1Convolutional neural networks for expert recommendation in community question answering显示文摘Community Question Answering(CQA) is becoming an increasingly important web service for people to search for expertise and to share their own. With lots of questions being solved, CQA have built a massive, freely accessible knowledge repository, which can provide valuable information for the broader society rather than just satisfy the question askers. It is critically important for CQA services to get high quality answers in order to maximize the benefit of this process. However, people are considered as experts only in their own specialized areas. This paper is concerned with the problem of expert recommendation for a newly posed question, which will reduce the questioner's waiting time and improve the quality of the answer, so as to improve the satisfaction of the whole community. We propose an approach based on convolutional neural networks(CNN) to resolve this issue. 2Angular response of ‘pin-hole' imaging structure measured by collimated β source显示文摘The pitch-angle distribution of energetic particles is important for space physics studies on magnetic storm and particle acceleration.A‘pin-hole’imaging structure is built with the‘pin-hole’technique and a position sensitive detector,which can be used to measure the pitch angle distribution of energetic particles.To calibrate the angular response of the‘pin-hole’imaging structure,special experiment facilities are needed,such as the particle accelerator with special design.The features of this kind of particle accelerator are:1)The energy range of the outgoing particles should be mid-energy particles(tens keV to several hundred keV);2)the particle flux should be consistent in time-scale;3)the directions of the outgoing particles should be the same and 4)the particle number within the spot should be low enough.In this paper,a method to calibrate the angular response of the‘pin-hole’imaging structure by the90Sr/90Y β source with a collimator is introduced and simulated by Geant4 software.The result of the calibration with the collimated β source is in accord with the Geant4 simulations,which verifies the validity of this method.ZOU Hong LUO Lin LI ChenFang JIA XiangHong XU Feng CHEN HongFei CHEN Jiang SHI WeiHong YU XiangQian ZOU JiQing 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,11:10

5Homogeneous bottom-growth of lithium metal anode enabled by double-gradient lithiophilic skeleton显示文摘Lithium(Li) metal is considered as the most promising anode material for the next-generation high performance Li batteries.However,the uncontrollable dendritic growth impedes its commercial application.Herein,we design a 3 D Si@carbon nanofibers(CNFs)@ZnO-ZnO-Cu skeleton(SCZ) for guiding the homogeneous bottom-growth of Li metal.The top LixSi@CNFs and bottom LiyZn@CNFs layers could form conductivity and overpotential gradient to avoid the 'top-growth' of Li metal.Moreover,the top lithiophilic LixSi@CNFs layer could regulate the nucleation and deposition of Li-ions even if the lithium dendrites grow out of the skeleton under high capacity Li deposition(30 mAh cm^(-2)).As a result,the SCZ-Li||LiFePO_(4) full cell delivers a high capacity of ~104 mAh g^(-1)(~94.82% capacity retention) after 2000 cycles at 5 C, elucidating the potential application of the 3 D double-gradient Li metal composite anode.Li Zhang Hongfei Zheng Ben Liu Qingshui Xie Qiulin Chen Liang Lin Jie Lin Baihua Qu Laisen Wang Dong-Liang Peng 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6:5
6Synthesis of MoX2 (X =Se or S) monolayers with high-concentration 1T'phase on 4H/fcc-Au nanorods for hydrogen evolution显示文摘Controlled synthesis of transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) monolayers with unusual crystal phases has attracted increasing attention due to their promising applications in electrocatalysis.However,the facile and large-scale preparation of TMD monolayers with high-concentration unusual crystal phase still remains a challenge.Herein,we report the synthesis of MoX2 (X =Se or S) monolayers with high-concentration semimetallic 1T'phase by using the 4H/face-centered cubic (fcc)-Au nanorod as template to form the 4H/fcc-Au@MoX2 nanocomposite.The concentrations of 1T'phase in the prepared MoSe2 and MoS2 monolayers are up to 86% and 81%,respectively.As a proof-of-concept application,the obtained Au@MoS2 nanocomposite is used for the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in acid medium,exhibiting excellent performance with a low overpotential of 178 mV at the current density of 10 mNcm^2,a small Tafel slope of 43.3 mV/dec,and excellent HER stability.This work paves a way for direct synthesis of TMD monolayers with high-concentration of unusual crystal phase for the electrocatalytic application.Zhengqing Liu Xiao Zhang Yue Gong Qipeng Lu Zhicheng Zhang Hongfei Cheng Qinglang Ma Junze Chen Meiting Zhao Bo Chen Ye Chen Xue-Jun Wu Pengfei Yin Lin Gu Yaping Du Hua Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:3
