1Microstructure and electrical properties of Y_2O_3-doped ZnO-based varistor ceramics prepared by high-energy ball milling显示文摘Y2O3-doped ZnO-based varistor ceramics were prepared using high-energy ball milling (HEBM) and low-temperature sin- tering technique, with voltage-gradient of 1934-2197 V/mm, non-linear coefficients of 20.8-21.8, leakage currents of 0.59-1.04 μA, and densities of 5.46-5.57 g/cm3. With increasing Y2O3 content, the voltage-gradient increases because of the decrease of ZnO grain size; the non-linear coefficient and the leakage current improve but the density decreases because of more porosity; the donor con- centration and density of interface states decrease, whereas the barrier height and width increase because of the acceptor effect of Y2O3 in varistor ceramics.Hongyu Liu Xueming Ma Dongmei Jiang Wangzhou Shi 2007Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2007,14,3:13
2Nb_2O_5-carbon core-shell nanocomposite as anode material for lithium ion battery显示文摘Mb2O5 -carbon nanocomposite is synthesized through a facile one-step hydrothermal reaction from sucrose as the carbon source,and studied as an anode material for high-performance lithium ion battery.The structural characterizations reveal that the nanocomposite possesses a core-shell structure with a thin layer of carbon shell homogeneously coated on the Nb2O5 nanocrystals.Such a unique structure enables the composite electrode with a long cycle life by preventing the Nb2O5 from volume change and pulverization during the charge-discharge process. In addition,the carbon shell efficiently improves the rate capability.Even at a current density of 500 mA·g-1,the composite electrode still exhibits a specific capacity of~100 mAh·g-1.These results suggest the possibility to utilize the Nb2O5-carbon core-shell composite as a high performance anode material in the practical application of lithium ion battery.Ge Li Xiaolei Wang Xueming Ma 2013Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,3:5
3miR-155 aggravates impaired autophagy of pancreatic acinar cells through targeting Rictor显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate the role and mechanism of miR-155 in regulating autophagy in a caerulein-induced acute pancreatitis(AP)cellular model.GFP-LC3 immunofluo-rescence assay was performed to detect autophagy vesicle formation in pancreatic acinar cell line AR42J.AR42J cells were transfected with miR-155 mimic,inhibitor,and corresponding controls to explore the effect of miR-155 on autophagy.The protein levels of LC3-I,LC3-11,Beclin-1,and p62 were analyzed by western blot analysis.Dual-luciferase reporter assay was performed to verify the interaction between miR-155 and Rictor(RPTOR independent companion of MTOR complex 2).The results showed that caerulein treatment induced impaired autophagy as evi-denced by an increase in the accumulation of p62 together with LC3-11 in AR42J cells,accompanied by miR-155 upregulation.Furthermore,miR-155 overexpression aggravated,whereas miR-155 silencing reduced the caerulein-induced impairment of autophagy.Mechanistically,Rictor was confirmed to be a direct target of miR-155,which could rescue the miR-155 overexpression-mediated aggravation of im paired autophagy.Collectively,these findings indicate that miR-155 aggravates impaired autophagy in caerulein-treated pancreatic acinar cells by targeting Rictor.Xueming Zhang Jiangtao Chu Haijun Sun Dali Zhao Biao Ma Dongbo Xue Weihui Zhang Zhituo Li 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,2:4
4Investigation of Amorphization of Nb-Si Alloys by Mechanical Alloying显示文摘Amorphous Nb_(62.5)Si_(37.5) and Nb_(75)Si_(25) alloys were produced from mixtures of elemental Nb and Si powders by mechanical alloying(MA).The structural changes of mechanically alloyed powders were monitored by x-ray diffraction.It was found that NbSi_(2),intermetallic compound was formed in the initial stage of MA of or Nb_(62.5)Si_(37.5) or Nb_(75)Si_(25) powders.With continued milling,the mixtures of intermetallic NbSi_(2) and elemental Nb transformed into amorphous Nb-Si alloys(Nb_(62.5)Si_(37.5) or Nb_(75)Si_(25)).The slow interdiffusion of Nb and Si and the slower diffusion of silicon atoms to niobium matrix than that of niobium atoms to silicon matrix were suggested to be responsible for the formation of intermetallic NbSi_(2).The amorphization of 3NbSi_(2)+7Nb mixtures(or NbSi_(2)+5Nb mixtures)is believed to be controlled by material transfer,which moves composition of line intermetallic NbSi2 off stoichiometry,and causes the matrix of elemental Nb deformed.LI Bing MA Xueming LIU Lin QI Zhenzhong DONG Yuanda 1994Chinese Physics Letters1994,11,11:4
