| 1 | Separation of ionic liquids from dilute aqueous solutions using the method based on CO_2 hydrates显示文摘Ionic liquids (ILs) have been regarded as the potential novel solvents for improved analytical-and process-scale separation methods. The development of methods for the recovery of ILs from aqueous solutions to escape contamination and recycle samples will ultimately govern the viability of ILs in the future industrial applications. Therefore, in this paper a new method for separation of ILs from their dilute aqueous solutions and simultaneously purification of water was proposed on the basis of the CO2 hydrate formation. For illustration, the dilute aqueous solutions with concentrations of ILs ranging from 2×10-3 mol% to 2×10-1mol% were concentrated.The results show that the separation efficiency is very impressive and that the new method is applicable to aqueous solutions of both hydrophobic and hydrophilic ILs.Compared to the literature separation method based on the supercritical CO2,the new method is applicable to lower concentrations,and more importantly, its operation condition is mild. | Xiaoming Peng Yufeng Hu Yansheng Liu Chuanwei Jin Huaijing Lin | 2010 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,1: | 9 |
| 2 | A PIF7-CONST ANS-Centered Molecular Regulatory Network Underlying Shade-Accelerated Flowering显示文摘To compete with their neighbors for light and escape shaded environments,sun-loving plants have devel-oped the shade-avoidance syndrome(SAS),a set of responses including alteration of plant architecture and initiation of early flowering and seed set.Previous studies on SAS mainly focused on dissecting molec-ular basis of hypocotyl elongation in seedlings under shade light;however,the molecular mechanisms underlying shade-accelerated flowering in adult plants remain unknown.In this study,we found that CONSTANS(CO)and PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTOR 7(PIF7)have an additive effect on shade-induced flowering,but that LONG HYPOCOTYL IN FAR-RED1(HFR1)represses early flowering by binding to CO and PIF7 and preventing the binding of CO to the promoter of FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)and the binding of PIF7 to the promoter of pri-MIR156E/F.Under shade,de-phosphorylated PIF7 and accumulated CO,balanced by HFR1,upregulate the expression of FT,TSF,SOC1,and SPLs to accelerate flowering.Moreover,we found that the function of PIF7 in flowering time is independent of phyA.Collectively,these regulatory interactions establish a crucial link between the light signal and genetic network that regulates flowering transition under shade. | Renshan Zhang Chuanwei Yang Yupei Jiang Lin Li | 2019 | Molecular Plant2019,12,12: | 5 |
| 3 | Shade-induced stem elongation in rice seedlings:Implication of tissue-specific phytohormone regulation显示文摘A better understanding of shade avoidance syndrome(SAS) is an urgent need because of its effect on energy reallocation. Leverage-related mechanism in crops is of potential economic interest for agricultural applications. Here we report the SAS phenotype at tissue level rice seedlings. Tissue-specific RNA-sequencing indicates auxin plays different roles between coleoptile and the first leaf.Phenotypes of wild type treated by gibberellin and brassinosteroid biosynthesis inhibitors and of related mutants suggest these two hormones positively regulate SAS. | 4 | Unraveling the Dynamic Integration of Auxin,Brassinosteroid and Gibberellin in Early Shade-Induced Hypocotyl Elongation显示文摘For shade-intolerant plants,a reduction in the red/far-red(R:FR)light ratio signals the close proximity of competitors and triggers shade-avoidance syndrome(SAS).Auxin,brassinosteroid,gibberellin and some transcriptional regulators have been reported to regulate shade-induced hypocotyl elongation.However,little is understood regarding the coordination of these multiple regulatory pathways.Here,combining time-lapse growth rates and transcriptomic data,we demonstrate that auxin and brassinosteroid affect two phases of shade-induced rapid growth,whereas gibberellin mainly contributes to the second rapid growth phase.PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTOR 7(PIF7)acts earlier than other PIFs.PIF4 and PIF5 modulate the second rapid growth phase.LONG HYPOCOTYL IN FAR-RED 1(HFR1)and PIF3-LIKE 1(PIL1)modulate two rapid growth phases.Our results reveal that hormonal and transcriptional regulatory programs act together to coordinate dynamic hypocotyl changes in an immediate response to a shade signal and provide a novel understanding of growth kinetics in a changing environment. | Sha Huang Chuanwei Yang Lin Li | 2022 | Phenomics2022,2,2: | 0 |

| 7 | Effect of CeO_(2)on Activity of Catalysts CuO/ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)/CeO_(2)for Synthesis of Methanol显示文摘The size of the nanoparticles and the number of oxygen vacancies have a significant effect on the catalytic activity of copper-based catalysts used for the synthesis of methanol from syngas.In this study,the authors prepared a series of catalysts CuO/ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)/CeO_(2)(CZAC)with CuO particles of different sizes and varying number of oxygen vacancies on the surface by changing the added volume of CeO2 by using the co-precipitation method.The properties of the catalysts were characterized and their activity was evaluated by using high-pressure fixed-bed reaction equipment.The results showed that the addition of CeO_(2)to CuO/ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)not only influenced the size of the CuO particles and metal-metal interactions,but also had an effect on the concentrations of oxygen vacancies and strongly basic sites.The presence of CuO particles of small sizes and a large numbers of oxygen vacancies on the surface of the catalyst were beneficial to its activity for the synthesis of methanol.The catalyst CZAC,when modified by 5%of CeO_(2),recorded CuO particles of the smallest size(8.9 nm),strong intermetallic interactions,and the highest concentrations of oxygen vacancies and strongly basic sites.It also exhibited the highest catalytic activity,with a space-time yield of methanol of 0.315 g/(h·g)that was higher than that of the enterprise RK-5 catalyst[0.215 g/(h·g)]. | Zhou Songhua Li Wenbo Wu Zongjin Chen Zhongyang Huang Chen Zhang Chuanwei Wang Bo Pan Hongyan Lin Qian 无 | 2023 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2023,25,3: | 0 |
