| 1 | Over 50,000 Metagenomically Assembled Draft Genomes for the Human Oral Microbiome Reveal New Taxa显示文摘The oral cavity of each person is home to hundreds of bacterial species.While taxa for oral diseases have been studied using culture-based characterization as well as amplicon sequencing,metagenomic and genomic information remains scarce compared to the fecal microbiome.Here,using metagenomic shotgun data for 3346 oral metagenomic samples together with 808 published samples,we obtain 56,213 metagenome-assembled genomes(MAGs),and more than 64%of the 3589 species-level genome bins(SGBs)contain no publicly available genomes.The resulting genome collection is representative of samples around the world and contains many genomes from candidate phyla radiation(CPR)that lack monoculture.Also,it enables the discovery of new taxa such as a genus Candidatus Bgiplasma within the family Acholeplasmataceae.Large-scale metagenomic data from massive samples also allow the assembly of strains from important oral taxa such as Porphyromonas and Neisseria.The oral microbes encode genes that could potentially metabolize drugs.Apart from these findings,a strongly male-enriched Campylobacter species was identified.Oral samples would be more user-friendly collected than fecal samples and have the potential for disease diagnosis.Thus,these data lay down a genomic framework for future inquiries of the human oral microbiome. | Jie Zhu Liu Tian Peishan Chen Mo Han Liju Song Xin Tong Xiaohuan Sun Fangming Yang Zhipeng Lin Xing Liu Chuan Liu Xiaohan Wang Yuxiang Lin Kaiye Cai Yong Hou Xun Xu Huanming Yang Jian Wang Karsten Kristiansen Liang Xiao Tao Zhang Huijue Jia Zhuye Jie | 2022 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022，20，2： | 1 |
| 2 | Research of Home Information Technology Adoption Model显示文摘The Information Technology at Home has caught the attention of various industries such as IT,Home Appliances,Communication,and Real Estate.Based on the information technology acceptance theories and family consumption behaviors theories,this study summarized and analyzed four key belief variables i.e.Perceived Value,Perceived Risk,Perceived Cost and Perceived Ease of Use,which influence the acceptance of home information technology.The study also summaries three groups of external variables.They are social,industrial,and family influence factors.The social influence factors include Subjective Norm;the industry factors include the Unification of Home Information Technological Standards,the Perfection of Home Information Industry Value Chain,and the Competitiveness of Home Information Industry;and the family factors include Family Income,Family Life Cycle and Family Educational Level.The study discusses the relationship among these external variables and cognitive variables.The study provides Home Information Technology Acceptance Model based on the Technology Acceptance Model and the characteristics of home information technology consumption. | Ao Shan Ren Weiyin Lin Peishan Tang Shoulian | 2008 | 信息通信技术2008，2，5： | 0 |
| 3 | Neoproterozoic Diamictite of the Luoquan Formation from the North China Block and Their Implications显示文摘Glacial diamictite may provide important information on paleoenvironment and average composition of the upper continental crust(UCC).In this study,we report sedimentary facies,petrological and geochemical characteristics of Neoproterozoic diamictite from a profile of the Luoquan Formation on the southern margin of the North China Block(NCB).Upwards the sampling profile,lithostratigraphic strata vary from massive diamictite with poorly sorted carbonate gravels to laminated diamictite with small gravels of terrestrial detrital materials.Along the profile,CaO-MgO-LOI-Sr values decrease with the increase of SiO_(2)-Al2O_(3)-K2O contents.All these petrological and geochemical variations indicate a change from lodgement till deposition in the proximal of ice sheet to ice-rafting deposition in glacial-marine environment with less dolomite to supply their source.Together with previous studies on diamictite from other outcrops on the NCB,the deposition of Luoquan diamictite reflects that the glaciation on the NCB vanished and the ice-rafting effect weakened with glacial transgression process.In addition,significant co-variations of various elements with La and Al2O_(3)confirm the significant conservation of most analyzed elements during the sedimentary processes to produce diamictite. | Peishan Sui Weidong Sun Nan Han Lei Wang Shiwen Xie Zihang Huang Xiaohong Wang Hongmei Gong Jin Liu Jinyan Lin Yuanyuan Xiao | 2023 | Journal of Earth Science2023，34，4： | 0 |
