6Design and implementation of unmanned aerial vehicle localization and light tracking system显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)are applied widely and profoundly in various fields.Moreover,high-precision positioning and tracking in multiple scenarios are the core requirements for UAV usage.To ensure stable communication of UAVs in denial environments with substantial electromagnetic interference,a systematic solution is proposed based on a deep learning algorithm for target detection and visible light for UAV tracking.Considering the cost and computational power limitations on the hardware,the you only look once(YOLO)v4-Tiny model is used for static target detection of the UAV model.For UAV tracking,and a light tracker that can adjust the angle of emitted light and focus it on the target is used for dynamic tracking processing.Thus,achieving the primary conditions of UAV optical communication with good secrecy is also suitable for dynamic situations.The UAV tracker positions the UAV model by returning the coordinates and calculating the time delay,and then controls the spotlight to target the UAV.In order to facilitate the deployment of deep learning models on hardware devices,the lighter and more efficient model is selected after comparison.The trained model can achieve 99.25%accuracy on the test set.The dynamic target detection can reach 20 frames per second(FPS)on a computer with an MX520 graphics processing unit(GPU)and 6 GB of random access memory(RAM).Dynamic target detection on a Jetson Nano can reach 5.4 FPS.Xu Ming Dong Chen Li Hanlu Luo Qiming Wang Lizi Zhang Wanru Liu Huixin 2023The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2023,30,4:0
7Surgical correction for scimitar syndrome by right thoracotomy and direct anastomosis in chUdren显示文摘Importance:Scimitar syndrome(SS)is a rare type of congenital heart disease characterized by total or partial anomalous venous drainage of the right lung to the inferior vena cava.However,the surgical repair techniques for SS vary according to patients'anatomical and pathological features.Objective:This study was performed to analyze the mid-term results of a less invasive surgical correction technique for SS in children.Methods:Eleven patients with SS who underwent surgical repair from January 2012 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The anomalous scimitar vein(SV)was directly reimplanted to the left atrium,and the concomitant atrial septal defect was simultaneously repaired with cardiopulmonary bypass.Results:Three male and eight female patients were included in the study.Their mean age was 3.1±1.3 years,and their mean body weight was 12.8±3.0 kg.Most patients had symptoms,such as upper respiratory tract infection,dyspnea,and recurrent pneumonia,and two patients had pulmonary hypertension.None of the 11 patients who underwent direct SV reimplantation by right thoracotomy developed bleeding,arrhythmia,heart failure,or perioperative death,and no patients required reoperation during a mean follow-up period of 36.6±15.2 months.Postoperative echocardiography revealed no restenosis or obstruction of the anastomosis in any patients.Interpretation:Surgical repair for SS by right thoracotomy and direct anastomosis of the SV to the posterior wall of the left atrium is safe and effective,with good long-term patency of the reimplanted SV and a low mortality rate.Wei Cheng Zhiqiang Li Yaobin Zhu Nan Ding Daole Yan Hanlu Yi 2021Pediatric Investigation2021,5,1:0
8Expression of renal cubilin and its potential role in tubulointerstitial inflammation induced by albumin overload显示文摘Sustained proteinuria is an independent risk factor leading to kidney fibrosis and end-stage renal fail-ure.Over-reabsorption of filtered proteins,notably albu-min,has been proved to trigger interstitial inflammation and fibrosis in proteinuric renal disease.Cubilin,an endo-cytic receptor expressed on the renal tubular brush bor-der,is responsible for albumin reabsorption in physiologic condition.However,little is known about whether it is required for activation of tubular cells induced by albu-min overload.In this work,we investigated the change of cubilin expression and its potential role in albumin-induced up-regulation of chemokines synthesis in vivo and in vitro.Twenty-six patients with nephrotic syndrome were enrolled in this study.Proximal tubule uptake of albumin,expression of apical membrane cubilin and infiltrating cells in kidney interstitium were determined by immunocytochemistry.In vitro,the transcription of cubilin in HK2 cells after exposure to albumin was ana-lyzed by real-time PCR.Endocytosis of albumin in HK2 cells was examined by fluorescent microscope.The influ-ence of inhibition of cubilin on albumin-induced expres-sions of monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1)and regulated upon activation normal T-cell expressed and secreted(RANTES)was investigated by Western blot.The intensity of luminal cubilin and tubular accu-mulation of albumin were significantly increased in nephrotic kidneys.The expression of MCP-1 and RANTES was up-regulated,and there were spatial rela-tionships in localization between these chemokines and cubilin as well as intracellular albumin in kidney tissues.Infiltration of CD-3 and ED-1-positive cells was predom-inant in tubulointerstitial areas displaying signs of increases of cubilin expression and albumin accumula-tion.In vitro,the transcription of cubilin mRNA in HK2 cells was enhanced after 24 h exposure to albumin in a dose-dependent manner.Inhibition of endocytosis of albumin by antisense cubilin nucleotide markedly reduced expression of MCP-1 and RANTES.Cubilin was required for handling a greater amount of protein in nephrotic status and albumin-induced production of MCP-1 and RANTES by renal tubular cells,which further initiated tubulointerstitial inflammation in proteinuric disease.Jurong YANG Yani HE Haiying SHEN Hanlu DING Kailong LI Huiming WANG 2008Frontiers of Medicine2008,2,1:0
9GP30 of the mycobacteriophage CASbig impairs mycobacterial adaptation during acidic stress and in macrophages显示文摘The rapid emergence of multidrug-resistant and extensively drug-resistant Tuberculosis retrieved intense interest in phage-based therapy.This old approach,which was abandoned in the west in the 1940s but is generating renewed interest,has stimulated fresh research on mycobacteriophages and their lytic efficiency against their hosts.GP30 is a novel protein of the mycobacteriophage CASbig with undiscovered function.In this study,we analyzed the role of CASbig gp30 in the host Mycobacterium smegmatis.Overexpression of gp30 in the host led to reduced growth in acidic medium and attenuated the intracellular survival rate of M.smegmatis inside the THP-1 macrophages,which may be linked to the altered lipid profile of the recombinant bacterial cell wall.In a word,this study suggested that gp30,a novel gene from a mycobacteriophage,modulated lipid composition and content to hamper the survivability of bacteria under stress conditions.WU LI JIANGZHE SI SHUAI QIU JING LUO HUIQIONG SUN XIAOQING LI ZHIBIN WAN WEI GAO HANLU ZOU LEI ZHANG XIAOHONG XIANG YANZHANG LI TIESHAN TENG 2020BIOCELL2020,44,4:0
