13A Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Sensing Characteristics of Multi-Peak Terahertz Metamaterials Sensor in Polarization Mode显示文摘In this study,the multi-peak terahertz metamaterials sensors are designed and fabricated,whose structures are the asymmetrical single split ring(SSR)and three split rings(TSR).The resonant formation and sensing mechanism of the two structures are investigated by using the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)method.Vitamin B6(VB6)and its reactants with bovine serum protein(BSA)are tested as the medium,and the sensing experiments of the SSR and TSR are carried out.The experimental and simulation results indicate the consistent law,which is the sensitivity of the resonance in the transverse magnetic(TM)mode is much greater than that in the transverse electric(TE)mode.According to the weighted average method and the law for unequal precision measuring,the quality factor of the resonance is used as the weighting coefficient to calculate the comprehensive evaluation parameter(CEP)of the multi-peak metamaterials sensors in the TE and TM modes based on the experimental data.When the CEP and frequency shifts are as the evaluation parameter in experiments,the law’s variation of the CEP is consistent with that of the frequency shift,indicating that it is feasible to characterize the sensing characteristics of metamaterials with the CEP,which presents simplified characteristics of multi-peak metamaterials at different polarization modes.The method implies that the different influencing factors may be integrated into the CEP with the idea of weight,which promotes the practical application of the metamaterials sensor.The revelation of the sensing law also provides a method for the design of the terahertz metamaterials sensor with the high sensitivity.Yuee WANG Dongxia LI Huiwen LUO Zhi LI Fangrong HU Huo ZHANG Lingyao YU 2023Photonic Sensors2023,13,4:0

15Epidemiology and genetic diversity of norovirus GII genogroups among children in Hubei,China,2017–2019显示文摘Norovirus(NoV)is an important cause of viral acute gastroenteritis(AGE).To gain insights into the epidemio-logical characteristics and genetic diversity of NoV among children in Hubei,1216 stool samples from children(≤5 years)obtained under AGE surveillance from January 2017 to December 2019 were analyzed.The results showed that NoV was responsible for 14.64%of AGE cases,with the highest detection rate in children aged 7-12 months(19.76%).Statistically significant differences were found between male and female infection rates(χ^(2)=8.108,P¼0.004).Genetic analysis of RdRp and VP1 sequences showed that NoV GII genotypes were GII.4 Sydney[P31](34.35%),GII.3[P12](25.95%),GII.2[P16](22.90%),GII.4 Sydney[P16](12.98%),GII.17[P17](2.29%),GII.6[P7]and GII.3[P16](each at 0.76%).GII.17[P17]variants were divided into the Kawasaki323-like lineage and the Kawasaki308-like lineage.A unique recombination event was detected between strains of GII.4 Sydney 2012 and GII.4 Sydney 2016.Significantly,all GII.P16 sequences associated with GII.4/GII.2 ob-tained in Hubei were correlated with novel GII.2[P16]variants that re-emerged in Germany in 2016.Antigenic site analysis of complete VP1 sequences from all GII.4 variants from Hubei identified notable variable residues of antibody epitopes.Genotyping under continuous AGE surveillance and observation of the antigenic sites of VP1 are important monitoring strategies for emerging NoV strains.Jing Li Lingyao Zhang Wenjing Zou Zhaohui Yang Jianbo Zhan Jing Cheng 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,3:0
16Chinese herbal medicine for incomplete immune reconstruction in patients with AIDS undergoing antiretroviral treatment: A systematic review of randomized trials显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs)for incomplete immune reconstruction in patients with HIV/AIDS.Methods:Eight electronic databases were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the use of CHM for patients with HIV/AIDS with incomplete immune reconstruction.Outcomes included CD4þcell count,quality of life,and adverse events/effects.The Cochrane Risk of Bias was employed to evaluate the methodological quality of the included RCTs.Results:We identified 13 eligible RCTs,with an overall high risk of bias,on 10 different CHMs.There was a significant increase in CD4þcell count after the use of Jianpi Yiqi medicinal paste for 3 months;tripterygium glycosides tablets(TGTs)for 3 months(mean difference[MD]52.63 cells/mL,95%confidence interval[CI,46.98,58.28]),6,9,and 12 months;Wenshen Jianpi granules for 6 months;Shenling Fuzheng capsules for 6 months(MD 49.53 cells/mL,95%CI[8.45,90.61])and 12 months;Aikeqing granules for 9 months(MD 61.51 cells/mL,95%CI[16.25,106.77])and 12 months;Guipi decoction for 12 months;Mianyi No.2 granules(JT)for 12 and 18 months;and Chinese medicine granules for 18 months.The increase in the mean difference of CD4þcell count from 6 to 18 months was larger in Chinese medicine granules and Mianyi No.2 granules(JT).Guipi decoction and Jianpi Qushi decoction improved the Karnofsky score.Four RCTs reported the outcome of adverse events/effects,while four cases of minor adverse effects were reported in the TGTs group.Conclusion:Jianpi Yiqi medicinal paste,Wenshen Jianpi granules,Shenling Fuzheng capsules,Aikeqing granules,Guipi decoction,and TGTs may be effective in increasing CD4þwithin 12 months,and Mianyi No.2 granules(JT)and Chinese medicine granules may show long-term effects.High-quality large RCTs on the effectiveness and safety of CHMs are still warranted.Chen Shen Jing Li Yajun Lian Huidi Lan Fenglan Pu Wenjing Zhang Lingyao Kong Jianping Liu 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2021,8,4:0

19Efficient capture of C_(2)H_(2)from CO_(2)and C_(n)H_(4)by a novel fluorinated anion pillared MOF with flexible molecular sieving effect显示文摘The efficient separation of acetylene(C_(2)H_(2))from carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and CnH_(4)(n=1 and 2)to manufacture high purity C_(2)H_(2)and recover other light hydrocarbons is technologically important,while posing significant challenges.Herein,we reported a new TiF62−anion(TIFSIX)pillared metal-organic framework(MOF)ZNU-5(ZNU=Zhejiang Normal University)with ultramicropores for highly selective C_(2)H_(2)capture with low adsorption heat through gate opening based molecular sieving effect.ZNU-5 takes up a large amount of C_(2)H_(2)(128.6 cm^(3)/g)at 1.0 bar and 298 K but excludes CO_(2),CH_(4),and C_(2)H_(4).Such high capacity has never been realized in MOFs with molecular sieving.The breakthrough experiments further confirmed the highly selective C_(2)H_(2)separation performance from multi-component gas mixtures.3.3,2.8,and 2.2 mmol/g of C_(2)H_(2)is captured at ZNU-5 from equimolar C_(2)H_(2)/CO_(2),C_(2)H_(2)/CO_(2)/CH_(4),and C_(2)H_(2)/CO_(2)/CH_(4)/C_(2)H_(4)mixtures,respectively.Furthermore,2.6,2.0,and 1.5 mmol/g of>98%purity C_(2)H_(2)can be recycled from the desorption process.Combining high working capacity,low adsorption heat,as well as good recyclability,ZNU-5 is promising for C_(2)H_(2)purification.Lingyao Wang Nuo Xu Yongqi Hu Wanqi Sun Rajamani Krishna Jiahao Li Yunjia Jiang Simon Duttwyler Yuanbin Zhang 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
