| 1 | 多环芳烃污染区域氧化多环芳烃的来源、迁移转化和毒性危害显示文摘本文阐明了在对高浓度多环芳烃污染区域进行风险评估和修复过程中,氧化多环芳烃是不容忽视的重要污染物。我们通过对自己的研究成果和公开发表资料的综合分析,发现在这些地方氧化多环芳烃的量较大,但并未受到足够重视。这些氧化多环芳烃是通过多环芳烃转化而来的,滞留时间也较长。许多修复方法会加速多环芳烃的降解,从而导致在环境中的氧化多环芳烃浓度升高。此外,我们发现尽管氧化多环芳烃与通过诱变和致癌等多环芳烃常见的毒害有区别的方式产生毒性,但他们对人类和环境也是有害的。我们还有数据支持以下假说:在环境中,具有极性的氧化多环芳烃比多环芳烃稳定性差,更易通过受污染地区的地表水和地下水扩散。因此在受多环芳烃污染区域,氧化多环芳烃应该纳入监测项目当中,而其它毒性相关成分如带硝基的多环芳烃和氮杂环芳烃等则不必纳入监洲项目当中。因为氧化多环芳烃有可能在多环芳烃发生降解的时候形成,而且它们的环境行为是完全不同的,也很难通过多环芳烃浓度来预测氧化多环芳烃的含量。 | Staffan Lundstedt Paul A.White Christine L.Lemieux Krista D.Lynes Iain B.Lambert Larsberg Peter Haglund Mats Tysklind 王丽平 | 2007 | AMBIO-人类环境杂志2007，36，6： | 11 |
