1Precise nanomedicine for intelligent therapy of cancer显示文摘Precise nanomedicine has been extensively explored for efficient cancer imaging and targeted cancer therapy, as evidenced by a few breakthroughs in their preclinical and clinical explorations. Here, we demonstrate the recent advances of intelligent cancer nanomedicine, and discuss the comprehensive understanding of their structure-function relationship for smart and efficient cancer nanomedicine including various imaging and therapeutic applications, as well as nanotoxicity. In particular, a few emerging strategies that have advanced cancer nanomedicine are also highlighted as the emerging focus such as tumor imprisonment, supramolecular chemotherapy, and DNA nanorobot. The challenge and outlook of some scientific and engineering issues are also discussed in future development. 2Progress and records in the study of endogenetic mineralization during collisional orogenesis显示文摘To develop and perfect the theory of plate tectonics and regional metallogeny, metal-logenesis during collisional orogenesis should be thoroughly studied and will attract increasing at-tention of more and more scientists. This paper presents the main aspects of research and discus-sions on metallogenesis during collisional orogenesis after the development of plate tectonics, and accordingly divides the study history into two stages, i.e. the junior stage during 1971-1990 and the senior stage after 1990. Beginning with the negation of mineralization in the collision regime by Guild (1971), the focus of study was put on whether there occurred any mineralization during collisional orogenesis at the junior stage. 3Low-Complexity Secure Network Coding Against Wiretapping Using Intra/Inter-generation Coding显示文摘Existing solutions against wiretapping attacks for network coding either bring significant bandwidth overhead or incur a high computational complexity.In order to reduce the security overhead of the existing solutions for securing network coding,a novel securing network coding paradigm is presented relying on two coding models:intra-generation coding and inter-generation coding.The basic idea to secure network coding using intra-generation coding is to limit the encryption operations for each generation,and then subject the scrambled and the remaining original source vectors to a linear transformation.This method is then generalized seamlessly using inter-generation coding by further exploiting the algebraic structure of network coding.We show that the proposed schemes have properties of low-complexity security,little bandwidth consumption,and high efficiency in integrating with the existing security techniques effectively.LIU Guangjun LIU Binyue LIU Ximeng LI Fang GUO Wangmei 2015China Communications2015,12,6:9
4辽宁省生态足迹地理分布及其可持续发展分析(英文)显示文摘This paper presents the detailed results and analyses on the ecological footprints and bio-capacities of the individual cities and the province as a whole for the year 2001, providing a clear picture of sustainability for the province. Results show that the ecological footprints of most cities in Liaoning exceeded their respective bio-capacities, incurring high ecological deficits. The ecological deficit of the province as a whole was 1.31 ha/cap. Those cities with resources extraction and/or primary material-making as their major industries constitute the 'ecologically black band', whose ecological deficits ranged from 2.45 to 5.23 ha/cap, the highest of all cities in the province. Fossil energy consumption was the major source of footprint amounting to 1.63 ha/cap at the provincial level, taking up 67.3% of the total. For cropland, modest ecological surpluses occurred in Jinzhou, Tieling, Huludao, and Panjin while modest ecological deficits in Dalian, Benxi, Fushun, and Dandong, resulting in an overall surplus for the province. Liaoning had a certain level of surplus in fishing ground (water area), mainly distributed in the coastal cities of Dalian, Panjin, Huludao, Yingkou, Jinzhou, and Dandong. Most cities had a small ecological deficit in pasture and all had a small ecological surplus in forest. The eco-efficiency, expressed as GDP value per hectare of footprint, exhibits high variations among the cities, with the highest (Shenyang) more than 10 times the lowest (Fuxin). Cities with manufacture, high-tech, and better developed service industries had high eco-efficiency, while those with resources extraction, primary material-making, and less developed service industries had low eco-efficiency. 5Global Calibration Method of Multi-sensor Vision System Using Skew Laser Lines显示文摘Multi-sensor vision system plays an important role in the 3D measurement of large objects.However,due to the widely distribution of sensors,the problem of lacking common fields of view(FOV) arises frequently,which makes the global calibration of the vision system quite difficult.The primary existing solution relies on large-scale surveying equipments,which is ponderous and inconvenient for field calibrations.In this paper,a global calibration method of multi-sensor vision system is proposed and investigated.The proposed method utilizes pairs of skew laser lines,which are generated by a group of laser pointers,as the calibration objects.Each pair of skew laser lines provides a unique coordinate system in space which can be reconstructed in certain vision sensor's coordinates by using a planar pattern.Then the geometries of sensors are computed under rigid transformation constrains by taking coordinates of each skew lines pair as the intermediary.The method is applied on both visual cameras with synthetic data and a real two-camera vision system;results show the validity and good performance.The prime contribution of this paper is taking skew laser lines as the global calibration objects,which makes the method simple and flexible.The method need no expensive equipments and can be used in large-scale calibration.LIU Qianzhe SUN Junhua LIU Zhen ZHANG Guangjun 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,2:6

