1机械化学法制备的Al/Ce复合氧化物负载NiMo催化剂的加氢脱硫活性(英文)显示文摘将Al和/或Ce的硝酸盐与NH_4HCO_3球磨混合,采用机械化学法制备了Al_2O_3-CeO_2载体(其中Ce含量为1-10 wt%),再以杂多钼酸盐(NH_4)_4NiMo_6O_(24)为活性金属Ni和Mo的前驱体,通过浸渍法制备NiMo_6/Al_2O_3-CeO_2催化剂,并将其用于1-苯并噻吩(BT)的加氢脱硫(HDS)反应中.运用化学分析、X射线衍射、N_2吸附-脱附法、H_2程序升温还原、NH_3程序升温脱附和X射线光电子能谱对催化剂的物化性质进行了表征.结果表明,催化剂的酸性随着载体中Ce含量的增加而下降.Ce修饰的Al_2O_3载体表面的NiS/MoS原子比下降了2倍.NiMo_6/Al_2O_3催化剂表现出最高的HDS活性(以单位重量催化剂计),其酸性和表面MoO_xS_y物种的浓度(Mo^(5+)浓度)也最高;当催化剂中Ce含量逐渐增加到10 wt%以上时,其活性逐渐将为0.与浸渍法制得的参比催化剂相比,前驱体和催化剂组成相同的情况下,采用机械化学法制得的所有催化剂活性明显提高.Květa Jirátová Alla Spojakina Luděk Kaluza Radostina Palcheva Jana Balabánová Georgi Tyuliev 2016Chinese Journal of Catalysis2016,37,2:6
2镍钼杂多酸制备NiMo/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂及硼、钴或镍改性氧化铝的影响(英文)显示文摘A hydrotreating NiMo/γ-Al2O3 catalyst(12 wt% Mo and 1.1 wt% Ni) was prepared by impregnation of the support with the Anderson-type heteropolyoxomolybdate(NH4)4Ni(OH)6Mo6O18.Before impregnation of the support,it was modified with an aqueous solution of H3BO3,Co(NO3)2,or Ni(NO3)2.The catalysts were investigated using N2 adsorption,O2 chemisorption,X-ray diffraction,UV-Vis spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,temperature-programmed reduction,temperature-programmed desorption,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The addition of Co,Ni,or B influenced the Al2O3 phase composition and gave increased catalytic activity for 1-benzothiophene hydrodesulfurization(HDS).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed that the prior loading of Ni,Co or B increased the degree of sulfidation of the NiMo/γ-Al2O3 catalysts.The highest HDS activity was observed with the NiMo/γ-Al2O3 catalyst with prior loaded Ni.Radostina PALCHEVA Luděk KALUZA Alla SPOJAKINA Květue JIRTOV Georgi TYULIEV 2012催化学报2012,33,6:6
3Stability and activity of carbon nanofiber-supported catalysts in the aqueous phase reforming of ethylene glycol显示文摘Nickel, cobalt, copper and platinum nanoparticles supported on carbon nano-fibers were evaluated with respect to their stability, catalytic activity and selectivity in the aqueous phase reforming of ethylene glycol (230 C, autogenous pressure, batch reactor). The initial surface-specific activities for ethylene glycol reforming were in a similar range but decreased in the order of Pt (15.5 h1 ) >Co(13.0 h1 ) >Ni(5.2 h1 ) while the Cu catalyst only showed low dehydrogenation activity. The hydrogen molar selectivity decreased in the order of Pt (53%)>Co(21%)>Ni (15%) as a result of the production of methane over the latter two catalysts. Over the Co catalyst acids were formed in the liquid phase while alcohols were formed over Ni and Pt. Due to the low pH of the reaction mixture, especially in the case of Co (as a result of the formed acids), significant cobalt leaching occurs which resulted in a rapid deactivation of this catalyst. Investigations of the spent catalysts with various techniques showed that metal particle growth is responsible for the deactivation of the Pt and Ni catalysts.
