2Direct Re–Os dating of pyrite from the Jianchaling Au deposit,West Qinling,China显示文摘The West Qingling Orogen is endowed with more than 1100 t gold resources and with 50 gold deposits,ranking it the third-largest gold province in China.The Jianchaling giant gold deposit with 52 t gold reserve is a typical orogenic gold deposit in West Qinling Orogen.The deposit lacks accurate and direct metallogenic age.Five pyrite samples collected from the quartz-polymetallic veins yielded Re–Os isochron age of 206.3±2.7 Ma and an initial187 Os/188 Os ratio of 0.1154±0.0016(MSWD=0.54).The pyrites were analyzed by the electron microprobe(EMPA),and the results show that the iron content ranges from 45.1 to 47.8 wt.%,the sulfur content ranges from 52.0 to 53.5 wt.%,and the gold content varies from0.022 to 0.035%.The higher gold content means that gold is closely related to pyrite,which is a gold-bearing mineral.Moreover,the age is very close to the previous fuchsite40 Ar/39 Ar isotopic ages of 199–194 Ma,which indicates that the gold mineralization at Jianchaling has begun in the Late Triassic(206 Ma),and continued into the Early Jurassic.Through summary and comparison,it is found that the gold metallogenic age of the southern ore belt of the Mian-Lue Suture belt in the West Qinling is younger than that of the northern ore belt,suggesting that the gold deposits in the southern ore belt such as Jianchaling were formed in the transitional period from oceanic subduction to continental collision.Suwei Yue Xiaohua Deng Zhenwen Lin 2022Acta Geochimica2022,41,2:1
3Synthesis and biological evaluation of a lipopeptide-based methamphetamine vaccine显示文摘We describe an application of carrier protein-free strategy in constructing a fully synthetic methamphetamine(METH)vaccine that contains three components:Toll-like receptor 2 ligand,Th2 epitope,and METH hapten.The immunological evaluation in mice revealed high titers of METH-specific antibodies induced by the construct and the activation of humoral immunity that would be beneficial for neutralization and clearance of the METH molecule.Behavio ral experiments indicated that the synthetic vaccine attenuated the acquisition of METH-induced conditioned place preference and inhibited the initiation and expression of METH-induced locomotor sensitization.These results demonstrate that the lipopeptide-based vaccine has invo ked an immune response and showed the potential of preventing the rewarding and psychoactive effects of METH.Fan Liao Hanxuan Wang Yuankun Dao Kai Yuan Jiazhen Lu Jie Shi Ying Han Suwei Dong Lin Lu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4:1
4Phase transition and piezoelectric property of (Ag,K)NbO_(3) ceramics显示文摘AgNbO_(3) is an antiferroelectric (AFE) material with double hysteresis loop. Both the antiferroelectricityand ferroelectricity can be enhanced by doping. Herein, the ferroelectricity of AgNbO_(3) ceramics wasenhanced via K-doping and the phase diagram of the (Ag_(1-x)K_(x))NbO_(3) ceramics was upgraded. In details,(Ag_(1-x)K_(x))NbO_(3) ceramics are ferrielectric (FIE) M1 phase as x=5.00-5.50 mol% and ferroelectric (FE) Ophase as x=5.75-6.00 mol% before poling, and FE O phase as x=5.00-6.00 mol% after poling at roomtemperature. With increasing temperature, (Ag_(1-x)K_(x))NbO_(3) ceramics show the phase evolutions from FIEM1, AFE M2 to paraelectric (PE) T phase at x=5.00-5.50 mol% and from FE O, FE T to PE T phase at x=5.75-6.00 mol% before poling, and from FE O, FE T to PE T phase at x=5.00-6.00 mol% after poling.High d33 values of 180 pC/N and 285 pC/N are obtained at the FE O-FE T and FE T-PE T phase boundaries.This work sheds light on a novel and promising lead-free piezoelectric system.Lin Chen Mingyuan Zhao Jing Wang Suwei Zhang Fuhua Sun Lei Zhao 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,4:0