7Effects of the Fhb1 gene on Fusarium head blight resistance and agronomic traits of winter wheat显示文摘The gene Fhb1 has been used in many countries to improve wheat Fusarium head blight(FHB) resistance. To make better use of this gene in the Yellow-Huai River Valleys Winter Wheat Zone(YHWZ), the most important wheat-producing region of China, it is desirable to elucidate its effects on FHB resistance and agronomic traits in different genetic backgrounds. Based on a diagnostic marker for Fhb1, six BC2 populations were developed by crossing dwarf-male-sterile(DMS)-Zhoumai 16 to three Fhb1 donors(Ningmai 9, Ningmai 13, and Jianyang 84) and backcrossing to Zhoumai 16 and Zhoumai16’s derivative cultivars(Lunxuan 136 and Lunxuan 13) using marker-assisted backcross breeding. The progenies were assessed for FHB resistance and major agronomic traits.The Fhb1 alleles were identified using the gene-specific molecular marker. The plants with the Fhb1-resistant genotype(Fhb1-R) in these populations showed significantly fewer infected spikelets than those with the Fhb1-susceptible genotype(Fhb1-S). When Lunxuan 136 was used as the recurrent parent, Fhb1-R plants showed significantly fewer infected spikelets per spike than Fhb1-R plants produced using Lunxuan 13 as the recurrent parent, indicating that the genetic backgrounds of Fhb1 influence the expression of FHB resistance. Fhb1-R plants from the DMS-Zhoumai 16/Ningmai 9//Zhoumai 16/3/Lunxuan 136 population showed the highest FHB resistance among the six populations and a significantly higher level of FHB resistance than the moderately susceptible control Huaimai 20. No significant phenotypic differences between Fhb1-R and Fhb1-S plants were observed for the eight agronomic traits investigated. 8Effects of freeze-drying and spray drying processes on functional properties of phosphorylation of egg white protein显示文摘Egg white protein(EWP)was phosphorylated with Sodium Tripolyphosphate(STP)at pH 4.5.Freeze drying and spray drying were used for drying purpose and the effects of these drying methods on the functional properties were investigated.The functional properties of native and modified proteins were also determined.The results demonstrated that phosphorylation of EWP markedly improved its functional properties,and that it was more effective for the food industry.The freeze-dried STP-EWP powders were superior in terms of solubility,emulsion stability,water holding capacity,oil and water absorption capacity and heat gel strength than spray-dried STP-EWP powders.The results in viscosity showed no significant differences between freeze-dried and spray dried.The spray-dried powders were better in terms of foaming ability and foam stability than freeze-dried powders.However,the spray drying required the longest time to produce.Freeze drying was found to be the best method in terms of production of modified EWP powders with superior functional properties.Liu Lili Wang Huan Ren Guangyue Duan Xu Li Dan Yin Guangjun 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,4:6
9Convective high-speed flow and field-aligned high-speed flows explored by TC-1显示文摘From June 1, 2004 to October 31, 2006, a total 465 high-speed flow events are observed by the TC-1 satellite in the near-Earth region (?13 RE < x < ?9 RE, |Y |<10 RE, |Z|<5 RE). Based on the angle between the flow and the magnetic field, the high-speed flow events are further divided into two types, that is, field-aligned high-speed flow (FAHF) in the plasma sheet boundary and convective bursty bulk flow (BBF) in the center plasma sheet. Among the total 465 high-speed flow events, there are 371 FAHFs, and 94 BBFs. The CHF are mainly concentrated in the plasma sheet, the intersection angle between the flow and the magnetic field is larger, the magnetic field intensity is relatively weak. The FHF are mainly distributed near the boundary layer of the plasma sheet, the intersection angle between the flow and magnetic field is smaller, and the magnetic field intensity is relatively strong. 10Diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer using MSCT perfusion imaging compared with microvessel density (MVD)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of peripheral lung cancer using multi-slice CT (MSCT) perfu- sion imaging and the relationship with microvessel density (MVD). Methods: 38 patients with pulmonary masses proved by pathology including 25 cases of peripheral lung cancer and 13 cases of benign masses were studied prospectively with GE Lightspeed Qx/I plus 16-slice helical CT perfusion imaging, and 25 patients with lung cancer were comparative studied with its MVD calculated using LSAB. With the CT perfusion 2-body tumor software, the parameters of CT perfusion including blood value (BV), blood flow (BF), mean transit time (MTT) and permeability surface (PS) were analyzed. Results: The four param- eter values in lung cancer were all higher than that in pulmonary benign masses, and there were significant differences among BV, MTT and PS (P<0.05), especially in BV (P<0.01). The MVD value of lung cancer was higher than that of pulmonary benign masses (P<0.05), and the MVD of adenocarcinoma was higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05). In 25 cases with lung cancer, there was positive correlation only between BV and MVD value (r=0.852, P<0.01). 