1Effects of Floating Ring Bearing Manufacturing Tolerance Clearances on the Dynamic Characteristics for Turbocharger显示文摘The inner and outer oil film dynamic characteristic coefficients of floating ring bearings(FRBs) change due to the manufacturing tolerance of the floating ring, journal and intermediate, which leads to high-speed turbocharger's vibration too large and even causes nonlinear vibration accident. However, the investigation of floating ring bearing manufacturing tolerance clearance on the rotordynamic characteristics is less at present. In order to study the influence law of inner and outer clearance on turbocharger vibration, the rotor dynamic motion equations of turbocharger supported in FRBs are derived by analyzing the size relations between floating ring, journal and intermediate for the inner and outer oil film clearances, the time transient response analysis for combination of FRBs clearance are developed. A realistic turbocharger is taken as a research object, the FE model of the turbocharger with FRBs is modeled. Under the conditions of four kinds of limit state bearing clearances for inner and outer oil film, the nonlinear transient analyses are performed based on the established FE dynamic models of the nonlinear rotor-FRBs system applied incentive combinations of gravity and unbalance force, respectively. From the waterfall, the simulation results show that the speed for the appearance of fractional frequency is not identical and the amplitude magnitude is different under the four kinds of bearing manufacturing tolerance limit clearances, and fractional frequency does not appear in the turbocharger and the amplitude is minimum under the ODMin/IDMax bearing manufacturing tolerance clearances. 3Effects of Unbalance Location on Dynamic Characteristics of High-speed Gasoline Engine Turbocharger with Floating Ring Bearings显示文摘For the high-speed gasoline engine turbocharger rotor, due to the heterogeneity of multiple parts material, manufacturing and assembly errors, running wear in impeller and uneven carbon of turbine, the random unbalance usually can be developed which will induce excessive rotor vibration, and even lead to nonlinear vibration accidents. However, the investigation of unbalance location on the nonlinear high-speed turbocharger rotordynamic characteristics is less. In order to discuss the rotor unbalance location effects of turbocharger with nonlinear floating ring bearings(FRBs), the realistic turbocharger of gasoline engine is taken as a research object. The rotordynamic equations of motion under the condition of unbalance are derived by applied unbalance force and nonlinear oil film force of FRBs. The FE model of turbocharger rotor-bearing system is modeled which includes the unbalance excitation and nonlinear FRBs. Under the conditions of four different applied locations of unbalance, the nonlinear transient analyses are performed based on the rotor FEM. The differences of dynamic behavior are obvious to the turbocharger rotor systems for four conditions, and the bifurcation phenomena are different. From the results of waterfall and transient response analysis, the speed for the appearance of fractional frequency is not identical and the amplitude magnitude is different from the different unbalance locations, and the non-synchronous vibration does not occur in the turbocharger and the amplitude is relative stable and minimum under the condition 4. 43D-printed controllable gradient pore superwetting structures for high temperature efficient oil-water separation显示文摘Superwetting surfaces have the potential to address oil pollution in water,through their ability to separate the two.However,it remains a great challenge to fabricate stable and efficient separation structures using conventional manufacturing techniques.Furthermore,the materials traditionally used for oil-water separation are not stable at high temperature.Therefore,there is a need to develop stable,customizable structures to improve the performance of oil-water separation devices.In recent years,3D printing technology has developed rapidly,and breakthroughs have been made in the fabrication of complicated ceramic structures using this technology.Here,a ceramic material with a gradient pore structure and superhydrophobic/superoleophilic properties was prepared using 3D printing for high-efficiency oil-water separation.The gradient pore structure developed here can support a flux of up to 25434 L/m^(2)h,which is nearly 40%higher than that an analogous structure with straight pores.At 200℃,the oil-water separation performance was maintained at 97.4%.Furthermore,samples of the material exhibited outstanding mechanical properties,and chemical stability in a variety of harsh environments.This study provides an efficient,simple,and reliable method for manufacturing oil-water separation materials using 3D printing,and may have broader implications for both fundamental research and industrial applications.Zhipeng Jin Hui Mei Yuekai Yan Longkai Pan Hongxia Liu Shanshan Xiao Laifei Cheng 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,1:4

13Nonlinear Pre⁃deformation Method for Compressor Rotor Blade显示文摘A cold compressor blade deforms elastically under aerodynamic and centrifugal loads during operation,transforming into a hot blade configuration.Blade deformation has a significant effect on the performance of compressor.A nonlinear pre⁃deformation method for compressor rotor blade was developed with consideration of the nonlinear features of blade stiffness and load which varies with blade configuration.In the blade profile design phase,the method can be used to compensate the aeroelastic deformation of the blade during operation.The adverse effects of blade deflection on compressor performance and structure can be avoided by the pre⁃deformation method.Due to the fact that the nonlinear method is sensitive to initial value,a load incremental method was applied to calculate initial blade deformation to stabilize and accelerate the pre⁃deformation method.The developed method was used to predict the manufactured configuration of the Stage 37 rotor blade.The variation rules of aerodynamic and structure parameters of the pre⁃deformed blade were analyzed under off⁃design conditions.Results show that the developed method ensures that under the design condition there was a good match between the actual blade configuration during operation and the intended design blade profile.The blade untwist angle of pre⁃deformed blade could be 0°at design point.Meanwhile,the tip clearance only decreased 0.2%.When the working speed was faster than 80%design speed,the performance of the pre⁃deformed blade agreed with that of the design blade.However,the mass flow rate and the total pressure ratio of the pre⁃deformed blade were lower at low speeds.Yongliang Wang Shihao Li Longkai Zheng Da Kang 2021Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2021,28,4:0
14Effect of CO_(2) dilution on laminar burning velocities,combustion characteristics and NO_(x) emissions of CH_(4)/air mixtures显示文摘The laminar combustion characteristics of CH_(4)/air premixed flames with CO_(2) addition are systemically studied.Experimental measurements and numerical simulations of the laminar burning velocity(LBV)are performed in CH_(4)/CO_(2)/Air flames with various CO_(2) doping ratio under equivalence ratios of 1.0–1.4.GRI 3.0 mech and Aramco mech are employed for predicting LBV,adiabatic flame temperature(AFT),important intermediate radicals(CH_(3),H,OH,O)and NO_(x) emissions(NO,NO_(2),N2O),as well as the sensitivity analysis is also conducted.The detail analysis of experiment and simulation reveals that as the CO_(2) addition increases from 0%to 40%,the LBVs and AFTs decrease monotonously.Under the same CO_(2) doping ratio,the LBVs and AFTs increase first and then decrease with the increase of equivalence ratio,and the maximum of LBV is reached at equivalence ratio of 1.05.The mole fraction tendency of important intermediates and NO_(x) with equivalence ratio and CO_(2) doping ratio are similar to the LBVs and AFTs.Reaction H+O_(2)⇔O+OH is found to be responsible for the promotion of the generation of important intermediates and NO_(x) under the equivalence ratios and CO_(2) addition through sensitivity analysis.The sensitivity coefficients of elementary reactions that the increasing of CO_(2) doping ratio promotes or inhibits formation of intermediate radicals and NO_(x) decreases.Wenlong Dong Longkai Xiang Jian Gao Bingbing Qiu Huaqiang Chu 2023International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2023,10,5:0
