1应用IVE模型计算上海市机动车污染物排放显示文摘为了解上海市机动车污染现状,建立上海市机动车源排放清单,分别选择上海市中心城区、商业区和收入相对较低区域中的主干道、快速道和次干道3种共9条典型道路,开展机动车技术水平参数、比功率(VSP)分布状况、启动状况等测试,并在此基础上将InternationalVehicleEmission(IVE)模型本地化.调查结果表明,上海市区实际道路上轻型客车、出租车、公交巴士、卡车和摩托车(包含助动车)分别占道路总车流量的41.0%、30.8%、15.6%、6.9%和5.7%;从技术组成看,约85%的轻型客车和97%的出租车均安装有三元催化装置,约30%的公交巴士和90%的卡车没有达到欧I标准;机动车的VSP分布主要集中在-2.9~1.2kW·t-1.模式计算结果表明,2004年上海市机动车CO、VOC、NOx和PM排放量分别为57.06×104t、7.75×104t、9.20×104t和0.26×104t;20%的高排放车对总排放量的贡献占到25%~45%;启动过程中排放的CO、VOC和PM占总排放量的15%~25%,NOx仅占总排放量的4.5%.王海鲲 陈长虹 黄成 潘汉生 景启国 王冰研 戴懿 赵静 李莉 James Lents Matthew Barth Richard Nikkila 钱华 戴海夏 2006环境科学学报2006,26,1:68
2IVE机动车排放模型应用研究显示文摘对IVE模型进行了系统分析和介绍,以北京市为研究对象给出了模型的主要输入参数的确定方法和思路,运用IVE模型对北京市不同车型车队的排放进行计算.结果表明:公交车和卡车的排放因子明显较高,特别是颗粒物排放因子,分别为普通轻型车的14倍和44倍.北京市机动车的CO、VOC、NOx和PM的平均日排放总量分别为2767.4、182.5、353.8和7.1t.对于CO和VOC,普通轻型车的分担率分别为42.0%和34.7%;对于NOx和PM而言,卡车的贡献率最高,分别达到66.3%和83.0%.此外,比较了IVE模型与MOBILE6模型的方法和计算结果,讨论了IVE模型在我国的主要应用优势.姚志良 贺克斌 王岐东 霍红 刘欢 何春玉 James Lents 2006环境科学2006,27,10:70

4Emergency admissions due to swallowed foreign bodies in adults显示文摘AIM:To study a retrospective analysis of patients who presented to the emergency departments(ED)with complaints related to foreign body ingestions.METHODS:Patients older than 16 years of age who presented to the ED between January 1stand December 31stof 2010 with complaints related to swallowed foreign bodies were identified from electronic health records and patient charts.RESULTS:A total of 100 patients presented with a complaint of foreign body ingestion during the study period.Overall,an X-ray was performed on 75 patients,and a fiberoptic evaluation was performed on45 patients.A foreign body was detected in 46(46%)patients.The diagnostic yield of the X-ray was 27(36%)out of 75 patients,while the diagnostic yield of the fiberoptic evaluations was 21(47%)out of 45 patients.The detected foreign bodies were mostly located in the esophagus(17 out of 46 foreign bodies detected).When the types of ingested foreign bodies were evaluated,52(52%)patients reported ingesting food,and19(19%)patients reported swallowing pins.An X-ray was performed on 33 patients with accidental food ingestions but yielded a positive result in only two cases.In 12 out of 21 patients with accidental food ingestion who underwent fiberoptic evaluation,the foreign material was detected and removed.CONCLUSION:Plain radiography is helpful in the localization of radiopaque swollen foreign bodies,while fiberoptic methods are useful as both diagnostic and therapeutic tools,regardless of radiopacity.Bülent Erbil Mehmet Ali Karaca Mehmet Ali Aslaner Zaur Ibrahimov Mehmet Mahir Kunt Erhan Akpinar Mehmet Mahir zmen 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,38:11
5Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease: What has changed in the treatment since the beginning?显示文摘Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is an umbrella term to describe the entire spectrum of this common liver disease. In patients with NAFLD, especially those with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH), most often have one or more components of the metabolic syndrome, but this is not universal. Although most patients with NAFLD share many clinical features, only a subset of patients develops significant liver inflammation and progressive fibrosis. On the other hand, not all patients with NASH exhibit insulin resistance. NASH can be seen in patients who are lean and have no identifiable risk factors. Many clinical studies have tried numerous drugs and alternative medicine, however, investigators have failed to identify a safe and effective therapy for patients with NASH. As summarized, the heterogeneity of pathogenic pathways in individual patients with NASH may warrant the development of an individualized treatment according to the underlying pathogenic pathway. The differentiation of pathogenetic targets may require the development of diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers, and the identification of genetic susceptibilities. 7盐胁迫环境下腐植酸类物质对小麦生长及矿物营养吸收的影响显示文摘对在不同浓度的盐胁迫条件下,叶面喷施液态腐植酸和土壤施用腐植酸类物质对小麦作物生长和矿物营养吸收的影响进行了研究。通过添加不同量的NaCl得到不同的盐浓度环境。腐植酸类物质在作物种植前一个月施用,液态腐植酸在种苗发芽后20d和35d喷施于小麦叶面。腐植酸类物质的施用量为0、1g/kg、2g/kg,液态腐植酸的浓度为0、0.1%、0.2%。盐度对小麦生长具有负面影响,它会降低小麦对除Na、Mn以外的矿物营养的吸收,影响小麦干重。通过在土壤施用腐植酸类物质可以增加小麦对N的吸收,叶面施用腐植酸可增加其对P、K、Mg、Na、Cu和Zn的吸收。研究结果显示:在土壤中施用腐植酸类物质,不同盐浓度与施用量之间存在较好的相关性,但叶面喷施时盐度和喷施量之间相关性并不明显。在盐胁迫环境的影响下,叶面喷施腐植酸的初始浓度和土壤中施用的腐植酸类物质的初施量都增加了作物对营养元素的吸收。Bar Bülent A k Murat Ali Turan Hakan elik Ali Vahap Katkat 刘海弟 2009腐植酸2009,,6:6