5Effects of cooling rate on the microstructure and electrical properties of Dy_2O_3-doped ZnO-based varistor ceramics显示文摘The microstructure, electrical properties, and density of Dy2O3-doped ZnO-based varistor ceramics, prepared us-ing high-energy ball milling (HEBM) and sintered at 800°C, were investigated by increasing the cooling rate in the order of H (slow cooling in furnace) → L (cooling in furnace) → K (cooling in air). With the increase in cooling rate, the grain size and density decreased, the breakdown voltage (V1 mA / mm) increased, and the nonlinear coefficient (α) and leakage current (IL) exhibited extremum. The sample with the cooling type L showed the best properties with the breakdown voltage of 2650 V/mm, α of 20.3, IL of 5.2 μA, and density of 5.42 g/cm3. The barrier height (φB), donor concentration (Nd), density of the interface states (Ns), and barrier width (ω) all exhibited extremum during the alteration in cooling rate. 6Mssbauer Spectroscopic Studies on a Supersaturated Solid Solution of Fe-Cu Formed by Mechanical Alloying显示文摘Mechanical alloying (MA) was employed to produce supersaturated solid solutions of Fe1-xCux,which is virtually immiscible under an equilibrium condition at ambjent temperature. The X-ray diffraction results show that the solutions formed in the concentration ranges of x≤0.1 5 and x≥0.40 are of bcc structure of iron and fcc structure of copper. respectively. For the region in between.however, the alloy obtained is a mixture of bcc plus fcc phases. The Mossbauer spectrum of the solid solution of a single phase could be fitted by two sub-spectra with hyperfine magnetic fields of 200 and 250 kOe. respectively. suggesting that there must exist two forms of coordination in the solution. While to fit the spectrum for the solution with mixed structu re. three Sub-spectra. including a spectrum of α-Fe, should be used. The variation of the Mossbauer spectra of Fe60Cu40 with milling time as well as annealing temperature was systematically studied. 7Optimization of a synthetic medium for ethanol production by xylose-fermenting Zymomonas mobilis using response surface methodology显示文摘A synthetic medium for ethanol production by recombinant xylose-fermenting Zymomonas mobilis was optimized using Plackett-Burman(PB) design and response surface methodology(RSM).The effects of 19 medium components were investigated by PB design.Eight of these components were determined to have significant effects on ethanol production.The statistical model was constructed via central composite design(CCD) using five selected variables,including xylose,trisodium citrate,choline chloride,pyridoxine,and thiamine.The validity of the developed model was verified.The ethanol concentration in the optimized medium was 6.7% higher than in the RM medium.The optimized medium was then simplified to give the final synthetic medium(S2),in which the ethanol concentration was 20.7% higher than in the RM medium.Xylose and trisodium citrate were the key medium components influencing ethanol production,while calcium pantothenate was the only growth factor required by recombinant Z.mobilis.Ethanol production and growth response were directly proportional to the logarithm of the concentration of trisodium citrate in the range of 0.1-1.6 g/L.DONG HuiNa ZHAO XueMing MA YuanYuan ZHANG MinHua 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,28:3