7Monte Carlo simulations of the sensor head of imaging energetic electron spectrometer onboard a Chinese IGSO navigation satellite显示文摘An imaging energetic electron spectrometer built by the Peking University team(BD-IES) onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in an inclined GEO orbit has been launched successfully in September 2015, which measures the spectra of the energetic electrons with the energy range of 50–600 keV in nine directions. In this study, Monte Carlo simulations of the BD-IES sensor head were performed using Geant4 and the corresponding characteristic responses to the isotropic energetic particles were derived. The effective geometric factors were estimated using the typical electron and proton spectra in the GEO orbit and the corresponding simulated sensor head responses. It was found that the average effective geometric factors of nine directions are close to the nominal geometric factors calculated with the traditional method, but the effective geometric factor decreases as the center energy of the energy channel decreases. The BD-IES sensor head also responses to the energetic protons, but the average contamination rate of all 72 channels is about 2%, which means that the proton contamination is acceptable. 9Crystal phase-controlled growth of PtCu and PtCo alloys on 4H Au nanoribbons for electrocatalytic ethanol oxidation reaction显示文摘Crystal phase can greatly affect the physicochemical properties and applications of nanomaterials.However,it stil remains a great challenge to synthesize nanostructures with the same composition and morphology but different phases in order to explore the phase-dependent properties and applications.Herein,we report the crystal phase-controlled synthesis of PtCu alloy shells on 4H Au nanoribbons(NRBs),referred to as 4H-Au NRBs,to form the 4H-Au@PtCu core-shell NRBs.By tuning the thickness of PtCu,4H-PtCu and face-centered cubic(cc)phase PICu(cc-PtCu)alloy shells are successtully grown on the 4H-Au NRB cores.This thickness-dependent phase-controlled growth strategy can also be used to grow PtCo alloys with 4H or fcc phase on 4H-Au NRBs.Significantly,when used as electrocatalysts for the ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR)in alkaline media,the 4H-Au@4H-PtCu NRBs show much better EOR performance than the 4H-Au@fcc-PtCu NRBs,and both of them possess superior performance compared to the commercial Pt black.Our study provides a strategy on phase-contolled synthesis of nanomaterials used for crystal phase-dependent applications.Jie Wang Jian Zhang Guigao Liu Chongyi Ling Bo Chen Jingtao Huang Xiaozhi Liu Bing Li An-Liang Wang Zhaoning Hu Ming Zhou Ye Chen Hongfei Cheng Jiawei Liu Zhanxi Fan Nailiang Yang Chaoliang Tan Lin Gu Jinlan Wang Hua Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,7:2
10Downregulation of HNRNPK in human cancer cells inhibits lung metastasis显示文摘Background: Lung cancer frequently occurs in the clinic, leading to poor prognosis and high mortality. Markers for early diagnosis of lung cancer are scarce, and further potential therapeutic targets are also urgently needed.Method: We established a new mouse model in which the specific gene HNRNPK(heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K) was downregulated after administration of doxycycline. 11Deactivation study of unsupported nano MoS_(2) catalyst显示文摘The stability of catalyst is of great importance for a long-term operation.In this paper,the hydrodesulfurization stability and deactivation mechanism of unsupported nano MoS_(2) catalyst was examined with light cycle oil as feedstock under an extreme hydrotreating condition for 160 h.A typical supported catalyst was also studied for comparison purpose.The results show that the activity of nano MoS_(2) can be well maintained after initial deactivation in the first 60 h time-on-stream.Less coke was found on spent nano MoS_(2) than on the spent supported catalyst,though coke deposition is identified as the main cause of deactivation for the nano catalyst.Without acidic supports,only soft coke is formed on the surface of catalyst.Unlike the supported catalyst,decomposition of active phase played a minor role in the deactivation of nano MoS_(2).Haiping Zhang Hongfei Lin Ying Zheng 2020Carbon Resources Conversion2020,3,1:2
12Experimental and in silico studies on three hydrophobic charge-induction adsorbents for porcine immunoglobulin purification显示文摘Three hydrophobic charge-induction adsorbents with functional ligands of 4-mercapto-ethyl-pyridine, 2-mercapto-methyl-imidazole or 2-mercapto-benzimidazole were evaluated in the purification of porcine immunoglobulin from porcine blood. Adsorption isotherms were studied under different pH conditions. The adsorbent with 2-mercapto-methyl-imidazole as the ligand showed reasonable adsorption capacity(43.60 mg·g^(-1)gel)with great selectivity and it also showed the best elution performance in chromatographic studies. A multi-pH step elution process was proposed for the 2-mercapto-methyl-imidazole adsorbent, and the results showed that high immunoglobulin purity(94.3%) and a yield of 9.8 mg·(ml plasma)^(-1) could be achieved under the optimal condition of loading(pH 5.0)–pre-elution(pH 7.0)–elution(pH 3.8). 20Preparation of erbium ion-doped TiO2 films and the study of their photocatalytic activity under simulated solar light显示文摘A series of erbium ion-doped TiO_2(Er^(3+)-TiO_2) films were prepared by a sol-gel dip/spin coating method, and the effect of the dosage of erbium ion(0–2.0 mol%), the films coating layers(1–5 layers), and calcination temperature(400–700 °C) on the film structure and photocatalytic activity were investigated in detail. The films were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermal analysis(TG-DTG) and UV–Vis diffusive reflectance spectra(DRS). The results showed that the films were composed of anatase, and no other TiO_2 phases(rutile and brookite). With the increase of the erbium ion dosage, the crystal size decreased. Erbium ion doping could enhance the thermal stability of TiO_2 and inhibit the increase of the crystallite size. Meanwhile doping of erbium ions gave rise to three typical absorption peaks within the range of visible light(400–700 nm), locating at 490, 523, and 654 nm, attributed to the transition of 4 f electrons. The higher calcination temperature led to higher crystallinity and bigger crystal grains. The photocatalytic performance of the films was evaluated by degradation of methyl orange solution under simulated solar light. The highest quality film we prepared was with 4 layers, 1.0 mol% dosage of erbium ion, and the calcination temperature of 500 °C.