9Changes of total antioxidant capacity and total oxidant status of aqueous humor in diabetes patients and correlations with diabetic retinopathy显示文摘AIM:To measure changes of total oxidant status(TOS)and total antioxidant capacity(TAC) of aqueous humor(AH) in diabetic retinopathy(DR) patients,and to determine if there were any differences in TOS and TAC of AH in diabetic patients without retinopathy compared with non-diabetic patients.·METHODS:One hundred and three eyes of 103patients who were enrolled for cataract surgery were included in this study.Patients were grouped according to presence of diabetes and stage of DR.Prior to cataract surgery,0.1mL to 0.2mL of AH was aspirated and analyzed for TAC and TOS level using a colorimetric method.·RESULTS:TOS levels were highest among proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR) patients and lowest in patients with only cataracts.Results were statistically significant between all groups(P <0.05).Whereas result between diabetic without retinopathy patients and non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR) patients was not statistically significant(P =0.757).TAC levels were highest in patients with only cataract and lowest among PDR patients and results were statistically significant between all groups(P <0.05).·CONCLUSION:Aqueous humor TAC levels are low in diabetic patients and reduced further in DR patients,TOS levels are increased in diabetic patients and this is exacerbated in DR patients.Emrullah Beyazyildiz Ali Bülent ankaya Esra Ergan Mustafa Alparslan Anayol Yasemin zdamar Sevilay Sezer Mehmet Hakan Tirhis Pelin Yilmazbas Faruk ztürk 2013International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2013,6,4:4
10Participation of CD45,NKR-P1A and ANK61 antigen in rat hepatic NK cell(pit cell)-mediated target cell cytotoxicity显示文摘AIM Several triggering receptors have beendescribed to be involved in natural killer(NK)cell-mediated target cytotoxicity.In these studies,NKcells derived from blood or spleen were used.Pitcells are liver-specific NK cells that possess ahigher level of natural cytotoxicity and a differentmorphology when compared to blood NK cells.The aim of this study was to characterize the roleof the NK-triggering molecules NKR-P1A,ANK61antigen,and CD45 in pit cell-mediated killing oftarget cells.METHODS 51Cr-release and DNA fragmentationwere used to quantify target cell lysis andapoptosis,respectively.RESULTS Flow cytometric analysis showed thatpit cells expressed CD45,NKR-P1A,and ANK61antigen.Treatment of pit cells with monoclonalantibody(mAb)to CD45(ANK74)not onlyinhibited CC531s or YAC-1 target lysis but alsoapoptosis induced by pit cells.The mAbs to NKR-P1A(3.2.3)and ANK61 antigen(ANK61)had no effect on pit cell-mediated CC531s or YAC-1 targetcytolysis or apoptosis,while they did increase theFcγ receptor positive(FcγR+)P815 cytolysis andapoptosis.This enhanced cytotoxicity could beinhibited by 3,4-dichloroisocoumarin,an inhibitorof granzymes.CONCLUSION These results indicate that CD45participates in pit cell-mediated CC531s and YAC-1target cytolysis and apoptosis.NKR-P1A andANK61 antigen on pit cells function as activationstructures against FcγR+ P815 cells,which wasmediated by the perforin/granzyme pathway.David Vermiilen Bülent Ahishali Vasilis Triantis Karin Vanderkerken Peter J. 12Injection molding of micro-porous titanium alloy with space holder technique显示文摘The powder space holder(PSH) and powder injection molding(PIM) methods have an industrial competitive advantage because they are capable of the net-shape production of micro-sized porous parts.In this study,micro-porous Ti6Al4V alloy(Ti64) parts were produced by the PSH-PIM process.Ti64 alloy powder and spherical polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) particles were used as a space holder material.After molding,binder debinding was performed by thermal method under inert gas.Debinded samples were sintered at 1250oC for 60 min in a vacuum(10-4 Pa) .Metallographic studies were conducted to determine densification and the corresponding microstructural changes.The surface of sintered samples was examined by SEM.The compressive stress and elastic modulus of the micro-porous Ti64 samples were de-termined.The effects of fraction of PMMA on the properties of sintered micro-porous Ti64 alloy samples were investigated.It was shown that the fraction of PMMA could be controlled to affect the properties of the Ti alloy.Gülsah Engin Bülent Aydemir H.zkan Gülsoy 2011Rare Metals2011,30,6:3