8Pathogen Identification of Wheat Crown Rot and Control Effects of Different Fungicides显示文摘[Objectives] The paper aimed to reduce the damage of wheat crown rot caused by Fusarium graminearum on wheat production. [Methods]Pathogens were isolated from wheat crown rot samples collected in fields,and the major pathogenic fungi were determined as F. graminearum through molecular techniques.Different fungicides were administrated at seedling stage and reviving stage to control the disease. [Results] There were significant differences in control effects against crown rot among different fungicides. Tebuconazole · prochloraz mixture and Carbendazim · triadimefon mixture had good control effects,while such single agents as Tebuconazole and Difenoconazole · propicondzole had good control effects as well. 10Mechanically Driven Alloying and Structural Evolution of Nanocrystalline Fe_(60)Cu_(40) Powder显示文摘Highly supersaturated nanocrystalline fcc Fe60Cu40 alloy has been prepared by mechanical alloying of elemental powders. The phase transformation is monitored by X-ray diffraction (XRD),Mossbauer spectroscopy and extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS). The powder obtained after milling is of single fcc structure with grain size of nanometer order. The Mossbauer spectra of the milled powder can be fitted by two subspectra whose hyperfine magnetic fields are 16 MA/m and 20 MA/m while that of pure Fe disappeared. EXAFS results show that the radial structure function (RSF) of Fe K-edge changed drastically and finally became similar to that of reference Cu K-edge, while that of Cu K-edge nearly keeps unchanged in the process of milling. These imply that bcc Fe really transforms to fcc structure and alloying between Fe and Cu occurs truly on an atomic scale. EXAFS results indicate that iron atoms tend to segregate at the boundaries and Cu atoms are rich in the fcc lattice. 14Low temperature synthesis of SiCN nanostructures显示文摘Silicon carbon nitride (SiCN) nanowires, nanorods and nanotubes have gained much attention due to their excellent field emission and photoluminescence properties. These nanostructures were usually grown using catalysts at high temperature (800―1000℃). In this paper, synthesis of SiCN nanostruc-tures at a temperature less than 500℃ is reported. Various kinds of SiCN nanostructures were synthe-sized using microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition method. Gas mixtures of CH4, H2 and N2 were used as precursors and Si chips were inserted in the sample holder at symmetrical positions around the specimen as additional Si sources. Metallic gallium was used as the liquid medium in a mechanism similar to vapor-liquid-solid. Morphologies of the resultant were characterized by field emission scan-ning electron microscopy. 15Amorphization of Co-Nb Magnetic Alloys by Mechanical Alloying显示文摘Formation of amorphous Co-Nb system by mechanical alloying(MA)in the composition range of Co_(25)Nb_(75)-Co_(70)Nb_(30) was studied by X-ray diffraction.Magnetic properties of the mechanically alloyed Co_(70)Nb_(30) powder were measured.The variation in H_(c) curve with milling time can be explained by two-stage mechanism involved in the milling process.The results show that the amorphous powder prepared by MA is of good soft magnetic properties.MA Xueming YUE Lanping DONG Yuanda 1991Chinese Physics Letters1991,8,8:1

17Fabrication of ZnO-based thick film varistors with high potential gradient显示文摘ZnO-based thick film varistors have been fabricated by Y2O3 doping and low-temperature sintering,of which the sample with the best electrical properties has a high potential gradient value of 3159.4 V/mm.The effects of Y2O3 doping concentration and sintering temperature on the potential gradient of the samples were systematically investigated.The results show that the sample with the best electrical properties can be obtained by doping 0.08 mol% Y2O3 and sintering at 725℃.Under these optimum preparation conditions,the leakage current and the nonlinear coefficient are found to be 36.4 μA and 13.1.The sample with the best electrical properties has a grain size of 1.290 μm,a single grain boundary voltage of 4.08 V,a barrier height of 0.81 eV,and a depletion layer width of 10.2 nm,which are determined by thermionic emission.Small grain size with good grain boundary characteristics is beneficial to improve the electrical properties of varistors and promote the potential gradient.KE Lei JIANG Dongmei MA Xueming 2010Rare Metals2010,29,4:1
