| 1 | Research on the reconstruction method of porous media using multiple-point geostatistics显示文摘The pore structural characteristics have been the key to the studies on the mechanisms of fluids flow in porous media. With the development of experimental technology, the modern high-resolution equipments are capable of capturing pore structure images with a resolution of microns. But so far only 3D volume data of millimeter-scale rock samples can be obtained losslessly. It is necessary to explore the way of virtually reconstructing larger volume digital samples of porous media with the representative structural characteristics of the pore space. This paper proposes a reconstruction method of porous media using the structural characteristics captured by the data templates of multiple-point geostatistics. In this method, the probability of each structural characteristic of a pore space is acquired first, and then these characteristics are reproduced according to the probabilities to present the real structural characteristics in the reconstructed images. | 2 | Production analysis in shale gas reservoirs based on fracturing-enhanced permeability areas显示文摘Hydraulic fracturing has been widely applied in shale gas exploitation because it improves the permeability of the rock matrix.Fracturing stimulation parameters such as the pumping rate, the fracturing sequence, and the fracture spacing significantly influence the distribution of the stimulated reservoir volume(SRV). In this research, we built a numerical model that incorporates the hydraulic fracturing process and predicts gas production. The simulation of fracture propagation is based on the extended finite element method(XFEM), which helps to calculate aspects of the fractures and the SRV; we imported the results into a production analysis model as the initial conditions for production prediction. Using the model, we investigated the effects of some key parameters such as rock cohesion, fracture spacing, pumping rate, and fracturing sequence on the shale gas production.Our results proved that the SRV was distributed in the vicinity of the main fractures, and the SRVs were connected between the fractures in a small fracture spacing. We obtained optimal spacing by analyzing the production increment. High pumping-rate treatment greatly changes the in-situ stress around the hydraulic fractures and enlarges the field of SRV. Simultaneous fracturing treatment improves the flow conductivity of formation more than sequential fracturing. | 3 | OsADR3 increases drought stress tolerance by inducing antioxidant defense mechanisms and regulating OsGPX1 in rice(Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘The C (Cys) 2H (His) 2-type transcription factor is one of the most important transcription factors in plants and plays a regulatory role in the physiological responses of rice to abiotic stresses.A novel rice C2H2-type zinc finger protein,abscisic acid (ABA)-drought-reactive oxygen species (ROS) 3 (OsADR3),was found to confer drought stress tolerance by enhancing antioxidant defense and regulating Os GPX1.Overexpression of OsADR3 in rice increased tolerance to drought stress by increasing ROS scavenging ability and ABA sensitivity.In contrast,CRISPR/Cas9-mediated knockout of osadr3 increased the sensitivity of rice to drought and oxidative stress.An exogenous ROS-scavenging reagent restored the droughtstress tolerance of osadr3-CRISPR plants.Global transcriptome analysis suggested that OsADR3 increased the expression of Os GPX1 under drought stress.Electrophoretic mobility shift,yeast one-hybrid,and dualluciferase reporter assays revealed that OsADR3 modified the expression of Os GPX1 by directly binding to its promoter.Knockdown of Os GPX1 repressed ROS scavenging ability under drought stress in OsADR3-overexpression plants.These findings suggest that OsADR3 plays a positive regulatory role in droughtstress tolerance by inducing antioxidant defense and associated with the ABA signaling pathway in rice. | Jiaming Li Minghui Zhang Luomiao Yang Xinrui Mao Jinjie Li Lu Li Jingguo Wang Hualong Liu Hongliang Zheng Zichao Li Hongwei Zhao Xianwei Li Lei Lei Jian Sun Detang Zou | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,5: | 2 |

| 5 | Transient pressure analysis in porous and fractured fractal reservoirs显示文摘Fluid flow in porous and fractured fractal reservoirs is studied in the paper. The basic formulae of seepage velocity,permeability and porosity in both porous and fractured fractal media are developed. The pressure diffusion equation of slightly compressible fluid in fractal reservoirs is derived. The analytical solutions of the transient pressure are given for the line-source well and the well with well-bore storage and skin factor. The typical curves of pressure and the derivative of pressure are established,along with the interpretation of the well-testing method via type-curve matching.
