1TiC_x/NiAl复合材料界面纳米硬度与弹性模量分布显示文摘对C、Ti比x分别为 0 .6、0 .75、0 .8和 0 .9的四种不同TiCx/NiAl复合材料进行扫描电镜研究 ,发现陶瓷颗粒随着C、Ti比的增加而变小 ,并且Ti元素向金属相存在较强的扩散 ,而Ni和Al元素几乎没有向陶瓷相中扩散 ,扩散形成了两相界面处直接的原子结合 ,提高了复合材料相界面结合的强度和韧性。利用纳米压痕技术得出材料相界面附近的纳米硬度H和弹性模量E呈连续梯度分布 ,C、Ti比为 0 .75的复合材料相界面处的纳米硬度和弹性模量值较大。华文深 吴杏芳 陆华 沈电洪 M.Polak 2003机械工程材料2003,27,3:1

4Spray Atomized and Codeposited Al-Li Based Metal-matrix Composites Processing and Properties显示文摘In spray atomization and codeposition, a molten stream of metal is disintegrated into a fine dispersion of droplets by high velocity gas jets. The resulting semi-solidified droplets are directed towards a substrate where they impact and collect as rapidly solidified splats. Relatively high rates of solidification are achieved as a result of the thinness of the splats and the rapid heat extraction during flight and upon impacting with the substrate. The processing method uses codeposition of the metallic semi-solidified droplets (metallic matrix) with the injected reinforcement ceramic particles. In the present paper, the microstructures, mechanical properties, interfacial properties, thermal stability and aging behaviour of spray atomized and codeposited Al-Li-X MMC’s (injected X=SiC, Al2O3) are reported and correlated to the processing conditions.E. 5X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy Study of the Metal/Cermet Interface显示文摘Interfacial reactions between aluminium and polycrystalline cermet TiC_(0.6) were investigated using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Auger electron spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction.It was found that titanium exists in two chemical states.The carbide and oxide of titanium can be detected simultaneously,and the atomic ratio of Ti:C:O is 5:3:2.This suggests that TiC^(0.6) is a Ti-oxycarbide or oxygenated TiC composite:Ti_(5)C_(3)O_(2)(TiO_(2)+4TiC_(0.75)).When Al is deposited in vacuum on the Ti-oxycarbide surface,the active Al atoms react chemically only with TiO_(2) at room temperature,but not with Tico.75 in Ti-oxycarbide.The reaction products are Al2O3 and theintermetallic compound Als Ti.Annealing the Al/TiC_(0.6) interface at 750℃,Al reacts also with TiC_(0.75) to form a brittle Al_(4)C_(3) phase.陆华 沈电洪 薛其坤 M.Polak N.Froumin 2001Chinese Physics Letters2001,18,1:0
