1Primary User Adversarial Attacks on Deep Learning-Based Spectrum Sensing and the Defense Method显示文摘The spectrum sensing model based on deep learning has achieved satisfying detection per-formence,but its robustness has not been verified.In this paper,we propose primary user adversarial attack(PUAA)to verify the robustness of the deep learning based spectrum sensing model.PUAA adds a care-fully manufactured perturbation to the benign primary user signal,which greatly reduces the probability of detection of the spectrum sensing model.We design three PUAA methods in black box scenario.In or-der to defend against PUAA,we propose a defense method based on autoencoder named DeepFilter.We apply the long short-term memory network and the convolutional neural network together to DeepFilter,so that it can extract the temporal and local features of the input signal at the same time to achieve effective defense.Extensive experiments are conducted to eval-uate the attack effect of the designed PUAA method and the defense effect of DeepFilter.Results show that the three PUAA methods designed can greatly reduce the probability of detection of the deep learning-based spectrum sensing model.In addition,the experimen-tal results of the defense effect of DeepFilter show that DeepFilter can effectively defend against PUAA with-out affecting the detection performance of the model.Shilian Zheng Linhui Ye Xuanye Wang Jinyin Chen Huaji Zhou Caiyi Lou Zhijin Zhao Xiaoniu Yang 2021China Communications2021,18,12:3
2Laparoscopic ureterolysis with simultaneous ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy for treating complex ureteral obstruction after failed endoscopic intervention:A technical report显示文摘Objective:Complex ureteral obstruction is refractory to conventional urological intervention.This report describes a case of laparoscopic ureterolysis with simultaneous ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy for treating complex ureteral obstruction.Methods:Right-side multiple ureteral stones and complicating ureteral obstruction failed an initial attempt of ureteroscopy lithotripsy with simultaneous percutaneous nephroscopy in a 23-year-old male.Laparoscopic ureterolysis with ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy was used simultaneously to dissect the periureteral adhesions with the patient placed in the Galdakao-modified supine Valdivia position.The ureter was incised to allow the insertion of a ureteral catheter through the twisted ureter,and a guide wire was advanced into the pelvis using ureteroscopy.A double-J stent was placed into the right-side ureter using antegrade percutaneous nephroscopy.Results:The laparoendoscopic procedure lasted 330 min with an estimated bleeding volume of 100 mL.The patient underwent an uneventful postoperative course,and postoperative followup radiography confirmed good positioning of the double-J stent.The double-J stent was removed 3 months after operation.The patient remained asymptomatic within a 13-month follow-up period.Conclusion:Laparoscopic ureterolysis with simultaneous ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephroscopy is an effective and safe treatment option for complex ureteral obstruction.Zhixiang Wang Bing Liu Xiaofeng Gao Yi Bao Yang Wang Huamao Ye Yinghao Sun Linhui Wang 2015Asian Journal of Urology2015,2,4:2
3In-depth urinary and exosome proteome profiling analysis identifies novel biomarkers for diabetic kidney disease显示文摘Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a major microvascular complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Monitoring the early diagnostic period and disease progression plays a crucial role in treating DKD.In this study,to comprehensively elucidate the molecular characteristics of urinary proteins and urinary exosome proteins in type 2 DKD,we performed large-scale urinary proteomics(n=144)and urinary exosome proteomics(n=44)analyses on T2DM patients with albuminuria in varying degrees.The dynamics analysis of the urinary and exosome proteomes in our study provides a valuable resource for discovering potential urinary biomarkers in patients with DKD.A series of potential biomarkers,such as SERPINA1 and transferrin(TF),were detected and validated to be used for DKD diagnosis or disease monitoring.The results of our study comprehensively elucidated the changes in the urinary proteome and revealed several potential biomarkers reflecting the progression of DKD,which provide a reference for DKD biomarker screening.Shichun Du Linhui Zhai Shu Ye Le Wang Muyin Liu Minjia Tan 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,11:0
