8On Generating Expected Kinetostatic Nonlinear Stiffness Characteristics by the Kinematic Limb-Singularity of a Crank-Slider Linkage with Springs显示文摘Being different from avoidance of singularity of closed-loop linkages, this paper employs the kinematic singularity to construct compliant mechanisms with expected nonlinear stiffness characteristics to enrich the methods of compliant mechanisms synthesis. The theory for generating kinetostatic nonlinear stiffness characteristic by the kinematic limb-singularity of a crank-slider linkage is developed. Based on the principle of virtual work, the kinetostatic model of the crank-linkage with springs is established. The influences of spring stiffness on the toque-position angle relation are analyzed. It indicates that corresponding spring stiffness may generate one of four types of nonlinear stiffness characteristics including the bi-stable, local negative-stiffness, zero-stiffness or positive-stiffness when the mechanism works around the kinematic limb-singularity position. Thus the compliant mechanism with an expected stiffness characteristic can be constructed by employing the pseudo rigid-body model of the mechanism whose joints or links are replaced by corresponding flexures. Finally, a tri-symmetrical constant-torque compliant mechanism is fabricated, where the curve of torque-position angle is obtained by an experimental testing. 9Magnetic Coupler Robust Optimization Design for Electric Vehicle Wireless Charger Based on Improved Simulated Annealing Algorithm显示文摘Fleets of autonomous vehicles including shuttle buses,freight trucks,and road sweepers will be deployed in the Olympic Vil-lage during Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.This requires intelligent charging infrastructure based on wireless power transfer technology to be equipped.To increase the misalignment tolerance of a high-power wireless charger,the robustness of the magnetic coupler should be optimized.This paper presents a new type of unipolar coupler,which is composed of three con-nected coils in series.The dimensional configuration of the coils is analyzed by the finite element method.The characteristic parameters of the coil are identified with their influence on the self-inductance and coupling coefficient.An expert model is built,whose feasibility can be verified in the aimed design domain.Combined with the expert model,an improved simulated annealing algorithm with a backtracking mechanism is proposed.The primary coil can reach the expected characteristics from any starting parameter combination through the proposed optimization algorithm.Under the same conditions in terms of external circuit parameters,ferrite usage,and aluminum shielding,the offset sensitivity of the magnetic coupler can be reduced from 58.79%to 18.89%.A prototype is established,validating the feasibility of the proposed coil structure with the optimized parameter algorithm.Zhenpo Wang Lantian Li Junjun Deng Baokun Zhang Shuo Wang 2022Automotive Innovation2022,5,1:1

11Increasing the greenness of an organic acid through deep eutectic solvation and further polymerisation显示文摘Acrylic acid(AA)is an important and widely used industrial chemical,but its high toxicity renders its use incompatible with the concept of green development.By leveraging its terminal carboxyl group and unsaturated bond,we designed and explored a new strategy to increase the greenness of AA via its eutectic melting using a quaternary ammonium salt(choline chloride)to form a deep eutectic solvent(DES),followed by polymerisation of the DES to form a polymer(poly(DES)).The greenness of AA,DES,and poly(DES)was evaluated via an in vitro test using MGC80-3 cells and an in vivo test using Kunming mice.The toxicity improved from Grade 2(moderately toxic)for AA to Grade 1(slightly toxic)for DESs and Grade 0(non-toxic)for poly(DES)in the in vitro test.Moreover,the poly(DES)s showed a lower toxicity in mice than the DESs in the in vivo test.Thus,greenness enhancement was successfully achieved,with the greenness following the order AALiteng Li Xiaofang Li Susu Zhang Hongyuan Yan Xiaoqiang Qiao Hongyan He Tao Zhu Baokun Tang 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,4:0
12Preparation and characterization of nicotine tartrate and its application in gum-based chewing tobacco显示文摘To develop suitable nicotine derivatives for potential use in next generation tobacco products,mixtures of nicotine with tartaric acid were prepared.The prepared freeze-dried product was a white powder with good water solubility.The structure of nicotine tartrate was evaluated with X-ray powder diffraction,near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and solid-state Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(ss-NMR).The crystal structure of nicotine tartrate was analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.According to the obtained atomic coordinates,equivalent temperature factor,bond length and torsion angles,the chemical formula of nicotine tartrate was proposed as 2(C4H5O6)· C10H16N2·H2O.The relative molecular mass was 480.42,and the crystal density was 1.501 mg/m^3 The crystal structure of nicotine tartrate belongs to the orthorhombic system and the monoclinic space group is P212121.Nicotine tartrate was used in gum-based chewing tobacco to substitute pure nicotine,which showed a sustained nicotine release when compared to traditional ultrafine tobacco powder as assessed by an in situ dissolution method.YANG Ji ZHAO Yang YANG Liu ZHE Wei ZHU Baokun CHEN Yongkuan DU Qiaohong YANG Hongqin LI Hui 2018烟草科技2018,51,A01:0

