| 1 | Influence of separator control on the characteristics of severe slugging flow显示文摘Due to the special structure of offshore multiphase pipes, it is easy for severe slugging to occur in the riser at low gas-liquid velocity. Violent pressure fluctuations and dramatic changes of flow rate are the main characteristics of severe slugging, leading to the risk of serious damage. In this paper, the separator control is adopted to accurately control the separator liquid level and pressure under severe slugging flow conditions. This indicates that the separator liquid level control alone does not have a significant impact on the upstream flow, but it is beneficial for normal operation and pressure control of the separator. As the separator pressure increases, the peak pressure in the riser apparently diminishes, and the amplitude of pressure fluctuation gradually decreases, which means that severe slugging is inhibited. During the slug blowing out, the gas/liquid slipping in the riser intensifies. The long gas plug quickly flows through the riser, and then tends to morph into short and slowly flowing gas bubbles. | 2 | Influence of slug flow on flow fields in a gas–liquid cylindrical cyclone separator:A simulation study显示文摘A simulation method for slug flow based on the VOF multiphase flow model was implemented in ANSYS?Fluent via a user-defined function(UDF)and applied to the dissipation of liquid slugs in the inlet pipe of a gas–liquid cylindrical cyclone(GLCC)separator while varying the expanding diameter ratio and angle of inclination.The dissipation of liquid slug in inlet pipe is analyzed under different expanding diameter ratios and inclination angles.In the inlet pipe,it is found that increasing expanding diameter ratio and inclination angle can reduce the liquid slug stability and enhancing the effect of gravity,which is beneficial to slug flow dissipation.In the cylinder,increasing the expanding diameter ratio can significantly reduce the liquid carrying depth of the gas phase but result in a slightly increase of the gas content in the liquid phase space.Moreover,increasing the inclination angle results in a decrease in the carrying depth of liquid in the vapor phase,but enhances gas–liquid mixing and increases the gas-carrying depth in the liquid phase.Taking into consideration the dual effects of slug dissipation in the inlet pipe and carrying capacity of gas/liquid spaces in the cylinder,the optimal expanding diameter ratio and inclination angle values can be determined. | Xiaoming Luo Jing Ren Tong Chen YibinWang Yuling Lü Limin He | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,8: | 2 |

| 5 | Efficiency of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera Hübner) control of different Bt cotton varieties in North China显示文摘Background: The cotton bollworm(Helicoverpa armigera) is one of cotton's most destructive insect pests in terms of yield and quality. Since 1997, China has grown commercially available transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) cotton. We aimed to investigate the variation in resistance of transgenic Bt cotton varieties to cotton bollworm in North China.Methods: Populations of cotton bollworm were monitored from 2008 to 2015 in environments where Bt cotton was planted adjacent to other non-Bt crops. The study included 197 Bt cotton varieties planted in 42 counties/locations in three provinces(Hebei, Shandong and Henan) of North China, which were evaluated through field investigations,bioassays, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA).Results: The average number of cotton bollworms never exceeded the action threshold(10 larvae per 100 cotton plants), however, their number reached 19.55 per 100 cotton plants in 2011. The ratios of damaged plants to total Bt cotton stem-tips, buds, and bolls was low except in 2010, when the ratios reached 1.82%, 2.09%, and 10.63%,respectively. The results of bioassay showed that the corrected mortality were higher at the second generation cotton bollworm stage than the third and fourth germination stages. | 12 | A rapid audio event detection method by adopting 2D-Haar acoustic super feature vector显示文摘For accuracy and rapidity of audio event detection in the mass-data audio processing tasks,a generic method of rapidly recognizing audio event based on 2D-Haar acoustic super feature vector and AdaBoost is proposed.Firstly,it combines certain number of continuous audio frames to be an 'acoustic feature image',secondly,uses AdaBoost.MH or fast Random AdaBoost feature selection algorithm to select high representative 2D-Haar pattern combinations to construct super feature vectors;thirdly,analyzes the commonality and differences between subcategories,then extracts common features and reduces different features to obtain a generic audio event template,which can support the accurate identification of multiple sub-classes and detect and locate the specific audio event from the audio stream accurately.Experimental results show that the use of 2D-Haar acoustic feature super vector can make recognition accuracy 5% higher than ones that MFCC,PLP,LPCC and other traditional acoustic features yielded,and can make the training processing 7-20 times faster and the recognition processing 5-10 times faster,it can even achieve an average precision of 93.38%,an average recall of 95.03% under the optimal parameter configuration found by grid method.Above all,it can provide an accurate and fast mass-data processing method for audio event detection. | L Ying LUO Senlin GAO Xiaofang XIE Erman PAN Limin | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2015,34,2: | 1 |
