are thought to contribute to pathogenesis of the disease. The 'International League Against Rheumatism' classification divides JIA into 7 subtypes: oligoarticular JIA, rheumatoid factor(RF) positive polyarticular JIA, RF negative polyarticular JIA, systemic-onset JIA, enthesitis-related arthritis, juvenile psoriatic arthritis and undifferentiated JIA. Each subgroup of JIA is characterized by a different mode of presentation, disease course and outcome. The improvements in treatment of JIA in the last 2decades, such as the early introduction of intraarticular corticosteroids, methotrexate and biologic agents, have dramatically upgraded the prognosis of the disease. If untreated, JIA may cause devastating results, such as disability from joint destruction, growth retardation, blindness from chronic iridocyclitis, and even multiple organ failure and death in systemic-onset JIA. The aim of treatment is the induction of remission and control the disease activity to minimize the pain and loss of function, and to maximize quality of life. JIA is a disease having a chronic course, which involves active and inactive cycles over the course of years. Recent studies showed that nearly half of the patients with JIA enter adulthood with their ongoing active disease. | 3 | 小反刍兽疫病毒H基因过表达对病毒增殖的影响显示文摘为研究小反刍兽疫病毒H基因过表达后对病毒增殖的影响,根据G en Bank中小反刍兽疫病毒疫苗株Nigeria 75/1 H基因序列,设计1对引物扩增H基因全长编码区序列,并将其连接至真核表达载体p EGF P-C 3上,经鉴定正确后转染CHS-20细胞,并通过R T-PCR、荧光观察及W estern-blot分别在m RNA和蛋白水平检测H基因的表达。结果表明,H基因在CHS-20细胞内得到了表达。将p EGFP-C3-PPRV H重组质粒、空载体p EGFP-C3转染CHS-20细胞,待H基因表达后,接种PPRV Nigeria 75/1,病毒增殖一定时间后,以β-actin作为内参基因,采用相对荧光定量RT-PCR法研究病毒增殖量的变化。结果表明,相对于未转染及转染空载体p EGFP-C3的细胞,转染p EGFP-C3-PPRV H重组质粒的细胞PPRV增殖量得到了提高,且差异显著(P<0.05),这说明在CHS-20细胞中过表达PPRV H基因能促进PPRV增殖。 | 赵玲娜 金红岩 薛晓娟 隋修锟 ZHENEY Makay 梁琳 李刚 | 2016 | 中国兽医科学2016，46，11： | 3 |
