| 1 | 锡林河流域地表水水化学主离子特征及控制因素显示文摘通过对2006~2008年锡林河主要径流期内13个河水断面239个水样以及同期地下水和大气降水主离子水化学进行分析,结合锡林河流域的气象和水文资料,利用Piper三线图和Gibbs图分析了锡林河河水的水化学特征及主离子组成变化特征.结果表明,锡林河河水TDS变化范围在136.7~376.5mg·L^-1之间,平均245.1mg·L^-1,为低矿化度河水;河水中主要阳离子以Ca2+为主,阴离子以HCO3^-为主,河水的水化学类型从HCO3-—Ca2+过渡到HCO3--Ca2+·Mg2+;河水主离子平均浓度年内、年际变化均不大,年内变化表现在5月主离子浓度高于其他月,年际变化表现为主离子在2007年的平均浓度均较小;空间上,Ca2+、Na+、Mg2+、K+、Cl^-和HCO3^-的浓度呈现沿程逐渐增加的趋势,SO4^2-的浓度变化呈先增加后减小的趋势;河水中主离子浓度值介于大气降水和地下水之间,并且十分接近地下水浓度,说明地表水同时受大气降水和地下水补给并主要依靠地下水补给;Gibbs图显示河水离子组成主要与流域内的岩石风化有关,流域有一定量的蒸发岩存在,但蒸发岩对水化学的贡献弱于碳酸盐岩. | 唐玺雯 吴锦奎 薛丽洋 张明泉 Frauke Barthold Lutz Breuer Hans-Georg Frede | 2014 | 环境科学2014,35,1: | 61 |

| 7 | 粉煤灰充填复垦地理化特性与重金属分布特征研究--以淮南洛河电厂粉煤灰复垦地为例显示文摘本文以淮南上窑储灰场中的粉煤灰充填复垦地为研究对象,选择粉煤灰复垦地与灰场周边非复垦区对照地块进行布点采样,在复垦地中分六层[H1(0~20cm)、H2(20~40cm)、H3(40~60cm)、H4(60~80cm)、H5(80~100cm)、H6(100~120cm)]分别采集土壤、粉煤灰样品并进行监测,对照地块按照同样方法采样监测,分析复垦地土壤理化性质和重金属的分布特征。研究结果显示,随着采样深度的增加,复垦地pH值从8.21到8.49呈递增的空间分布特征,各采样层pH值均高于对照地块;随着采样深度的增加,复垦地的含水量呈增加的空间分布特征,对照地块的含水量则是先增加后减少,粉煤灰基质具有良好的保水性能;养分含量在不同层位存在较大差异,粉煤灰复垦地速效氮、速效钾含量从H1至H6层呈现减少后增加的空间分布特征,在H3层处达到最小值16.23mg·kg-1、158.97mg·kg-1,复垦地各层位的速效氮含量均低于对照地块、速效钾含量均高于对照地块;复垦地与对照地块的速效磷含量均呈现先减少后增加再减少的空间分布特征,最大有效磷含量分别为10.01mg·kg-1、11.91mg·kg-1。对比土壤养分分级标准,复垦地土壤中速效氮、速效磷含量均处于缺乏水平,应增施磷肥、氮肥或有机肥以增加土壤养分。粉煤灰复垦地表层土壤和粉煤灰中的Cu、Cr、Pb、Zn、Cd、Ni等元素中Cr、Pb、Zn含量均低于淮南土壤背景值和中国土壤背景值,其中粉煤灰层中各重金属元素均处于土壤环境质量标准的二级范围内,其余各层位重金属元素除Cd均处于土壤环境质量标准的一级范围内;土壤中各重金属元素含量除Zn外均低于粉煤灰中的含量,且粉煤灰层中重金属有向表土迁移的趋势。 | 徐良骥 许善文 杨秀芳 严家平 Helmut Meuser Lutz Makowsky | 2012 | 农业环境科学学报2012,31,12: | 13 |

| 9 | Spontaneous bacterial peritonitis: The clinical challenge of a leaky gut and a cirrhotic liver显示文摘Spontaneous bacterial peritonitis(SBP) is a frequent, life-threatening bacterial infection in patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites. Portal hypertension leads to increased bacterial translocation from the intestine. Failure to eliminate invading pathogens due to immune defects associated with advanced liver disease on the background of genetic predisposition may result in SBP. The efficacy of antibiotic treatment and prophylaxis has declined due to the spread of multi-resistant bacteria. Patients with nosocomial SBP and with prior antibiotictreatment are at a particularly high risk for infection with resistant bacteria. Therefore, it is important to adapt empirical treatment to these risk factors and to the local resistance profile. Rifaximin, an oral, nonabsorbable antibiotic, has been proposed to prevent SBP, but may be useful only in a subset of patients. Since novel antibiotic classes are lacking, we have to develop prophylactic strategies which do not induce bacterial resistance. Farnesoid X receptor agonists may be a candidate, but so far, clinical studies are not available. New diagnostic tests which can be carried out quickly at the patient's site and provide additional prognostic information would be helpful. | 10 | Prospective cohort comparison of flavonoid treatment in patients with resected colorectal cancer to prevent recurrence显示文摘AIM: To investigate biological prevention with flavonoids the recurrence risk of neoplasia was studied in patients with resected colorectal cancer and after adenoma polypectomy. METHODS: Eighty-seven patients, 36 patients with resected colon cancer and 51 patients after polypectomy, were divided into 2 groups: one group was treated with a flavonoid mixture (daily standard dose 20 mg apigenin and 20 mg epigallocathechin-gallat, n = 31) and compared with a matched control group (n = 56). Both groups were observed for 3-4 years by surveillance colonoscopy and by questionnaire. RESULTS: Of 87 patients enrolled in this study, 36 had resected colon cancer and 29 of these patients had surveillance colonoscopy. Among the flavonoid-treated patients with resected colon cancer (n = 14), there was no cancer recurrence and one adenoma developed. In contrast the cancer recurrence rate of the 15 matched untreated controls was 20% (3 of 15) and adenomas evolved in 4 of those patients (27%). The combined recurrence rate for neoplasia was 7% (1 of 14) in the treated patients and 47% (7 of 15) in the controls (P = 0.027). | 11 | 基于图像处理与支持向量机的树上苹果早期估产研究显示文摘为了实现果树挂果期的精准管理,针对树上苹果早期估产问题,以'Gala'苹果为研究对象,开展了对定果后的果树进行产量估测的研究,提出了一种图像处理结合支持向量机的树上苹果早期估产方法。