A reliable opportunistic routing for smart grid with in-home power line communication networks显示文摘The topology of in-home power line communication(PLC) networks varies frequently, which makes traditional routing algorithms failure. To solve this problem, an end-to-end transmission time for remaining path(TTRP) metric-based opportunistic routing(TTRPOR) is proposed. Since a local broadcasting scheme is adopted, the algorithm can find the optimal path for forwarding packets in a dynamic PLC network. The closed-form of the outage probability for a PLC channel is derived to estimate the TTRP. It is proved that the average throughput can achieve maximum as the metric TTRP is utilized to sort candidate forwarding nodes.Numerical results show that the end-to-end throughput of networks with TTRPOR, outperforms that of the network adopting DSR and EXOR, especially for the case of varying-topology in-home PLC networks. | Yuwen QIAN Cheng ZHANG Zhengwen XU Feng SHU Linbin DONG Jun LI | 2016 | Science China Earth Sciences2016,59,12: | 10
Neutrophil-derived heparin binding protein triggers vascular leakage and synergizes with myeloperoxidase at the early stage of severe burns(With video)显示文摘Background:Burn shock caused by vascular leakage is one of the main causes of high mortality in severe burn injury. However, the pathophysiological mechanism of vascular leakage is still unclear. The purpose of this study was to explore the molecular mechanism of vascular leakage in the early stage of severe burn and provide a new target for the treatment of severe burns. Methods:Neutrophils were isolated from human peripheral blood by magnetic beads sorting.ELISA was used to detect neutrophil-derived granule proteins and glycocalyx injury products in plasma. The vascular leakage and neutrophil movement were assessed by in vivo laser confocal imaging in mice, and high-quality video were provided.Adhesion-related molecules were investigated by qRT-PCR.The damage to glycocalyx of mice vascular endothelial cellswas observed by transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope.Proteomic analysis, flow cytometry and immunofluorescence were used to further study the relationship between human peripheral blood neutrophil-derived hypochlorite(HOCl)and CD44 of human vascular endothelial cells. Results:In this study,we found that rapidly increasing activated neutrophils secrete heparin binding protein(HBP)andmyeloperoxidase(MPO)after severe burn injury.Increased HBP triggers vascular leakage with synergy of MPO,results in systemic edema and burn shock.Furthermore,we found that the MPO catalytic product HOCl but not MPO triggers CD44 extracellular domain shedding from vascular endothelial cells to damage the glycocalyx.Damage to the glycocalyx results in firm adhesion of neutrophils and increases vascular leakage. However,MPO inhibitors partially protect the glycocalyx of vascular endothelial cells. The combination of HBP and MPO inhibitors markedly reduces vascular leakage and systemic edema in the early stage of severe burns. Conclusions:Taken together, these data reveal that neutrophil-derived HBP and MPO play an important synergies role in triggering vascular leakage at the early stage of severe burns.Targeted intervention in these two biomolecules may introduce new strategies for helping to reduce large amount of fluid loss and subsequent burn shock. | Lu Liu Yiming Shao Yixuan Zhang Yunxi Yang Jiamin Huang Linbin Li Ran Sun Yuying Zhou Yicheng Su Bingwei Sun | 2021 | Burns & Trauma2021,9,1: | 3
Neutrophil extracellular traps contribute to myofibroblast differentiation and scar hyperplasia through the Toll-like receptor 9/nuclear factor Kappa-B/interleukin-6 pathway显示文摘Background:Inflammation is an important factor in pathological scarring. The role of neutrophils, one of the most important inflammatory cells,in scar hyperplasia remains unclear. The purpose of this article is to study the correlation between neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)and scar hyperplasia and identify a new target for inhibiting scar hyperplasia. Methods:Neutrophils were isolated from human peripheral blood by magnetic-bead sorting.NETs in plasma and scars were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISAs),immunofluorescence and flow cytometry.Immunohistochemistry was used to assess neutrophil(CD66B)infiltration in hypertrophic scars. To observe the entry of NETs into fibroblasts we used immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. Results:We found that peripheral blood neutrophils in patients with hypertrophic scars were more likely to form NETs(p<0.05).Hypertrophic scars showed greater infiltration with neutrophils and NETs(p<0.05).NETs activate fibroblasts in vitro to promote their differentiation