1西昆仑山前冲断带晚新生代构造地貌特征显示文摘在卫片解译、DEM数据处理、地形图分析与剖面制作的基础上,结合野外构造地貌考察与观测,对西昆仑山前冲断带的构造地貌特征进行了定量、半定量的研究。沿山前发育系统的水系变化、冲积扇变化、不对称背斜、大规模正断裂、不对称河流阶地等典型的构造地貌,表明这条由南向北逆冲的冲断带在扩展过程中存在着由西向东迁移的特征。冲断带的东西分段以桑株河为界,以西发育固满背斜,其构造样式为向北的逆冲伴随向南的反冲;以东发育一系列不对称的背斜,表现出明显的由南向北逆冲的特征,地表无明显的反冲构造出现。利用生长地层和河流阶地估算了西昆仑山的隆升速率:晚上新世—早更新世以来的最低隆升速率为0.21~0.25mm/a,100ka以来的隆升速率为1.5mm/a。潘家伟 李海兵 Jerome Van Der Woerd 孙知明 裴军令 Laurie Barrier 司家亮 2007地质通报2007,26,10:33

3未婚青少年避孕知识状况及其影响因素分析显示文摘目的:了解上海市15~24岁未婚青少年避孕知识状况及其影响因素。方法:本研究为横断面调查,于2006.05~2007.01采用多阶段抽样方法共调查15~24岁未婚青少年6 023名。调查采用匿名电子问卷,其中基本情况由调查员问填,敏感信息由青少年自填。调查内容包括对象人口学特征和避孕相关知识等。结果:在所调查的10种避孕方法中,男性知晓率较高的为避孕套(85.7%)、口服避孕药(71.3%)和紧急避孕药(45.4%);女性为避孕套(88.9%)、口服避孕药(77.9%)和手术节育(49.6%)。在男、女对象认为有效的避孕方法中,前3位依次为避孕套(男:90.9%,女:82.2%)、口服避孕药(男:58.9%,女:57.7%)和手术节育(男:46.5%,女:49.3%)。男性对象的避孕知识得分(40.9分)高于女性对象(37.3分),差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,无论男性还是女性,年龄较大、在校学生、文化程度较高、有性经历、从男/女朋友、朋友/同伴、广播/电视、书籍、网络等途径了解过避孕相关知识、避孕知识来源途径较多的以及从较为有效的知识来源获取避孕知识的对象其避孕知识水平较高。结论:上海市未婚青少年的避孕知识水平仍有待提高,在未婚青少年性行为不断增多的情况下,应向他们提供适宜的避孕知识教育。孙峰 涂晓雯 程艳 楼超华 高尔生 Laurie S.Zabin 2011生殖与避孕2011,31,2:23
4上海未婚青少年性相关行为影响因素结构方程模型分析显示文摘目的在健康促进知信行理论的基础上构建青少年性相关行为影响因素的结构方程模型,探讨其影响因素的直接作用和间接作用。方法用计算机辅助调查6299名15~24岁未婚青少年性与生殖健康知识、性相关态度和性相关行为,对调查数据进行结构方程模型拟合,再根据模型参数检验,通过评价修正确定最终模型。结果青少年生殖避孕知识得分较低,及格率为28.6%。大约75%的男性和55%的女性接受婚前性行为。结构方程模型拟合较好,性与生殖健康知识对性相关行为的直接作用为0.2,间接作用为0.1176,总作用为0.3176。开放的性相关态度对性相关行为起促进作用(0.28)。结论加强对青少年进行正规的、全面的性健康和生殖避孕教育,促使其性态度转变,降低性相关行为风险。张鹏 楼超华 Laurie 高尔生 2011中国卫生统计2011,28,2:18

7Comparison of fatty liver index with noninvasive methods for steatosis detection and quantification显示文摘AIM:To compare noninvasive methods presently used for steatosis detection and quantification in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).METHODS:Cross-sectional study of subjects from the general population,a subgroup from the First Israeli National Health Survey,without excessive alcohol consumption or viral hepatitis.All subjects underwent anthropometric measurements and fasting blood tests.Evaluation of liver fat was performed using four noninvasive methods:the SteatoTest;the fatty liver index(FLI);regular abdominal ultrasound(AUS);and the hepatorenal ultrasound index(HRI).Two of the noninvasive methods have been validated vs liver biopsy and were considered as the reference methods:the HRI,the ratio between the median brightness level of the liver and right kidney cortex;and the SteatoTest,a biochemical surrogate marker of liver steatosis.The FLI is calculated by an algorithm based on triglycerides,body mass index,γ-glutamyl-transpeptidase and waist circumference,that has been validated only vs AUS.FLI < 30 rules out and FLI ≥ 60 rules in fatty liver.RESULTS:Three hundred and thirty-eight volunteers met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and had valid tests.The prevalence rate of NAFLD was 31.1% according to AUS.The FLI was very strongly correlated with SteatoTest(r = 0.91,P < 0.001) and to a lesser but significant degree with HRI(r = 0.55,P < 0.001).HRI and SteatoTest were significantly correlated(r = 0.52,P < 0.001).The κ between diagnosis of fatty liver by SteatoTest(≥ S2) and by FLI(≥ 60) was 0.74,which represented good agreement.The sensitivity of FLI vs SteatoTest was 85.5%,specificity 92.6%,positive predictive value(PPV) 74.7%,and negative predictive value(NPV) 96.1%.Most subjects(84.2%) with FLI < 60 had S0 and none had S3-S4.The κ between diagnosis of fatty liver by HRI(≥ 1.5) and by FLI(≥ 60) was 0.43,which represented only moderate agreement.The sensitivity of FLI vs HRI was 56.3%,specificity 86.5%,PPV 57.0%,and NPV 86.1%.The diagnostic accuracy of FLI for steatosis > 5%,as predicted by SteatoTest,yielded an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC) of 0.97(95% CI:0.95-0.98).The diagnostic accuracy of FLI for steatosis> 5%,as predicted by HRI,yielded an AUROC of 0.82(95% CI:0.77-0.87).The κ between diagnosis of fatty liver by AUS and by FLI(≥ 60) was 0.48 for the entire sample.However,after exclusion of all subjects with an intermediate FLI score of 30-60,the κ between diagnosis of fatty liver by AUS and by FLI either ≥ 60 or < 30 was 0.65,representing good agreement.Excluding all the subjects with an intermediate FLI score,the sensitivity of FLI was 80.3% and the specificity 87.3%.Only 8.5% of those with FLI < 30 had fatty liver on AUS,but 27.8% of those with FLI ≥ 60 had normal liver on AUS.CONCLUSION:FLI has striking agreement with SteatoTest and moderate agreements with AUS or HRI.However,if intermediate values are excluded FLI has high diagnostic value vs AUS.Shira Zelber-Sagi Muriel Webb Nimer Assy Laurie Blendis Hanny Yeshua Moshe Leshno Vlad Ratziu Zamir Halpern Ran Oren Erwin Santo 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,1:8

10Immune mediators in the tumor microenvironment of prostate cancer显示文摘Prostate cancer tissue is composed of both cancer cells and host cells.The milieu of host components that compose the tumor is termed the tumor microenvironment(TME).Host cells can be those derived from the tissue in which the tumor originates(e.g.,fibroblasts and endothelial cells)or those recruited,through chemotactic or other factors,to the tumor(e.g.,circulating immune cells).Some immune cells are key players in the TME and represent a large proportion of non-tumor cells found within the tumor.Immune cells can have both anti-tumor and pro-tumor activity.In addition,crosstalk between prostate cancer cells and immune cells affects immune cell functions.In this review,we focus on immune cells and cytokines that contribute to tumor progression.We discuss T-regulatory and T helper17 cells and macrophages as key modulators in prostate cancer progression.In addition,we discuss the roles of interleukin-6 and receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand in modulating prostate cancer progression.This review highlights the concept that immune cells and cytokines offer a potentially promising target for prostate cancer therapy.Jinlu Dai Yi Lu Hernan Roca Jill M. 11New serological biomarkers of inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘Serological biomarkers in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are a rapidly expanding list of non-invasive tests for objective