首先在苹果园内获取定果后的果树树冠图像,此时的树上苹果颜色为绿色(本文称此时期为果树青果期);采用分析图像各颜色分量值分布图法,确定在YCb Cr颜色空间中,以Cb≤100与Cr≥120作为分割树冠图像中苹果的条件;从果树树冠图像中提取果实个数、果实面积、果实树叶比、受遮挡果实个数比例及受遮挡果实面积比例;以上述5个特征参数作为输入,实际产量为输出,利用支持向量机方法建立树上苹果早期估产模型。本文利用训练集(含50个样本)训练模型,预测产量与实际产量的决定系数R2达到了0.724 2,均方根误差RMSE为1.71 kg,平均绝对百分比误差MAPE为9%,平均预测误差MFE为0.21。利用测试集(含15个样本)测试模型,得到RMSE为2.45 kg,MAPE为13%。结果表明该模型不仅具有较好的预测精度与无偏性,且具有较好的鲁棒性,所采用的树上苹果早期估产方法可行。 | 程洪 Lutz Damerow Michael Blanke 孙宇瑞 | 2015 | 农业机械学报2015,46,3: | 11 |

| 16 | Noninvasive indocyanine green plasma disappearance rate predicts early complications,graft failure or death after liver transplantation显示文摘BACKGROUND:Early detection of graft malfunction or postoperative complications is essential to save patients and organs after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT).Predictive tests for graft dysfunction are needed to enable earlier implementation of organ-saving interventions following transplantation.This study was undertaken to assess the value of indocyanine green plasma disappearance rates (ICG-PDRs) for predicting postoperative complications,graft dysfunction and patient survival following OLT.METHODS:Eighty-six patients undergoing OLT were included in this single-centre trial.ICG-PDR was assessed daily for the first 7 days following OLT.Endpoints were graft loss or death within 30 days and postoperative complications,graft loss,or death within 30 days.RESULTS:Postoperative complications of 31 patients included deaths (12 patients) or graft losses.ICG-PDR was significantly different in patients whose endpoints were graft loss or death beginning from day 3 and in those whose endpoints were graft loss,death,or postoperative complications beginning from day 4 after OLT.For day 7 measurements,receiver operating characteristic curve analysis revealed an ICG-PDR cut-off for predicting death or graft loss of 9.6% per min (a sensitivity of 75.0%,a specificity of 72.6%,positive predictive value 0.35 negative predictive value 0.94).For prediction of graft loss,death or postoperative complications,the ICG-PDR cut-off was 12.3%per min (a sensitivity of 68.9%,a specificity of 66.7%,positive predictive value 0.57,negative predictive value 0.77).CONCLUSIONS:ICG-PDR measurements on postoperative day 7 are predictive of early patient outcomes following OLT.The added value over that of routinely determined laboratory parameters is low. | Lutz Schneider Martin Spiegel Sebastian Latanowicz Markus A Weigand Jan Schmidt Jens Werner Wolfgang Stremmel Christoph Eisenbach | 2011 | Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2011,10,4: | 6 |
| 17 | Utility of different glycemic control metrics for optimizing management of diabetes显示文摘The benchmark for assessing quality of long-term glycemic control and adjustment of therapy is currently glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c). Despite its importance as an indicator for the development of diabeticcomplications, recent studies have revealed that this metric has some limitations; it conveys a rather complex message, which has to be taken into consideration for diabetes screening and treatment. On the basis of recent clinical trials, the relationship between Hb A1 c and cardiovascular outcomes in long-standing diabetes has been called into question. It becomes obvious that other surrogate and biomarkers are needed to better