12Towards intelligent design optimization: Progress and challenge of design optimization theories and technologies for plastic forming显示文摘Plastic forming is one of enabling and fundamental technologies in advanced manufacturing chains. Design optimization is a critical way to improve the performance of the forming system, exploit the advantages of high productivity, high product quality, low production cost and short time to market and develop precise, accurate, green, and intelligent(smart) plastic forming technology. However, plastic forming is quite complicated, relating to multi-physics field coupling,multi-factor influence, multi-defect constraint, and triple nonlinear, etc., and the design optimization for plastic forming involves multi-objective, multi-parameter, multi-constraint, nonlinear,high-dimensionality, non-continuity, time-varying, and uncertainty, etc. Therefore, how to achieve accurate and efficient design optimization of products, equipment, tools/dies, and processing as well as materials characterization has always been the research frontier and focus in the field of engineering and manufacturing. In recent years, with the rapid development of computing science, data science and internet of things(Io T), the theories and technologies of design optimization have attracted more and more attention, and developed rapidly in forming process. Accordingly, this paper first introduced the framework of design optimization for plastic forming. 14sEMG based quantitative assessment of acupuncture on Bell's palsy:an experimental study显示文摘Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese therapeutic method, recognized by western medicine as an important complementary therapy. However, the efficacy assessment of this traditional intervention has been mainly empirical rather than scientific. In this paper, we propose a surface electromyography(s EMG) based approach for quantitative assessment of acupuncture on Bell's palsy. The assessment is made by comparing the muscle activities of healthy with diseased ones. A feature-vector of four individual s EMG features is introduced for more comprehensive representation of muscle activity. A clustering technique is then proposed to calculate quantitative differences between the muscle activities of the healthy and diseased sides. A regressive model is also proposed to predict the recovery trend of a patient based on the quantitative assessments during his/her clinical acupuncture history. 16Efficient Schemes for Securing Network Coding Against Wiretapping显示文摘Existing solutions for secure network coding either bring significant bandwidth overhead or incur a high computa- tional complexity. For exploiting low-overhead mechanism for secure network coding against wiretapping, three efficient schemes are proposed for the applications with different security requirements. The basic idea behind this paper is first to encrypt a small part of source vectors and then subject the remaining original source vectors and the encrypted vectors to a special linear transformation. Also, a lightweight version of this scheme is then presented for resource-constrained networks. Moreover, an extensive scheme with enhanced security is also considered. All proposals are shown to have properties of lower security complexity and smaller bandwidth usage compared with the existing solutions. 19Variation in allelic frequencies at loci associated with kernel weight and their effects on kernel weight-related traits in winter wheat显示文摘Knowledge of allelic frequencies at loci associated with kernel weight and effects on kernel weight-related traits is crucial for yield improvement in wheat. Kernel weight-related traits were evaluated in 200 Chinese winter wheat cultivars(lines) grown at the Xinxiang Experimental Station, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Xinxiang in Henan Province, for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016. Alleles associated with kernel weight at nine loci, TaCKX6-D1, TaCwi-A1, TaCWI-4A, TaGS1a, TaGS5-A1, TaGS3-3A, TaGW2-6A, TaSus2-2B, and TaTGW6-A1, were determined for all cultivars(lines). ANOVA showed that genotypes, years and their interactions had significant effects on thousand-kernel weight(TKW), kernel length(KL) and kernel width(KW). The overall mean frequencies of alleles conferring high and low TKW at the nine loci were 65.9% and 33.4%, with the ranges of 37.0%–85.0% and 13.5%–63.0% for single loci. The frequencies of high-TKW alleles were over 50.0% at eight of the loci. Genotypes at each locus with the high-TKW allele had higher TKW than those with the low-TKW allele. The high-TKW allele Hap-H at the TaSus2-2B locus can be preferably used to increase grain yield due to its high TKW(49.32 g). A total of 18 main allelic combinations(ACs) at nine loci were detected. Three ACs(AC1–AC3) had significantly higher TKW than AC6 with high-TKW alleles at all nine loci even though they contained some low-TKW alleles. This indicated that other loci controlling kernel weight were present in the high-TKW cultivars. 20Dynamic Finite Element Modeling and Simulation of Soft Robots显示文摘Soft robots have become important members of the robot community with many potential applications owing to their unique flexibility and security embedded at the material level.An increasing number of researchers are interested in their designing,manufacturing,modeling,and control.However,the dynamic simulation of soft robots is difficult owing to their infinite degrees of freedom and nonlinear characteristics that are associated with soft materials and flexible geometric structures.In this study,a novel multi-flexible body dynamic modeling and simulation technique is introduced for soft robots.Various actuators for soft robots are modeled in a virtual environment,including soft cable-driven,spring actuation,and pneumatic driving.A pneumatic driving simulation was demonstrated by the bending modules with different materials.A cable-driven soft robot arm prototype and a cylindrical soft module actuated by shape memory alley springs inspired by an octopus were manufactured and used to validate the simulation model,and the experimental results demonstrated adequate accuracy.The proposed technique can be widely applied for the modeling and dynamic simulation of other soft robots,including hybrid actuated robots and rigid-flexible coupling robots.This study also provides a fundamental framework for simulating soft mobile robots and soft manipulators in contact with the environment.Liang Ding Lizhou Niu Yang Su Huaiguang Yang Guangjun Liu Haibo Gao Zongquan Deng 2022Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,2:2