and migration.Inhibition of NETs with cytochalasin in wounds reduced the hyperplasia of scars in mice.We induced neutrophils to generate NETs with different stimuli in vitro and detected the proteins carried by NETs.We did not find an increase in the expression of common scarring factors[interleukin(IL)-17 and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),p>0.05].However,inhibiting the production of NETs or degrading DNA reduced the differentiation of fibroblasts intomyofibroblasts. In vitro,NETs were found to be mediated by Toll-like receptor 9(TLR-9)in fibroblasts and further phosphorylated nuclear factor Kappa-B(NF-κB).We found that IL-6,which is downstream of NF-κB,was increased in fibroblasts.Additionally,IL-6 uses autocrine and paracrine signaling to promote differentiation and secretion. Conclusions:Our experiments found that NETs activate fibroblasts through the TLR-9/NF-κB/IL-6 pathway, thereby providing a new target for regulating hypertrophic scars. | Yiming Shao Zaiwen Guo Yunxi Yang Lu Liu Jiamin Huang Yi Chen Linbin Li Bingwei Sun | 2022 | Burns & Trauma2022,10,1: | 2
Distribution of reactive aluminum under the influence of mesoscale eddies in the western South China Sea显示文摘To understand the distribution of aluminum(Al) under the influence of mesocale eddies in the western South China Sea(SCS), sea level anomaly, geostrophic current, environmental parameters and reactive Al were investigated in the western SCS in August 2013. The highest reactive Al concentration((180±64) nmol/L) was observed in the surface waters, indicating a substantial atmospheric input. Vertically, the reactive Al decreased from the surface high concentration to the subsurface minima at the depth of chlorophyll a(Chl a) maxima and then increased again with depth at most of the stations. The average concentration of reactive Al in the upper 100 m water column was significantly lower in the cyclonic eddy((137±6) nmol/L) as compared with that in the noneddy waters((180±21) nmol/L). By contrast, the average concentrations of Chl a and silicate in the upper 100 m water column were higher in the cyclonic eddy and lower in the anticyclonic eddy. There was a significant negative correlation between the average concentrations of reactive Al and Chl a in the upper 100 m water column. The vertical distribution of reactive Al and the negative correlation between reactive Al and Chl a both suggest that the reactive Al in the upper water column was significantly influenced by biological removal processes. Our results indicate that mesoscale eddies could regulate the distribution of reactive Al by influencing the primary production and phytoplankton community structure in the western SCS. | LIU Jiaxing ZHOU Linbin TAN Yehui WANG Qionga HU Zifeng LI Jiajun JIANG Xin KE Zhixin | 2017 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2017,36,6: | 1
Design and Parameter Optimization of Zero Position Code Considering Diffraction Based on Deep Learning Generative Adversarial Networks显示文摘Absolute measurement has consistently been the primary focus in the development of precision linear and angular displace-ment measurements. The scheme design of binary zero position codes is an important factor for absolute measurement.Designing and optimizing high-bit zero position codes with over 100 bits face considerable challenges.Simultaneously, the working parameters of zero position codes[unit code width(b),distance(d),and yaw angle(α)]remarkably affect their post-installation performance, particularly in absolute positioning and limit code application in multi-degree-of-freedom measurement schemes. This study addresses these challenges by proposing a design method for zero position codes that considers diffraction based on generative adversarial networks and aims to explore a design with increased efficiency and accuracy as well as optimization for high-bit zero position codes.Additionally, the tolerance range of zero positioning per-formance for each working parameter is examined.By leveraging the adversarial network structure, this study generates the optimization of a 150-bit code and processes the tests of the zero position code by using simulation results. The following working parameter ranges for code design are recommended on the basis of theoretical and experimental results:b greater than 10μm,d andαwithin 1000μm and 3490μrad,and avoidance of intervals with sharp changes in the full width at half maximum. The proposed code design and parameter optimization lay a solid foundation for research and engineering appli-cations in absolute measurement field and have considerable potential for generalization and wide applicability. | Shengtong Wang Linbin Luo Xinghui Li | 2024 | Nanomanufacturing and Metrology2024,7,1: | 0