13Gait and Glasgow Coma Scale scores can predict functional recovery in patients with traumatic brain injury显示文摘Fifty-one patients with mild(n = 14),moderate(n = 10) and severe traumatic brain injury(n = 27) received early rehabilitation.Level of consciousness was evaluated using the Glasgow Coma Score.Functional level was determined using the Glasgow Outcome Score,whilst mobility was evaluated using the Mobility Scale for Acute Stroke.Activities of daily living were assessed using the Barthel Index.Following Bobath neurodevelopmental therapy,the level of consciousness was significantly improved in patients with moderate and severe traumatic brain injury,but was not greatly influenced in patients with mild traumatic brain injury.Mobility and functional level were significantly improved in patients with mild,moderate and severe traumatic brain injury.Gait recovery was more obvious in patients with mild traumatic brain injury than in patients with moderate and severe traumatic brain injury.Activities of daily living showed an improvement but this was insignificant except for patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Nevertheless,complete recovery was not acquired at discharge.Multiple regression analysis showed that gait and Glasgow Coma Scale scores can be considered predictors of functional outcomes following traumatic brain injury.Sevil Bilgin Arzu Guclu-Gunduz Hakan Oruckaptan Nezire Kose Bülent Celik 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,25:3
14Serum beta 2-microglobulin as a biomarker in inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘AIM: To investigate the diagnostic utility of beta 2 microglobulin(B2-M) levels and analyze this correlation with the activity of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).METHODS: Overall, 78 IBD patients and 30 healthy controls were enrolled in the study. We examined B2-M serum levels in 43 ulcerative colitis(UC) patients, 35 with Crohn's disease(CD) and 30 control subjects, using an enzymatic method. Patients were divided into two groups according to two disease types: active and in remission. Subjects were also divided into two subgroups according to extent of the disease: left-side and pancolitis for UC and ileitis and ileocolitis for CD. All groups were compared for mean serum B2-M levels and also examined to see whether there was a correlation between serum B2-M levels and other inflammatory markers.RESULTS: The mean serum B2-M levels in the control group, UC and CD were 1.71, 2.41 and 2.24 respectively. B2-M values ≥ 1.96 mg/L had a 62% sensitivity, 76% specificity, a 79% positive predictive value, and a 58% negative predictive value for UC patients. B2-Mvalues ≥ 1.70 mg/L had 80% sensitivity, 53% specificity, 66% positive predictive value, and 69% negative predictive value for CD patients. Mean B2-M values were significantly higher in ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease patients than in healthy controls(UC 2.41 ± 0.87 vs 1.71 ± 0.44, P = 0.002; CD 2.24 ± 1.01 vs 1.71 ± 0.44, P = 0.033). Also, mean B2-M values were significantly higher in active disease when compared to patients in remission(UC 2.66 ± 0.92 vs 1.88 ± 0.41, P = 0.004; CD 2.50 ± 1.15 vs 1.73 ± 0.31, P = 0.033). 15Gastroesophageal reflux in asymptomatic obese subjects:An esophageal impedance-pH study显示文摘AIM:To investigate the relationship between reflux and body mass index(BMI) in the asymptomatic obese population using the impedance-p H technique.METHODS:Gastroesophageal reflux is frequent in the obese population.However,the relationship between acid reflux and BMI in asymptomatic obese people is unclear.Forty-six obese(BMI > 25 kg/m2) people were enrolled in this prospective study.We evaluated the demographic findings and 24-h impedance p H values of the whole group.Gas,acid(p H < 4),weak acid(p H = 4-7) and weak alkaline(p H ≥ 7) reflux parameters were analyzed.RESULTS:The mean age of patients was 49.47±12.24 years,and half of them were men.The mean BMI was 30.64±3.95 kg/m2(25.14-45.58 kg/m2).BMI of 23 was over 30 kg/m2.Seventeen patients had a comorbidity(hypertension,diabetes mellitus,or ischemic heart disease).Endoscopic examination revealed esophagitis in 13 of the 28 subjects(10Grade A,3 Grade B).The subjects were divided into two groups according to BMI(<30 and>30 kg/m2).Demographic and endoscopic findings,and impedance results were similar in these two groups.However,there was a positive correlation between BMI and total and supine p H<4 episodes(P=0.002,r=0.414;P=0.000,r=0.542),p H<4 reflux time(P=0.015,r=0.319;P=0.003,r=0.403),and De Meester score(P=0.012,r=0.333).CONCLUSION:Acid reflux is correlated with BMI in asymptomatic obese individuals.Filiz Akyüz Ahmet Uyanikoglu Fatih Ermis Serpil Arici ümit Akyüz Divison of Gastroenterology Department of Internal Medicine Faculty of Medicine Yeditepe University Bülent Baran Binnur Pinarbasi Nurdan Gul 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,10:3