predict cardiovascular diabetes complications and assess efficiency of therapy. Glycated albumin, fructosamin, and 1,5-anhydroglucitol have received growing interest as alternative markers of glycemic control. In addition to measures of hyperglycemia, advanced glucose monitoring methods became available. An indispensible adjunct to Hb A1 c in routine diabetes care is selfmonitoring of blood glucose. This monitoring method is now widely used, as it provides immediate feedback to patients on short-term changes, involving fasting, preprandial, and postprandial glucose levels. Beyond the traditional metrics, glycemic variability has been identified as a predictor of hypoglycemia, and it might also be implicated in the pathogenesis of vascular diabetes complications. Assessment of glycemic variability is thus important, but exact quantification requires frequently sampled glucose measurements. In order to optimize diabetes treatment, there is a need for both key metrics of glycemic control on a day-to-day basis and for more advanced, user-friendly monitoring methods. In addition to traditional discontinuous glucose testing, continuous glucose sensing has become a useful tool to reveal insufficient glycemic management. This new technology is particularly effective in patients with complicated diabetes and provides the opportunity to characterize glucose dynamics. Several continuous glucose monitoring(CGM) systems, which have shown usefulness in clinical practice, are presently on the market. They can broadly be divided into systems providing retrospective or real-time information on glucose patterns. The widespread clinical application of CGM is still hampered by the lack of generallyaccepted measures for assessment of glucose profiles and standardized reporting of glucose data. | 18 | Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt in refractory chylothorax due to liver cirrhosis显示文摘A pleural effusion containing chylomicrons is termed chylothorax and results from leakage of lymph fluid into the pleural cavity.We report on the case of a 59-year-old woman with severe dyspnea due to a large chylothorax.She was known to have liver cirrhosis but no ascites.There was no history of trauma,cardiac function was normal and thorough diagnostic work-up did not reveal any signs of malignancy.In summary,no other etiology of the chylothorax than portal hypertension could be found.Therapy with diuretics as well as parenteral feeding failed to relieve symptoms.After a transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS) had successfully been placed,pleural effusion decreased considerably.Eight months later,TIPS revision had to be performed because of stenosis,resulting in remission from chylothorax.This case shows that even in the absence of ascites,chylothorax might be caused by portal hypertension and that TIPS can be an effective treatment option. | Philipp Lutz Holger Strunk Hans Heinz Schild Tilman Sauerbruch | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,7: | 6 |

| 20 | 充填与非充填开采条件下煤矿沉陷区耕地土壤质量空间分布规律研究显示文摘为了研究煤矿井下充填开采是否能有效保护地表耕地土壤环境,保持土壤肥力,本文以皖北矿业集团公司五沟煤矿充填开采工作面与非充填开采工作面为试验区,在2个工作面对应上方地表分别划分试验区域和对照区域,进行采样、相关土壤指标检测及结果分析。试验区域(充填开采)包括:地表沉陷区坡脚B1处(点1?~点3?)、沉陷区坡面B2处(点4?~点6?)、沉陷区坡顶B3处(点7?~点9?);对照区域(非充填开采)包括:地表沉陷区坡脚A1处(点1~点3)、沉陷区坡面A2处(点4~点6)、沉陷区坡顶A3处(点7~点9)。每个区域分别在9个采样点内按照0~20 cm、20~40 cm和40~60 cm 3个土壤深度分层采集土样,对土壤理化性质以及该区域小麦株高和经济产量进行了测定和分析。试验结果显示,充填开采区域土壤碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾和有机质在3个土层的平均含量均高于非充填开采区域。试验观测期间,3月份B1处小麦株高小于A1处,5—6月B2和B3处小麦长势均优于A2和A3处,直至收割;小麦成熟时,充填开采区域经济产量高于非充填开采区。充填开采区域地块土壤含水量高于非充填开采区域。因此,本文认为充填开采比非充填开采更能保持开采区域上覆土壤的养分和水分。但与正常土壤背景值相比,充填开采区域上覆土壤仍存在某些营养元素(如有机质及磷元素)含量不足的问题,其作为农耕地需要加强人工活动的影响,如增施肥料、加强田间管理等。 | 徐良骥 黄璨 章如芹 严家平 Helmut MEUSER Lutz MAKOWSKY | 2014 | 中国生态农业学报2014,22,6: | 5 |
