	1	Far-Infrared Reflectance of the Sintered Samples of Y-Ba-Cu-0 at DifiFerent Quenching Temperature显示文摘The sintered samples of Y-Ba-Cu-0 were quenched in air at different temperatures from 950 to 300℃ and their room-temperature far-infrared reflectance spectra were obtained.The spectra were studied by using the Drudc model and Lorcntzian phonon.From the curve of carrier density vs quench temperature,an orthorhombic-tetragonal phase change is indicated.The phonon oscillation strength changes were explained by the abnormal sensibility in the reflectance spectra. 	2	INFRARED REFLECTANCE FROM ORIENTED FILM SAMPLES OF Y-Ba-Cu-O显示文摘We have studied infrared reflectivity from epitaxial films of YBaCuO,in which the c axes are oriented either perpendicular or parallel to the film surface.We classified phonons in superconducting phase to be two modes including E⊥C and E//C modes.The strong coupling between the phonons and free carriers reduces the infrared activity of phonons.The infrared activity of phonons increases in the process that the orthorhombic phase changed into tetragonal phase.The important role of phonon in superconductivity is shown. 	3	X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy on Superconducting T_(12)CaBa_(2)Cu_(2)O_(8) Thin Film显示文摘We have prepared single-phase superconducting T_(12)CaBa_(2)Cu_(2)O_(8) thin film by dc magnetron sputtering process and measured X-ray photoelectron spectra of the film at room and liquid nitrogen temperatures.From the relative intensities of the Ba3d,Tl4f.O1 s and Cu2p spectra taken at different take-off angles,we have concluded that there is an adventitious contamination(nonsupercon-ducting phase)surface layer.After excluding contributions from these spurious phases,we have tentatively assigned which core-level shifts should be caused by the superconducting phase transition.
