1Study on washability of microcrystal graphite using float-sink tests显示文摘This article presented an experimental research on washability of microcrystal graphite using float-sink tests.Chemical and X-ray analyses showed that graphite,semi-graphite,meta-anthracite,and anthracite existed together in this microcrystal graphite sample;and the intergrowth relationship between microcrystal graphite and gangues was very complicated based on optical mineralogy research.The results of float-sink tests revealed that:for the-25+0.5 mm size fraction,about 68%(by weight)of microcrystal graphite was obtained at the density of 2.0 g/cm^3.and the float product met the standard of commercial grade W65;for the-0.5 mm size fraction,58%(by weight)of microcrystal graphite was floated at the density of 2.0 g/cm^3,which met the standard of commercial grade W70.It can be concluded that microcrystal graphite may be upgraded by dense media separation(DMS)providing a float product using as the raw materials of casting or refractories.Li Hongqiang Feng Qiming Ou Leming Long Sisi Cui Mengmeng Weng Xiaoqing 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,6:2

3Physical Properties and Hydration of Cementitious Materials Prepared from Vanadium Slag and Phosphate Slag显示文摘The physical properties and hydration of a cementitious material, which prepared mainly from the vanadium slag and phosphate slag, were investigated. These slags were investigated can be reused as original resources to prepare cement clinker based on the fact that they mainly comprise silicon and calcium phases, respectively. In this research, a batch of cement having various grades was prepared by mixing the clinker with gypsum, tailings, and fly ash. X-ray diffraction(XRD), differential thermogravimetric(DTG) as well as scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were applied to test and analyze the physical properties and hydration of the prepared cement. Experimental results suggest that the performances of the cement meet the requirements of national standards in all aspects. Its hydration process is similar to that of common Portland cement, whose hydrates were mainly composed of C-S-H, ettringite and CH. 8Comparison of Fully 3-D,Simplified 3-D and 2-D Numerical Simulations on a Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler显示文摘Based on the fully three-dimensional(3-D)and two-dimensional(2-D)comprehensive CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)combustion models for a circulating fluidized bed boiler,a simplified 3-D computational domain considering the corrections of furnace side wall openings is proposed.It aims to compensate for the deficiencies of the large amount of computation in the fully 3-D model and improve the air and gas flow treatments at the openings in the simplified 2-D model.Three different computational domains,named as the fully 3-D model,simplified 3-D model and 2-D model,were implemented to perform a comparative CFD analysis in an ultra-supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler including the hydrodynamics,penetration depth of secondary air,temperature and species distribution.The simulation results computed by the simplified3-D model yield better agreement with the fully 3-D simulation results than those of the 2-D model.The simplified 3-D model is recommended as an alternative computational domain for the conventional 2-D model in the numerical simulation of large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler.LI Kun CHENG Leming MA Zhangke LUO Guanwen LI Liyao ZHANG Qingyu GUO Qiang ZHAO Liang 2023Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,5:0
9The V264M polymorphism of tissue factor pathway inhibitor gene in patients with acute coronary syndrome显示文摘Objective: To investigate V264M polymorphism of tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in Chinese. Methods: The genotypes of V264M were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) in 136 patients with ACS and 106 healthy controls with their plasmal f-TFPI tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results: Two genotypes were found in V264M: GG and GA. The distribution frequencies of alleles and genotypes were in accordance with those predicted by Hardy Weinberg equilibrium in the present study(?2 = 0.437, P > 0.05). Plasma f-TFPI level was lower in A allele bearer than that in non-A allele carriers and higher in ACS than control subjects (P < 0.05). No relationship was found between ACS and V264M polymorphism(P > 0.05). 10Adeno-associated virus mediated apoA-I and apoA-IMilano expression in skeletal muscular cells显示文摘Objective: To construct recombinant adeno-associated virus type 2(rAAV2) vectors encoding human apoA-I/apoA-IMilano protein, and explore an effective and safe method to prevent and treat the atherosclerotic diseases. Methods: Human apoA-I cDNA with a His-tag in the upward stream of cDNA sequence were obtained with RT-PCR and PCR, and human apoA-IMilano cDNA was prepared by QuikChange R ○ Site-Directed Mutagenesis Kit. After extracted rAAV vectors with a most economic and convenient method, the particle numbers of rAAV vectors were measured by Dot-blot, and the purity was assayed by SDS-Page. The expression efficiency of the apoA-I or apoA-IMilano in C2C12 infected by rAAV vectors were detected by ELISA method. Results: ApoA-I cDNA was gained by RT-PCR and a His-tag was added in the upward stream of apoA-I cDNA successfully. ApoA-I cDNA was mutanted to apoA-IMilano cDNA successfully by QuikChange R ○ Site-Directed Mutagenesis Kit. The both titres of the rAAV vectors of apoA-I and apoA-IMilano were about 2×10 14 /L, and the result of SDS-Page showed that the purity of the rAAV vectors was satisfied. The expression level of apoA-I was (0.39±0.04) μg/ml and the apoA-IMilano was (0.31±0.03) μg/ml in the DMEM culture medium at the first 24 h after transfection. 11An analysis approach of mass and energy balance in a dual-reactor circulating fluidized bed system显示文摘An analysis approach considering gas-solids hydrodynamics,reaction kinetics and reacting species nonuniformity together in a dual-reactor system is presented for better understanding its mass and energy balance.It was achieved by a 3-dimensional comprehensive hydrodynamics and reaction model for the dual-reactor system,which was developed from the successfully verified 3-dimensional comprehensive combustion model for one circulating fluidized bed(CFB)system(Xu and Cheng,2019).The developed model and analysis approach was successfully used on a 1 MW circulating fluidized bed–bubbling fluidized bed(CFB-BFB)dual-reactor system.Results showed the sensible and chemical energy between two reactors as well as the energy distributions in each reactor were balanced and they agreed well with the experimental measurements.The analysis approach indicated energy balance had a close relationship with the mass transfer in the CFB-BFB dual-reactor system.It may be applied in a design and operation optimization for a dual-reactor system.Yangjun Wei Leming Cheng Liyao Li 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,12:0

13Patient Assessment and Therapy Planning Based on Homologous Recombination Repair Deficiency显示文摘Defects in genes involved in the DNA damage response cause homologous recombination repair deficiency(HRD).HRD is found in a subgroup of cancer patients for several tumor types,and it has a clinical relevance to cancer prevention and therapies.Accumulating evidence has identified HRD as a biomarker for assessing the therapeutic response of tumor cells to poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase inhibitors and platinum-based chemotherapies.Nevertheless,the biology of HRD is complex,and its applications and the benefits of different HRD biomarker assays are controversial.This is primarily due to inconsistencies in HRD assessments and definitions(gene-level tests,genomic scars,mutational signatures,or a combination of these methods)and difficulties in assessing the contribution of each genomic event.Therefore,we aim to review the biological rationale and clinical evidence of HRD as a biomarker.This review provides a blueprint for the standardization and harmonization of HRD assessments.Wenbin Li Lin Gao Xin Yi Shuangfeng Shi Jie Huang Leming Shi Xiaoyan Zhou Lingying Wu Jianming Ying 2023Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,5:0