14Inosine:A broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory against SARS-CoV-2 infection-induced acute lung injury via suppressing TBK1 phosphorylation显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)-induced cytokine storms constitute the primary cause of coronavirus disease 19(COVID-19)progression,severity,criticality,and death.Glucocorticoid and anti-cytokine therapies are frequently administered to treat COVID-19,but have limited clinical efficacy in severe and critical cases.Nevertheless,the weaknesses of these treatment modalities have prompted the development of anti-inflammatory therapy against this infection.We found that the broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory agent inosine downregulated proinflammatory interleukin(IL)-6,upregulated anti-inflammatory IL-10,and ameliorated acute inflammatory lung injury caused by multiple infectious agents.Inosine significantly improved survival in mice infected with SARS-CoV-2.It indirectly impeded TANK-binding kinase 1(TBK1)phosphorylation by binding stimulator of interferon genes(STING)and glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK3β),inhibited the activation and nuclear translocation of the downstream transcription factors interferon regulatory factor(IRF3)and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB),and downregulated IL-6 in the sera and lung tissues of mice infected with lipopolysaccharide(LPS),H1N1,or SARS-CoV-2.Thus,inosine administration is feasible for clinical anti-inflammatory therapy against severe and critical COVID-19.Moreover,targeting TBK1 is a promising strategy for inhibiting cytokine storms and mitigating acute inflammatory lung injury induced by SARS-CoV-2 and other infectious agents.Ningning Wang Entao Li Huifang Deng Lanxin Yue Lei Zhou Rina Su Baokun He Chengcai Lai Gaofu Li Yuwei Gao Wei Zhou Yue Gao 2023Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,1:0

16Effect of grain refinement on cutting force of difficult-to-cut metals in ultra-precision machining显示文摘The nickel-based superalloy Inconel 718 is treated with Coupled Ultrasonic and Electric Pulse Treatment(CUEPT),and the surface grain is refined from the average size of 9550.0 nm to287.9,216.3,150.5,126.3,25.8 nm by different effective treatment currents,respectively.The ultraprecision turning experiments are carried out on the processed workpiece after CUEPT.The experimental results show that the average cutting force increases with the decrease of surface grain size.Moreover,a mathematical model that can describe the relationship between grain size and cutting force is established,and the calculated results match the experimental results well.The calculated results also indicate that the variation of cutting force caused by the same variation of grain size decreases as the degree of grain refinement increases.Finally,the influence mechanism of grain refinement on cutting force is analyzed.The improvement of stability of grain boundaries and the increase of number of grain boundaries cause the increase of cutting force after grain refinement.Renjie JI Qian ZHENG Yonghong LIU Hui JIN Fan ZHANG Shenggui LIU Baokun WANG Shuaichen LU Baoping CAI Xiaopeng LI 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,3:0
17Synthesis and characterization of anatase TiO_2 nanosheet arrays on FTO substrate显示文摘We have exploited a green approach to prepare layered titanate Na2- xHxTi2O5·H2O nanosheet arrays on FTO substrate by hydrothermal hydrolysis of titanium(IV) isopropoxide(TTIP) with aids of Na2 EDTA and TEOA as co-coordination agents, which were then treated by HNO3 to replace Na+by H+, followed by a calcination at 450 ℃ to topotactically transform into anatase Ti O2 nanosheet arrays. SEM, TEM, XRD, and Raman spectroscopy have been employed to characterize the nanosheet films. 18On Water Growth of Continuous Thin Films of Two-Dimensional Covalent Organic Frameworks with Large Single-Crystal Domains显示文摘A core feature of two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks is crystallinity, but it remains challenging to gain their thin films with high crystallinity. Here, we presented growth of thin films of two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks with an average domain size of ~2.83 μm^(2) and maximum domain size of up to ~26.19 μm^(2) using amphiphilic glycine derivatives on water surface.
