1Positron emission tomography of type 2 cannabinoid receptors for detecting inflammation in the central nervous system显示文摘Cannabinoid receptor CB2(CB2R)is upregulated on activated microglia and astrocytes in the brain under inflammatory conditions and plays important roles in many neurological diseases,such as Alzheimer’s disease,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,and ischemic stroke.The advent of positron emission tomography(PET)using CB2R radiotracers has enabled the visualization of CB2R distribution in vivo in animal models of central nervous system inflammation,however translation to humans has been less successful.Several novel CB2R radiotracers have been developed and evaluated to quantify microglial activation.In this review,we summarize the recent preclinical and clinical imaging results of CB2R PET tracers and discuss the prospects of CB2R imaging using PET.Ruiqing Ni Linjing Mu Simon Ametamey 2019Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2019,40,3:2

3Cyclic peptides-assisted transport of metal ions across liquid-organic membrane显示文摘The formation of alkali and alkaline-earth metal picrate complexes with cyclo(Pro-Gly)n ionophores (1, n = 3; 2, n = 4) can facilitate the migration of metal ions across a bulk liquid CH2Cl2 membrane. The migration behavior was studied by measuring the solution absorption at 356 nm, using a UV/Vis spectrophotometer, and the rates can be determined by comparing the initial absorption of donor solutions with the absorption of the corresponding receiver solutions as the function of time. It was found that cyclic peptide 1 shows higher transport activity for the studied alkali and alkaline-earth metal ions than compound 2, which is related to the backbone flexibility of the cyclic peptides. The findings in this work suggest that the rate of ionophore-facilitated ion transport depends not only on the ability of complex formation in aqueous phase, but also on the ability of complex dissociation in organic phase.Linjing Mu Hai Huang Jiaqi He Ning Zhang Jinpei Cheng 2001Chinese Science Bulletin2001,46,3:0
