| 1 | Effects of soy isoflavone extracts on the growth of estrogen-dependent human breast cancer (MCF-7) tumors implanted in ovariectomized nude mice显示文摘In this study,we explored the effects of soy isoflavone extracts on the growth of estrogen-dependent human breast cancer (MCF-7) tumors implanted in ovariectomized athymic mice. The ovariectomized athymic mice were implanted with MCF-7 cells. They were fed with low,moderate and high doses of soy isoflavone extracts,at dietary concentrations of 6.25,12.5 and 25 g/kg,respectively. The expression of ki-67 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The pS2 expression in tumors was analyzed by real-time PCR. Estrogen level in the serum was measured by chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay. Com-pared with the control group,dietary soy isoflavone extracts had a significant stimulatory effect on MCF-7 tumor growth in mice (P < 0.05). The ki-67 and pS2 mRNA expressions in tumors were signifi-cantly increased by 6.25 and 12.5 g/kg dose of soy isoflavone extracts (P < 0.05). And,estrogen level in serum of 6.25 and 12.5 g/kg dose groups was higher than that of control group (P > 0.05). | 3 | Application of Model Predictive Control Based on Kalman Filter in Solar Collector Field of Solar Thermal Power Generation显示文摘There are two prominent features in the process of temperature control in solar collector field.Firstly,the dynamic model of solar collector field is nonlinear and complex,which needs to be simplified.Secondly,there are a lot of random and uncontrollable,measurable and unmeasurable disturbances in solar collector field.This paper uses Taylor formula and difference approximation method to design a dynamic matrix predictive control(DMC)by linearizing and discretizing the dynamic model of the solar collector field.In addition,the purpose of controlling the stability of the outlet solar field salt temperature is achieved by adjusting the mass flow of molten salt.In order to further improve the ability of the system to suppress unmeasured disturbances,a steady-state Kalman filter is designed to estimate state variables,so that the system has better stability and robustness.The simulation verification results show that the DMC control system based on Kamlan filtering has better control effect than the traditional DMC control system.In the case of large fluctuations in solar radiation intensity and consideration of undetectable interference,the overshoot of the system is reduced by 4%and the rise time remains unchanged. | Xiaojuan Lu Zeping Liang | 2021 | Energy Engineering2021,118,4: | 1 |
| 4 | Field Efficacy Test of 22% Fipronil FS against Sugarcane Stem Borers and Thrips显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to explore the field efficacy of 22% fipronil FS against sugarcane stem borer and thrips( Baliothrips serratus Kobus).[Method]The field trial was conducted by foliar spraying of 22% fipronil FS and mixed broadcasting with fertilizer in 2014. [Result]Foliar spraying of 22%fipronil FS at the dose of 50 m L /667 m^2 had the best control effect against sugarcane stem borer,and the control effect at 90 d post administration was 70. 70%,significantly higher than that of control agent(61. 86%). Medium and high dose of 22% fipronil FS had better control effects against sugarcane thrips. | 7 | Occurrence of Major Diseases and Insect Pests in Medium-term Growth Period of Sugarcane and The Diseases Resistance Evaluation in Guangxi显示文摘To figure out major diseases and insect pests of sugarcane and sugarcane resistance to diseases,the occurrence of major diseases and insect pests on 11 main sugarcane varieties in eight sugarcane producing areas of Guangxi was investigated during the medium-term growth period of sugarcane in 2015,and field resistance to smut and mosaic diseases was evaluated. The results showed that the dead heart rate( DHR) ranged from 0. 00% to 38. 55%; new-planting sugarcane of Guiliu 2 and ratoon sugarcane of Liucheng 05-136 suffered the most severe damage in Beihai city,and the DHR were 38. 55% and 37. 66%,respectively. The incidence rate of smut disease ranged from 0. 00% to 24. 89%. Ratoon sugarcane was more susceptible to smut than new-planting sugarcane among all investigated varieties. Variety ROC22 was most susceptible to smut,and performed moderate susceptibility. Guiliu 2 was the second susceptible and performed resistance,with the incidence rate of 7. 45%. The rest nine varieties had high resistance. Sugarcane mosaic disease occurred mildly in Guangxi,and the incidence rate ranged from 0. 39% to 7. 73%. ROC22,Guitang 42 and Guiliu 2 expressed moderate resistance and the rests exhibited resistance. Sugarcane in Nanning and Beihai suffered more severe damage than those in other producing areas. The field evaluation system of sugarcane resistance to borers was expected to be constructed. ROC22 was most susceptible to smut,compared with other main varieties. Mosaic diseases occurred lightly in Guangxi.
