1热处理豆粕饲喂生长猪的氨基酸消化率显示文摘为测定热处理对豆粕(SBM)表观回肠消化率和标准回肠消化率(SID)的影响,本试验将常规去壳豆粕(48.5%蛋白)分成4组,一份未经额外热处理,一份在125℃下高压蒸汽处理15 min,一份在125℃下高压蒸汽处理30 min,另一份在125℃下烘箱烘干30 min。制定四种豆粕-玉米淀粉型日粮配方,且每个配方只能使用上述四种豆粕中的一种,作为每种日粮中唯一氨基酸来源。用无氮日粮配方来估算基础内源性氨基酸损失。分别在初始体重为(25.3±2.0)kg的10头阉公猪回肠末端安装一个T-型瘘管。采用5×5拉丁方设计法,将试验猪分成5个日粮处理组,5个重复处理周期。每个处理周期持续7 d,在第6天和第7天收集回肠食糜。试验结果表明,随着高压蒸汽处理时间(0~30 min)的延长,蛋白质和所有氨基酸的表观回肠消化率和标准回肠消化率呈线性降低(P<0.01)。糠氨酸含量和豆粕样品的颜色表明高压蒸汽处理导致豆粕产生美拉德反应。然而,125℃烘箱干燥30min并未改变豆粕中蛋白和氨基酸标准回肠消化率,也没有改变SBM的糠氨酸含量(P>0.10),且烘箱处理的样品颜色表明该样品并未受到热处理破坏。总之,热蒸汽处理时间从0 min增至30 min,高压蒸汽处理豆粕的氨基酸消化率呈线性降低,降低原因很可能是由于125℃高压蒸汽处理导致豆粕产生美拉德反应。González-Vega J C Kim B G Htoo J K Lemme A Stein H H 2015中国饲料2015,,24:8
2Census of Kuiper Comets-the TAOS Project显示文摘Cometary nuclei, the remnant icy bodies of planet formation, located at the outer edge of the solar system, are relatively poorly studied because of their small sizes and thus faintness. Thus far more than a hundred large members (size about 100 km) of this cometary population in the Kuiper belt have been identified. Smaller bodies (10 km) are much too faint to image directly and their number so far can only be extrapolated on theoretical grounds. The Taiwan-America Occultation Survey (TAOS) will conduct a census of the number of Kuiper belt objects down to a few km size by monitoring chance stellar occultations by these cometary nuclei. We will set up an array of small (50cm), wide-field (f/1 9) telescopes, each equipped with a 2K squared CCD camera, along a 7 km baseline in central Taiwan at an elevation above ~ 3000 m. The robot telescopes will operate in a coincidence mode, so the sequence and timing of any candidate occultation event can be recorded and distinguished against a false detection. The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, the National Central University, and the Academia Sinica, will each contribute one telescope system. Researchers from an international variety of institutes are also participating in the project. Our experiment provides the only means to study the cometary population in the small-sized end of the distrbution. A great number of scientific byproducts, notably variable stars, will also derive from the huge TAOS database, some 10, 000 giga-bytes worth of photometrical measuremements per year.Wen Ping ChenOther TAOS team members: C. 14豆粕替代鱼粉饲料中添加DL-蛋氨酸对卵形鲳鲹幼鱼生长性能和体组成的影响显示文摘实验以卵形鲳碜(Trachinotusovatus)为实验对象,研究豆粕替代不同水平的鱼粉饲料中添加晶体蛋氨酸(Met)对卵形鲳碜生长性能及体组成的影响、实验共设计11种饲料:1种基础饲料(Diet1)和10种实验饲料(Diet2~11),各实验组以豆粕为植物性蛋白源,对鱼粉进行替代,其中,Diet2-5分别为10%、20%、30%和50%替代鱼粉组,并分别添加0.08%、0.15%、0.21%和0.36%DL-蛋氨酸和0.13%、0.24%、0.36%和0.60%赖氨酸盐酸盐,以使其氨基酸模式(包括蛋氨酸和赖氨酸)与基础饲料一致;Diet6~9为Diet2-5的不添加蛋氨酸的对照组;Diet10、Diet11分别为Diet3、Diet5的不添加赖氨酸盐酸盐的对照组.实验共分11组,每组设3个平行,每箱25尾鱼,初始鱼重为18g,实验周期为8周实验结果表明:在饲料中额外添加一定量蛋氨酸和赖氨酸,豆粕替代鱼粉高达50%对生长无不利影响;在20%豆粕替代鱼粉水平上,额外添加0.15%DL—Met和0.24%Lys—HCl(78%)可获得优于基础鱼粉组的最大生长;在以豆粕为鱼粉替代蛋白源时,赖氨酸不是第一限制性氨基酸。高文 Lemme Andreas Claudia Silva 董延 2013饲料工业2013,34,20:1