assessments of disease activity, early diagnosis, prognosis evaluation and surveillance. This review summarizes both old and new biomarkers in IBD, but focuses on the development and character-ization of new serological biomarkers (identifi ed since 2007). These include fi ve new anti-glycan antibodies, anti-chitobioside IgA (ACCA), anti-laminaribioside IgG (ALCA), anti-manobioside IgG (AMCA), and antibod-ies against chemically synthesized (∑) two major oligomannose epitopes, Man α-1,3 Man α-1,2 Man (∑Man3) and Man α-1,3 Man α-1,2 Man α-1,2 Man (∑Man4). These new biomarkers serve as valuable complementary tools to existing biomarkers not only in differentiating Crohn's disease (CD), ulcerative colitis (UC), normal and other non-IBD gut diseases, but also in predicting disease involvement (ileum vs colon), IBD risk (as subclinical biomarkers), and disease course (risk of complication and surgery). Interestingly, the prevalence of the antiglycan antibodies, including anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae antibodies (ASCA), ALCA and AMCA, was found to be associated with single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of IBD susceptible genes such as NOD2/CARD15, NOD1/CARD4, toll-likereceptors (TLR) 2 and 4, and β-defensin-1. Further-more, a gene dosage effect was observed: anti-glycan positivity became more frequent as the number of NOD2/CARD15 SNPS increased. Other new serum/ plasma IBD biomarkers reviewed include ubiquitination factor E4A (UBE4A), CXCL16 (a chemokine), resistin, and apolipoprotein A-IV. This review also discusses the most recent studies in IBD biomarker discovery by the application of new technologies such as proteomics, fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy, and mul-tiplex enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)'s (with an emphasis on cytokine/chemokine profiling). 12psychosocial impact of irritable bowel syndrome: A brief review显示文摘Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is a common disorder of the gastrointestinal tract with unclear etiology and no reliable biomarker. Like other chronic and functional disorders, medical treatments for IBS are suboptimal and the overall illness burden is high. Patients with IBS report high rates of psychopathology, low quality of life, and increased suicidal ideation. These patients also miss more days of work, are less productive at work, and use many healthcare resources. However, little is known about the burden of IBS on daily functioning. The primary aim of this paper is to review the current literature on the burden of IBS and to highlight the need for further research to evaluate the impact of IBS on daily activities. Both total parenteral and enteral nutrition provide important supportive therapy for IBD patients, but in adults these are not useful for primary therapy. 