16Determination of penetration depth at high velocity impact using finite element method and artificial neural network tools显示文摘Determination of ballistic performance of an armor solution is a complicated task and evolved significantly with the application of finite element methods(FEM) in this research field.The traditional armor design studies performed with FEM requires sophisticated procedures and intensive computational effort,therefore simpler and accurate numerical approaches are always worthwhile to decrease armor development time.This study aims to apply a hybrid method using FEM simulation and artificial neural network(ANN) analysis to approximate ballistic limit thickness for armor steels.To achieve this objective,a predictive model based on the artificial neural networks is developed to determine ballistic resistance of high hardness armor steels against 7.62 mm armor piercing ammunition.In this methodology,the FEM simulations are used to create training cases for Multilayer Perceptron(MLP) three layer networks.In order to validate FE simulation methodology,ballistic shot tests on 20 mm thickness target were performed according to standard Stanag 4569.Afterwards,the successfully trained ANN(s) is used to predict the ballistic limit thickness of 500 HB high hardness steel armor.Results show that even with limited number of data,FEM-ANN approach can be used to predict ballistic penetration depth with adequate accuracy.Nam?k KILI? 17Investigation of impact of DC component on breakdown characteristics for different electric fields under composite AC&DC voltage显示文摘The valve side of the converter in the high‐voltage direct current is subjected to mixed voltages such as composite AC&DC voltage.In this study,the effects of the homo-geneity of electric field on breakdown voltage were investigated for different�DC component amplitudes of the composite voltage.The field efficiency factor was calcu-lated using mean and maximum field strengths for all of them.Variation of breakdown voltage of air was examined under the composite AC&DC voltage for different ratios�DC.As one result of the study,the breakdown occurs at the positive half‐wave of the AC voltage despite−DC voltage being applied due to positive corona discharge pulses.This breakdown point is named as the polarity change point.The breakdown voltage increases with the decrease of DC voltage component up to polarity change point in non‐uniform electric field.In less uniform electric field,the AC breakdown voltage was measured slightly higher than the DC breakdown voltage.In less uniform electric field,as the ratio of the applied AC voltage to DC voltage increases,the breakdown voltage gradually approaches the AC breakdown voltage.This result is similar to the result ob-tained for the+DC component in non‐uniform electric field experiments.Mehmet Murat Ispirli Özcan Kalenderli Florian Seifert Michael Rock Bülent Oral 2022High Voltage2022,7,2:2

19Temperature-dependent partial discharge characteristics of high temperature materials at DC voltage for hybrid propulsion systems显示文摘The safe and reliable operation of insulation material used in key high voltage compo-nents under extreme environmental conditions represents the major concerns for man-ufacturers and operators of More Electric Aircrafts(MEA).Surface discharge occurring in high current carrying components in DC power system diminishes the insulation material’s performance and life,especially at high-temperature conditions.Here,the surface discharge behaviour of two commonly used high-temperature insulation materials,ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene(ETFE)and polyetheretherketone(PEEK)is studied at different temperatures under ramp and DC voltages.Extracted partial discharge(PD)features are presented and the impact of voltage polarity on surface discharge propagation is discussed.Our studies reveal that,while both materials exhibit non-linear PD behaviour with respect to their electrical conductivity,ETFE generally shows PDs with higher in-tensity at high temperature above 100°C with a higher possibility of surface discharge due to its lower permittivity.Overall,the PD mechanism in high-temperature,DC voltage applications is explored,and a basis for the selection of high-temperature PD suppressing materials is developed.Tohid Shahsavarian Xin Wu Charles Lents Di Zhang Chuanyang Li Yang Cao 2021High Voltage2021,6,4:2
