| 1 | Recursive modeling and online identification of lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicle applications显示文摘For safe and reliable operation of lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles,the real-time monitoring of their internal states is important.The purpose of our study is to find an easily implementable,online identification method for lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles.In this article,we propose an equivalent circuit model structure.Based on the model structure we derive the recursive mathematical description.The recursive extended least square algorithm is introduced to estimate the model parameters online.The accuracy and robustness are validated through experiments and simulations.Real-road driving cycle experiment shows that the proposed online identification method can achieve acceptable accuracy with the maximum error of less than 5.52%.In addition,it is proved that the proposed method can also be used to estimate the real-time SOH and SOC of the batteries. | LI Yong WANG LiFang LIAO ChengLin WANG LiYe XU DongPin | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014，57，2： | 10 |

| 6 | Effect of manipulation on cartilage in rats with knee osteoarthritis based on the Rho-associated protein kinase/LIM kinase 1/Cofilin signaling pathways显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of manipulation treatment on knee osteoarthritis rats and the effect on Rho-associated protein kinase(ROCK)/LIM-kinase1(LIMK1)/Cofilin signaling pathway.METHOD:Fifty Specific pathogen Free Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=8 each):blank group,model group,manipulation group,celecoxib group,and manipulation combined with celecoxib group(MC group).The osteoarthritis model was established by injecting 0.2 m L 4%papain into the articular disc of the rats.After successfully establishing the model,we treated the manipulation group with pushing manipulation using one-finger-meditation to the Neixiyan(EX-LE4),Waixiyan(EX-LE5),Xuehai(SP10),Liangqiu(ST34),and Zusanli(ST36)acupoints for 10 min each time.Also,the celecoxib group was gavaged with 24 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1 )celecoxib,while the MC group was treated using both of these two methods.After four weeks,the cartilage of the right femur was removed for hematoxylin-eosin staining of the cartilage tissue.The expressions of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in serum were observed using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Besides,we detected the expressions of ROCK,LIMK1,Phospho-LIM-kinase1(Phospho-LIMK1),Cofilin,and Phospho-Cofilin by Western blot.RESULTS:Compared to the model group,the manipulation group,celecoxib group,and MC group all exhibited superior results concerning pathological morphologic changes of cartilage,as observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining and calculated using the Mankin score.Besides,in contrast to the blank group,the model group exhibited elevated serum levels of IL-1βand TNF-α(P<0.01),while the expression of ROCK,LIMK1,Phospho-LIMK1,Cofilin,and Phospho-Cofilin in cartilage were all higher(P<0.01).Also,the serum levels of IL-1βand TNF-αin each treatment group were lower(P<0.01)than in the model group.Moreover,there were lower expressions of ROCK,LIMK1,Phospho-LIMK1,Cofilin,and Phospho-Cofilin in cartilage in the manipulation group and the MC group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the expression of ROCK,LIMK1,PhosphoLIMK1,Cofilin,and Phospho-Cofilin in cartilage in the celecoxib group were not statistically different(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:In this study,we established that manipulation has a better curative effect than celecoxib.Manipulation inhibits the development of cytoskeleton damage in cartilage and slows articular degeneration by regulating the expression of related proteins in the cytoskeletal signaling pathway. | GUO Xiao YANG Yunhao LIAO Dongmei PANG Fang YANG Zhixue ZHU Zhengwei LUO Ao TANG Chenglin | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022，42，2： | 1 |

| 8 | Promoting the optoelectronic and ferromagnetic properties of Cr_(2)S_(3)nanosheets via Se doping显示文摘Doping can change the band structure of semiconductors,thereby affecting their electrical,optical,and magnetic properties.In this study,we describe the synthesis of two-dimensional(2D)Se-doped Cr_(2)S_(3)(Se-Cr_(2)S_(3))nanosheets using the chemical vapor deposition method.In these semiconductor nanosheets,the Se doping concentration can be controlled by tuning the Se/S mass ratio in the precursor.At the doping concentrations of 10.05%and 2.05%,the room temperature conductivity and mobility were increased by nearly 4 and 2 orders of magnitude,respectively.In addition,the response time of an ultrathin Se-Cr_(2)S_(3)photodetector was 200 times shorter than that of an undoped Cr_(2)S_(3)nanosheet photodetector.4.07%-Se-Cr_(2)S_(3)nanosheets show ferrimagnetic behavior with a Curie temperature of~200 K,which is 80 K higher than that of undoped Cr_(2)S_(3)nanosheets.A density functional theory calculation indicated that the Se doping can induce the formation of intercalated Cr vacancies in SeCr_(2)S_(3)and enhance its metallic characteristics.Our results demonstrated that Se-Cr_(2)S_(3)has significant potential in future electronic,optoelectronic,and spintronic devices. | Xinyun Zhou Chang Liu Lingting Song Hongmei Zhang Ziwei Huang Chenglin He Bailing Li Xiaohui Lin Zucheng Zhang Shun Shi Dingyi Shen Rong Song Jia Li Xingqiang Liu Xuming Zou Le Huang Lei Liao Xidong Duan Bo Li | 2022 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022，65，7： | 0 |