14Effect of age on aortic atherosclerosis显示文摘Objective To examine the association of atherosclerosis burden in the survivors of an asymptomatic elderly cohort study and its relationship to other coronary risk factors (specifically, age) by evaluating aortic atherosclerotic wall burden by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods A total of 312 participants in an ongoing observational cohort study underwent cardiac and descending thoracic aorta imaging by MRI. Maximum wall thickness was measured and the mean wall thickness calculated.Wall/outer wall ratio was used as a normalized wall index (NWI) adjusted for artery size difference among participants. Percent wall volume (PWV) was calculated as NWI ×100.Results In this asymptomatic cohort (mean age: 76 years), the mean (SD) aortic wall area andwall thicknesswere 222 ±45 mm2 and 2.7 ±0.4 mm, respectively. Maximum wall thickness was 3.4 ±0.6 mm, and PWV was 32% ±4%. Women appeared to have smaller wall area,but after correcting for their smaller artery size, had significantly higher PWV than men (P = 0.03). Older age was associatedwith larger wall area (P = 0.04 for trend) with similar PWVs. However, there were no statistically significant associations between standard risk factors,Framingham global risk, or metabolic syndrome status, therapy for cholesterol or hypertension, coronary or aortic calcium score, and the aortic wall burden. Aortic calcificationwas associated with coronary calcification. Conclusions Asymptomatic elderly in this cohort had a greater descending thoracic aortic wall volume that correlated with age, andwomen had a significantly increased PWV compared to men. In these survivors, the atherosclerotic aortic wall burden was not significantly associated with traditional risk factors or with coronary or aortic calcium scores or coronary calcium progression. 15塔里木盆地中南部麻扎塔格逆冲-褶皱带变形特征及其意义显示文摘麻扎塔格地区地层、地貌及构造变形特征的研究,对于认识塔里木盆地新生代构造演化过程、塔里木—西昆仑的盆山耦合关系、新构造运动对塔里木油气资源分布的影响以及塔克拉玛干沙漠的气候、环境变化都具有重要意义。本文通过卫星照片解译、野外变形观察、剖面实测、地球物理资料解释等手段,对该地区晚新生代的构造特征进行了研究,确定了麻扎塔格构造带为典型的逆冲—褶皱带,并探讨了麻扎塔格逆冲—褶皱带的构造指向、活动时限、隆升速率及缩短速率、东西方向的延伸等问题,取得如下认识:1)麻扎塔格逆冲—褶皱带为西昆仑山前陆褶皱冲断带的前缘部位,和田河气田就是处在逆冲前锋背斜顶部,晚新生代变形作用已明显地改造了塔里木盆地南部及中部的古生代和中生代构造,并促成了和田河气田的形成;2)麻扎塔格山在中新世末(约7 Ma)和中更新世(约780 ka B.P.)经历了两次构造隆升,后一次形成了麻扎塔格逆冲—褶皱带和麻扎塔格山现今的地貌特征;3)估算出麻扎塔格逆冲—褶皱带中更新世以来的隆升速率约为0.26~0.4 mm/a,缩短速率约为0.9 mm/a;4)认为麻扎塔格逆冲—褶皱带向西应与同属西昆仑山前褶皱—冲断带前缘的喀什背斜相连,东端的突然消失可能是由于东段和田河附近存在北东—南西向的走滑断层造成。潘家伟 李海兵 孙知明 裴军令 司家亮 Laurie Barrier Jerome Van Der Woerd] 邱祝礼 吴富峣 张丽军 2010地质科学2010,45,4:6

17考虑目标光谱差异的机载离散激光雷达叶面积指数反演显示文摘利用间隙率模型反演LAI(Leaf Area Index),需要同时获取冠层间隙率和消光系数,后者与冠层叶倾角分布有关。基于点云数量构建激光雷达穿透指数LPI(LiDAR Penetration Index),用以代替冠层间隙率GF(Gap Fraction),并利用间隙率模型反演冠层LAI是利用LiDAR PCD(LiDAR Point Cloud Data)数据反演冠层LAI主要思路。冠层和背景的光谱差异是影响PCD数据中冠层和背景点云数量的重要因素,因此从LPI到GF的校正需要获取背景和冠层的后向散射系数比(μ=ρg/ρv)。本文基于PCD数据中点云强度进行μ值获取,用以实现LPI到GF的校正;在假设区域内叶倾角满足椭球形叶倾角分布的基础上,利用样地尺度下的多角度GF,采用有约束的非线性最优化方法获取椭球形叶倾角分布参数χ,实现冠层消光系数的获取;最后利用间隙率模型实现基于PCD数据的LAI反演。本文探讨了基于PCD数据进行冠层LAI反演时,样地尺度Rxy_Tile、样方尺度Rxy_Plot以及进行背景和冠层分割的高度阈值Ht对模型的影响。结果显示,由于区域内地衣植被广泛覆盖,基于点云强度的μ值接近1,符合区域特点;经过μ值校正后的GF对冠层间隙率具有较好的反映能力(R2=0.78,RMSE=0.09);对于优势种明显的区域,基于样地尺度内多角度GF的χ值反演受样地内冠间大间隙的影响,选择合适的样地尺度能够减小LAI反演过程中的系统性误差;结合地面参考数据,确定的最优Rxy_Tile、Rxy_Plot和Ht分别为950 m、10 m和2.6 m,在此基础上反演的LAI与地面测量数据具有高度的一致性(R2=0.84,RMSE=0.51);与Rxy_Plot相比,基于间隙率模型的LAI反演对Ht的选择更为敏感。田罗 屈永华 Korhonen Lauri Korpela Ilkka Heiskanen Janne 2020遥感学报2020,24,12:5
