2红葡萄酒及白藜三醇对血小板聚集的影响显示文摘观察红葡萄酒及其提取物白藜三醇对离体和在体条件下血小板聚集的影响 ,以探讨它们对心血管系统的保护作用机制。以高胆固醇饮食造成实验性高脂血症 ,以凝血酶、二磷酸腺苷和胶原为诱导剂 ,采用Born氏法测定血小板聚集率。结果发现 ,高脂饮食明显增加兔血浆胆固醇水平 ,并伴有血小板聚集的明显增强。同时给予红葡萄酒、去酒精红葡萄酒和白藜三醇可以消除高脂饮食对兔血小板聚集的增强作用。离体条件下白藜三醇明显抑制凝血酶、二磷酸腺苷及胶原诱导的健康人的血小板聚集。结果提示 ,红葡萄酒及白藜三醇均具有抑制血小板聚集的作用 ,此作用可能为白藜三醇抗动脉粥样硬化的机制之一。王志荣 黄元铸 邹建刚 曹克将 徐以南 蔡海江 Joseph M.Wu 2002中国动脉硬化杂志2002,10,2:5
3苯并a芘对人胎气管上皮细胞生物大分子作用的探讨显示文摘苯并a芘(BaP)是烧煤和吸烟过程中最常见的化学污染物,为了解其在人类肺癌发生中的作用,用人胎肝肺组织和气管支气管上皮细胞(HFBE)研究了BaP的代谢、几种主要代谢物的致微核(MN)作用、对程序外DNA合成(UDS)的影响和对H-ras癌基因的致突变作用。结果发现人胎肝肺组织的微粒体酶都有代谢BaP的能力,初级代谢产物中有三种二氢二醇苯并a芘的衍生物,两种羟基苯并a芘代谢物和一种醌基苯并a芘。用于试验的BaP的五种主要代谢物均可诱发HFBE的UDS,其中以anti-BPDE和7.8-diolBaP最为明显;有三种代谢物可致微核率升高,也是anti-BPDE的作用最强。用PCR-RFLP法发现anti-BPDE处理后,HFBE中H-ras癌基因的第12位密码子发生了点突变。本研究对Bap的致肺癌作用的可能机制从分子水平上提供了进一步的资料。吴中亮 陈家 詹德进 何玲 杜应秀 Joseph M.Wu 1996肿瘤1996,16,5:3
4Investigation of effect of electrode polarity on electrochemistry and magnetohydrodynamics using tertiary current distribution in electroslag remelting process显示文摘Transport phenomena including the electromagnetic,concentration of ions,flow,and thermal fields in the electroslag remelting(ESR)process made of slag,electrode,air,mold,and melt pool are computed considering tertiary current distribution.Nernst-Planck equations are solved in the bulk of slag,and faradaic reactions are regarded at the metal-slag interface.Aiming at exploring electrochemical effects on the behavior of the ESR process,the calculated field structures are compared with those obtained using the classical ohmic approach,namely,primary current distribution whereby variations in concentrations of ions and faradaic reactions are ignored.Also,the influence of the earth magnetic field on magnetohydrodynamics in the melt pool and slag is considered.The impact of the polarity of electrode,whether positive,also known as direct current reverse polarity(DCRP),or negative,as known as direct current straight polarity(DCSP),on the transport of oxygen to the ingot of ESR is investigated.The obtained modeling results enabled us to explain the experimental observation of higher oxygen content in DCSP than that of DCRP operated ESR process.E.Karimi-Sibaki A.Kharicha A.Vakhrushev M.Wu A.Ludwig J.Bohacek 2021Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2021,28,12:2

6白藜三醇对血小板聚集反应的影响显示文摘目的 据报道 ,适量饮用红葡萄酒比其他酒精饮料更有益于预防动脉粥样硬化和冠心病 ,这种有益作用越来越多地被归功于红葡萄酒中的多酚类化合物 ,如白藜三醇 ,本研究旨在观察白藜三醇对离体和在体条件下血小板聚集反应的影响。方法 以凝血酶、二磷酸腺苷 (adenosinediphosphate ,ADP)、和胶原为诱导剂 ,采用Born氏法测定血小板聚集率。结果 离体条件下白藜三醇明显抑制凝血酶、ADP或胶原诱导的健康人的血小板聚集反应 ,作用呈剂量依赖性 ;高脂饮食造成的高胆固醇血症增强了ADP诱导的血小板的聚集反应 ;同时给予白藜三醇 (4mg·kg 1·d 1)虽未能降低血脂水平 ,但可以抑制高脂饮食对兔血小板聚集的增强作用。结论 白藜三醇在离体或在体条件下均具有抑制血小板聚集的作用 ,此作用可能为白藜三醇抗动脉粥样硬化的机制之一。王志荣 邹建刚 黄元铸 曹克将 徐以南 Joseph M.Wu 2002Chinese Medical Journal2002,,3:1

13The ocular toxicity and pharmacokinetics of simvastatin following intravitreal injection in mice显示文摘AIM: To investigate the retinal toxicity and pharmacokinetics of simvastatin intravitreally injected into mice. METHODS: Forty-eight 6-8-week-old C57BL/6J mice were used in this study. Simvastatin was intravitreally injected into the right eye of each mouse; the left eye was injected with vehicle and was used as a control. Bilateral dark-adapted electroretinography(ERG) was performed 1 and 7d following injection. Histology was examined using a combination of light, fluorescence and electron microscopy. Highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to determine the decay in the retinal simvastatin concentration.RESULTS: ERG revealed no significant changes in the simvastatin-injected eyes compared to control. Histologic studies showed normal retinal morphology in eyes injected with simvastatin up to a final vitreal concentration of 200 μmol/L. No significant changes in the number of photoreceptors, bipolar cells or ganglion cells were found. The retinal simvastatin concentration decayed exponentially, with a half-life of 1.92-2.41 h.CONCLUSION: Intravitreal injection of up to 200 μmol/L simvastatin produced no signs of adverse effects in the mouse retina.
