1等离子喷涂AP40生物活性玻璃陶瓷涂层的结构和性能显示文摘采用大气等离子喷涂技术,在TiAl6V4基体上制备了AP40玻璃陶瓷涂层.利用光学显微镜,SEM和XRD分析技术对涂层形貌、显微组织结构和相组成进行了研究.探讨了热处理工艺对涂层组织结构及其性能的影响,并按德国DIN 50160标准进行涂层的拉伸强度试验.结果表明:等离子喷涂AP40玻璃陶瓷涂层在喷涂态,只有较低的结晶度.喷涂工艺对涂层的孔隙率和粉末沉积率有较大的影响.合适的热处理工艺可提高涂层的结晶度,减少孔隙以及提高结合强度.贺定勇 赵力东 BOBZIN Kirsten LUGSCHEIDER Erich 2006无机材料学报2006,21,3:4
2Al_2O_3弥散强化316L不锈钢粉末的高速火焰喷涂显示文摘采用高能球磨工艺制备了Al2O3弥散强化316L不锈钢喷涂粉末,并进行高速火焰喷涂(HVOF)试验。研究了弥散强化粉末及其喷涂层的微观组织结构和硬度。采用销-盘磨损试验机测试了涂层的耐磨性能。结果表明,球磨加工后,Al2O3颗粒尺寸大多小于1μm,由微米级、亚微米级及纳米级粒子组成并均匀分布在316L不锈钢基体粉末中。随着球磨时间的增加,粉末的显微硬度提高。喷涂后球磨粉末的微观组织结构基本不变,喷涂层的硬度比对应球磨粉末硬度低,其耐磨性明显优于单纯不锈钢粉末涂层。贺定勇 赵力东 Zwick Jochen Bobzin Kirsten Lugscheider Erich 2006焊接学报2006,27,9:2
