Methods: 23 eyes of 19 patients with medically uncontrolled open angle glaucoma underwent to deep sclerectomy with non absorbable implant (T flux). The postoperative IOP values and the frequency of complications were matched with those of a group of 34 eyes of 34 POAG patients operated with trabeculectomy.
